• simone (10/5): Ottimo albergo! Consigliatissimo - La cortesia di tutto il personale, la pulizia degli ambienti. Buona posizione Nulla
• Be.Cosy (8/5): un choix fonctionnel au juste prix - Le service au petit déjeuner était impeccable. Une des personnes de l'accueil était très serviable. On a demandé des informations (où manger, carte des environs) et il nous a bien renseigné. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très propres, les essuis changés tous les jours. La localisation est très excentrée mais finalement ça ne nous a pas dérangé. L'accès au métro est facile. L'autre personne de l'accueil ne parle pas bien anglais et la conversation était très difficile. Il y avait un jour de grève des transports publics et nous n'en n'avons pas été averti par l'hôtel. Le matelas en cuvette m'a empêché de bien dormir. La chambres sont très mal insonorisées : on entend tout dans le couloir, jusqu' au hall d'entrée 2 étage plus bas. Nous avons regretté ne pas avoir de balcon : après une longue journée de visite nous ne pouvions pas profiter d'un extérieur. Le pain et jus d'orange (plutôt sirop dilué) du petit déjeuner n'étaient pas terribles.

También me gustó mucho el parking, en mi caso veníamos en coche y hay parking privado por 10 euros el día, además hay una parada de metro a 5 minutos andando que te lleva directamente al centro. Lo único que no me gustó es que desde mi habitación escuchaba a gente hablar de la otra habitación.

• Sara (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno sulle colline di Napoli - Hotel situato in zona tranquilla nel Rione Alto, con parcheggio a pagamento e a poca distanza dalle metropolitana. La camera quadrupla è comoda e pulita. Il personale cordiale ed efficiente. Colazione varia e abbondante. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e lo terremo in considerazione per occasioni future.

Easy access to the airport. - I liked two things: the hotel had a parking and there was a metro station close enough. There was breakfast included, which could be a plus for many travellers. Nothing major. There was a bit of noise from the street at night. The breakfast was quite dull. The metro station is actually further than a map shows, because of private streets with no passing. But all in all, nothing major to report as a real problem.
• Marek (10/5): Bardzo dobry hotel z uprzejmą obsługą. - Śniadanie urozmaicone, dużo słodkości ale też konkrety i owoce. Jak na standard włoski (croissant + kawa) to śniadanie bez zarzutów. Pokoje czyściutkie, codziennie sprzątane, nawet w święta. Napoje do śniadania podawała obsługa. Brakowało pod ręką ekspresu do kawy i wrzątku do herbaty. Telewizja tylko włoska, bez możliwości znalezienia stacji angielskojęzycznych.

C’était propre et chambre nettoyée tous les jours par les femmes de ménage agréables. Petit déjeuner correct Emplacement pas évident mais on s’en est sorti avec la ligne 1 du métro qui est la plus pratique pour tout visiter

Nous avions demandé que les deux chambres soient prêtes en avance ce fût le cas. Le non-respect des horaires pour le petit déjeuner. Le manque de pain. ( Il n' y avait que des galettes de riz , du pain de mie, et 4 morceaux de pain pour 20 personnes ! )Les verres sortis du carton sans même être lavés et donnés au client. Le personnel ( pas tous ) agacé des questions, levant les yeux au ciel. Pt déjeuner 7h30 10h00 ne comptait pas que ça ouvre à l' heure, si à 9h00 il n y a plus d oeuf au plat ou brouillés ne comptait pas qu ils en refassent.

Purtroppo l'hotel è a 10 min dalla metro e per raggiungerlo la strada è in salita. Se siete anziani non motorizzati e non accompagnati è impossibile senza taxi anche se sono solo 10 min a piedi.

The room I booked via booking is really really small. You have about 30 cm in between the bed and the desk. If you have a large suitcase; you won’t fit in the room.
