• Emi (7/5): - The location was great. There was also a Coop nearby. It was close to the station and the gondola. The staff were very kind and helpful. A very loud machine noise kept turning on and off throughout the night—loud enough to wake me up—so my husband and I woke up multiple times and couldn’t sleep. (My daughter slept well.)

• Marion (5/5): - J’ai trouvé regrettable qu’Il n’y ait pas de gel douche. De plus, le dispensaire du savon pour les mains à côté du lavabo était vide! Nous n’avons donc pas pu nous doucher ni nous laver les mains. Inacceptable!

• Stephanie (7/5): - Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Tolle Lage. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles was auf dem Flur oder im Nebenzimmer ist. Mit Familie eher weniger zu empfehlen.

• Patricia (4/5): Too much noise from other guests - Property is basic but nice and clean. A group of drunk young adults hanging out in the hallway making a lot of noise until late at night. We asked them to be quiet which was ignored. There’s no hotel staff at night.
• Guest (4/5): - It was clean It took us 30 minutes to find the place, you had no clue where to go or where to book in. It tell you it is at the heart of the ice rink, but does not inform you to check in at the ticket counter where you purchase a ticket for the wellness service / ice rink

• Cécile (9/5): Séjour agréable - Nous avons dormi une nuit dans cet hôtel à Villars et tout s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est très situé. La chambre était confortable, cosy et bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable. Le check-in se fait facilement, ce qui est très appréciable. Une très bonne expérience pour une nuit sur place.
• Alice (9/5): super - Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner, mais ce n'était pas un problème, il y a plein de solutions alternatives. Une des chambre avait un souci de chauffage. Mais par la suite l'établissement nous a proposé un bon tout à fait adéquat, donc c'est tout bon.
• Gael (8/5): Better than I though - Nice location and practical - The place (close to the sports area—ice skating rink, swimming pool, and bowling alley—close to the town center and not too far from the train station) was great. My son loved the bunk beds. Very clean, convenient, and practical. Less noisy than expected A bit expensive for a family of three (but fine for four young people who might look more for a « dorm » room style - but my son enjoyed the place). Parking is hard to find (an arrangement with nearby parking areas would be helpful). More information should be provided about the different options in the sports area (which is very good) and about breakfast and other arrangements with the restaurant.

Sale sous les lits(bcp de poussière), même une vieille paille d’un ancien résident … sale contre les lits (bois), trop bruyant dans les couloirs,pas de parking. Le pommeau de douche avait été cassé … la femme de ménage ne l’a sûrement pas signalé …

• Xavier (3/5): Très décevant et mauvais rapport qualité prix - Nous sommes venus dans cet établissement car nous sommes des habitués du Centre sportif dont nous apprécions beaucoup les installations (piscine, bains, fitness) et nous pensions que l’hôtel Maison des sports atteindrait le même niveau de prestations. Or, tel n’a pas été le cas…. Les principales photos qui accompagnent la chambre sont le fitness et la piscine, on pense donc, en tant que client de l’hôtel, pouvoir y accéder gratuitement (ou au minima avec une réduction très significative) en logeant à la maison des sports. Ce qui justifiait pour moi un prix aussi élevé pour une chambre aussi basique et des prestations inexistantes ( télévision ne marche pas, vue sur une caserne , bruits dans les couloirs , aucun endroit chaleureux dans le bâtiment, check in a 16h sans aucune possibilité que laisser les bagages dans le hall d’entrée de la piscine (!) …) . Il y a un enorme décalage entre le prix / les attentes et l’expérience vécue .

• Jacqueline (8/5): Warm and functional. Great location. - Property was as advertised. Super functional room, very warm and private bathroom was great. Location was good with a supermarket just up the road and is a 10 min walk from the station. There may be late night hockey games at the facility which comes with loud noise.

• Estelle (8/5): - La chambre est super et très pratique. Il fait très chaud et c’est agréable. Tout est très récent. Néanmoins il y’a pas mal de nuisance sonore le soir, malgré qu’il n’y aille pas eu de match de hockey.
• Mary (6/5): Bring ear plugs! - Bright natural light and high ceilings, clean and minimalist. Shower was good. Very noisy from 9am all day due to the ice rink. A balcony with no view. Considering how noisy it is for the same price I could have stayed somewhere more peaceful with nice views instead. Toilet paper was cheap and rough. No shampoo or soap for shower provided. No mini fridge or safe. No internal door lock for extra security.
