• Kelly (9/5): very easy. - the house had a nice communal area so we could have some of our own privacy then come together for dinners and discussions. The hosts were also wonderful to deal with, the hot water service was not working, but the communication was excellent in organising someone to enter the building and fix. they offered alternative accommodation if we were not happy. The stairs were very narrow so it made it hard to carry suitcases up and down.
• Michelle (7/5): Good location that allows for rest. - Overall, facilities were good. We also liked staying in a residential area, getting an appreciation for housing in Japan. Nearby coffee house and bakery was also lovely. Whilst there were instructions, the hot water system was difficult to navigate. Stairs were narrow and fairly steep so some of us chose to leave luggage downstairs, and bring only what we needed upstairs. The accommodation was clean, but there were some stains on the couch.

• Lana (10/5): Loved living like a local for a week. - The location was so central for all things Osaka. Close by many train lines and we loved living in the neighbourhood. Close by super market, coffee places, food, convenience stores. The house was so well looked after and had all amenities you would need. It’s accurate to the pictures online. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing. We loved staying here we even extended our stay.
• Servane (6/5): Logement un peu vétuste mais personnel très gentil - Le logement était assez vétuste et aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi. Un des lits simples était cassé et le lit double était un matelas à même le sol. Cependant, la personne en charge était très dévouée et a tout fait pour améliorer les choses.

• Haining (9/5): Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Osaka! Merci! - l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour visiter Osaka ou de prendre les métros/trains Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé Très calme bien qu'on entend le passage des métros/trains (nous n'avons pas su le distinguer) vraiment pas grande chose. Peut être quelques crochets pour accrocher les serviettes.
