• Rodrigo (5/5): O apartamento ficou a desejar. - A Localização é excelente!! O apartamento está precisando de cuidados, como pintura por exemplo. Tecidos do sofá e poltrona estão desgastados, os móveis estavam cobertos com mantas para "disfarce".

• Santiago Giargia (8/5): Beautiful apartment in Ipanema! - The host was very nice, she left a couple of beers and a water bottle for us in the fridge! Apartment was quite clean and comfortable, had all necessary appliances and was extremely well situated. Doorman was friendly too, we arrived and he let us in, then we got the keys from under the doormat at the apartment. Even though the price was quite high (we paid over 130 US per night in March 2026), it seems like all places in Ipanema were similar, it's an expensive city to stay in. The apartment was comparatively well priced. Sofa was covered, but seems like the previous tenants had sat there right after returning from the beach, it was full of sand. We found the shower to be a little complicated to handle, it would have been nice to have some sort of instructions. Unfortunately, the tv in the bedroom wasn't working, host said the previous tenant informed it stopped working, would have been nice to have it fixed.

• laurent (8/5): Appartement vétuste dans un beau quartier - La gentillesse de la propriétaire. La localisation. Les serviettes extra a disposition. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre. Cuisine et salle de bain vétuste.

A Rose que nos recebeu, um encanto de pessoa, super atenciosa, sempre fazendo o possível para nos ajudar, simplesmente fantástica, uma queridona. Dos 7 dias de férias choveu 5 😭😭😭

• Victor (10/5): Excelente custo benefício em Ipanema (conforto, boa localização e limpeza). - Imóvel muito bem localizado, próximo à praia e diversos bares. Também tem mercado perto. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, chuveiro quente, cozinha bem equipada. A anfitriã Rose foi muito gentil e atenciosa. Gostei de tudo. Nada a reclamar.

• Valerie (8/5): Amazing location and nice owner but outdated and with extremely noisy AC - The location is definitely the highlight of this place, less than 100m from the famous Posto 9 on Ipanema Beach, across from the Garota de Ipanema, famous place where the song was written. The size of the place is also very good, and the owner was extremely reactive via WhatsApp. It allowed for a real experience of the life in Ipanema. The bathroom is dated but offers good size and nice towels and there were enough in the kitchen to prepare simple meals. No water filter in the kitchen which should be a non-negotiable given in all accommodations in Rio, rusty / very old laundry racks, very dirty (mouldy) beach chairs and extremely noisy air conditioning units in both rooms, which had to be set to the lowest temperature to give a bit of fresh air. These definitely need to be serviced and cleaned, I got allergies jus by spending the first night there. The bathroom is dated but offers good size and nice towels.
• Gregory (8/5): Great room and great location - Yes it was brand new and fresh They reception have me a welcome drink ticket. I tried to redeem it in the bar and they told me “you should have said it when ordering not when paying” but this was not told. In the end I ended up paying the welcome drink 😡 and that is nonsense. Just a basic thing like this can spoil all the good things of the hotel. Train your bartender teams to have the client happy… it’s not that difficult.
