• Santtu82 (3/5): Disappointing, despite the good location - Very good location! It is very close to Galata tower, istiklal street and F2 funicular. There is a paid parking very close (100 m) Very bad hygiene! The balcony had old cigarettes on the floor, which you could see that they had been there for a long time! There were black hairs in the floow and in the bathroom wall! None of us has a long black hair! The ceiling above the shower looked like it will fall down any moment, and it was full of mould. Daily cleaning consisted of emptying the trashbin and nothing more. Do not get fooled by the balcony photos, the space is not enough for 2 people to sit. There are 2 chairs, one of them folded, because there is not enough space. The handle of the balcony door was broken. There was no ashtray in the balcony so we requested one. We were given a dirty one from the receptionist's desk. There is no iron in the room, you must request it from the reception. We were given an iron which was dirty, and the cable was peeled off with exposed wires! The mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable, and after 4 nights, we returned with back and neck pain.

Muy buen anfitrión - Sí, nos gustó muy bueno muy bien ubicado excelente atención de nuestro anfitrión, nos ayudó con el Traslado desde el aeropuerto, y luego hacia la estación de buses nos programo los taxis, nos recomendó lugares para pasear y comer, así que todo bien. Lo único que cambiaría sería que la ducha se sale el agua, deja mojado el piso. La puerta de entrada de la habitación era difícil de abrir y cerrar, pero son detalles muy fáciles de mejorar.

Автономне опалення, було холодно, дуже оцінили можливість топити номер до комфортної температури. Все потребує ремонту, заексплуатоване. Оскільки будівля стара, то все відповідно втиснуте як змогли. В душовій кабінці комфортно буде тільки гному. Ліжко розміщено під стелею, сходинки до нього таки собі. Молодим спритним буде нормально, а от для людей у віці це екстрим ліфта не було, на 6 поверх по вузьких сходах. Але це плата за центр

Рядом магазины, обменники и множество кафе. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда предлагали помощь. Ежедневная уборка очень качественная, полностью наводили порядок в номере. Номер выбирали с балконом, но к сожалению, из-за дождя не смогли им воспользоваться. На ресепшене есть зонтики.

• Karla (6/5): - Hice una reservación de una habitación cuádruple con balcón, cuando llegamos nos dieron dos habitaciones separadas y en pisos diferentes (viajando con niños esto no es agradable). Además de ello, no había agua caliente, al parecer había habido un daño ese día. Por tal motivo, nos ofrecieron un apartamento cerca; sin embargo, allí solo podían quedarse tres personas y una debía quedarse en el hotel. Decidimos quedarnos todos en el hotel, en las mencionadas dos habitaciones. Sin esos detalles, habría sido una muy buena experiencia.

При этом место тихое и спокойное. Все ключевые достопримечательности, кафе и транспорт — в шаговой доступности. Очень рекомендую. Единственный маленький нюанс — лично мне в номере было немного прохладно. Но стоит учесть, что я сама предпочитаю очень теплую атмосферу в помещении. Возможно, для большинства гостей климат будет абсолютно комфортным.

• Thom (10/5): - The hosts were very kind throughout my stay. The room itself was pleasant and very comfortable. To add to that, the location is quite perfect. It's close to galata Tower, the streets are filled with restaurants and shops and the atmosphere was great. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Galata door! -

• Ferad (2/5): Personnel sympathique mais inconfortable & non reposant - Le personnel était au très sympathique et acceuilant Le bruit infernale toute la nuit car l’isolation est catastrophique dans cet hôtel. J’entendais tout ce qui se passait dehors (avec fenêtres fermées) et intérieur avec le bruit du systeme d’air qui s’entend toute les 5 min et lorsque les personnes se douchaient dans la chambre d’à côté. Je ne parle même pas de la qualité de la literie très très bof. Je suis désolé mais cet hôtel ne mérite pas la moyenne de 8,4/10. Il faut refaire l’isolation, et revoir les équipements (au moins une bouteille d’eau offerte dans les chambres ce serait un bon début) bref fuyez car vous ne profiterez pas d’un bon sommeil à cause de bruit incessant causé par l’isolation, le systeme d’air de la chambre et le bruit extérieur. Je pense que c’est ma pire expérience de nuit dans un hôtel
