Resultó fastidioso la insistencia del check Out.

The flat is on the ground floor next to an entrance that is c - The only positive thing to say is that the bathroom and kitchen utilities work. Absolutely Unsafe I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life. The flat is on the ground floor next to an entrance that is constantly left unlocked, and there were aggressive individuals (clearly on drugs) hanging outside day and night, screaming, threatening me, and making it impossible to sleep or even leave safely. I was genuinely afraid for my safety and had to flee the property. The apartment reeks of mould, is dusty beyond belief, and triggered a severe allergic reaction. This place is uninhabitable. I contacted the host immediately and was met with vague apologies and no follow-up. I reached out to Booking.com and received no response whatsoever. No help. No relocation. No refund. Nothing. This was a nightmare experience and it’s outrageous that this listing is still live. No one should have to go through this.

• Aleksandra (5/5): It's a good option if you are young, adventurous, and value location above all. My partner and I didn't have any - - The bunk bed is very comfortable and wide. My partner and I slept together and had a lot of room to spare - The location is very good, close to everything. People comment on a shady alley but it's right next to the main road and we had no encounters with dangerous people. Also it was quiet at night, despite the pub next doors - The bathroom is new, the boiler works well, and there is a filtrating shower head - The sheets and towels were clean - Great check-in instructions - There is a lot of mold on the ceiling in the hallway (not around the bedroom) - It's crazy cold. Freezing. The windows are single-pane and don't close properly so even tho the heater works, heat just escapes. We were prepared and slept in long pj pants and hoodies - we were comfortable at night but a single person would need a hot water bottle to stay warm - One switch in the hall didn't work, made weird noises, and slightly smoked. When we turned it off, electricity went out. We didn't touch it for the rest of our stay. - Our host didn't answer any questions. Also, we were promised water and chocolate that wasn't there :(
• Ahmed (1/5): Verry bad experience. They are not professional. Will not be back again in this place. never. - I did not like anything. I did not like anything. Everything was very very bad. Manager was really stupid. I supposed to check in 3 pm but I could not. Because room was very very dirty and there was no electricity in the flat. Anyway manager did not received my phone. He did not give me any solution. After 2 hours he told me, everything will be resolved before 8 pm. Immediately I left this flat and applied for refund and compensation. I waited there for 4 hours. They ruin my day.

• Gustavo (1/5): Sleeping in the street would be better - Nothing Hi, The I’ve been, is not fit to have someone there. 1 the walls are all mouldy, it has a strong and horrible smell. 2 The socket is making a sparking noise and could be a risk as it could be a fire hazard. I’ve reported this to the owners they haven’t done anything about it. 3 there is no heating in the house, is freezing cold at night, yesterday I had to use a jacket to sleep as the window must stay open, otherwise is impossível to sleep with the bad smell. 4 there is no curtains in the bedroom, just in front there is a pub, anyone can see me inside rhe place. This place is not fit to have people in there, and the owners doesn’t care about the issues, messaged them, no help at all.
• Mo (1/5): Nightmare, Do not book!!! - DO NOT BOOK THIS. There is nothing to like this place is horrible and a nightmare. Very Unhygienic! Every single thing about this place is horrendous, horrific & I can't believe this place is even advertised. Do not book this place, it smelt beds were disgusting. Hairs all over the toilet.
• Ashok (1/5): Very nasty appartement - I didn't like anything about this flat.. Cheaters, I booked a double bed but they gave me a bunk bed, I told the manager to change them, he didn't take any action, I have never seen such a manager the worst flat, the flathas no AC, no fan, if you contact the host for an emergency, the host won't reply you. As there is a bar nearby, their noise keeps you awake all night.
• Errol (1/5): Genius Travelers - There is nothing to be liked on that sh... Hole That place should have not been allowed to be rented as a Hotel. It's opposite a Pub where people screaming all the time. They urinate by your Door and Windows. They do Drugs right at your Door. You try to sleep, impossible! Windows don't have any curtains, you wake up at 4am 😮. They don't even close properly. The owners manipulated with the Pictures from Booking.com, instead of us getting a real Double bed, we got Hostel Beds 😮 Catastrophe 😡 You can't even move on that place, that's how small it is. You will hit your head every time you move. It smells like one billion years old. See the picture what you will be smelling. See for yourself what my Kids did breath for three days 😡 If You have a Car, good luck with Parking nearby 🤣
• Ian (7/5): For a man travelling alone or with a friend generally acceptable for the price. - Location ease for tube. Entrance area had graffiti and was down a poorly maintained alley entrance giving a feeling of insecurity.
• Breslin (8/5): Great value in a great location for access to the City. Very nice hostess via What’s App. - Location. Value. Bunk beds, no remote for the tv, very musty smell in bathroom.
• Dorian (8/5): Very good - A nice small apartment on a very good location. It was very clean and cozy. The metro station is 50 m away. The neighbourhood has shops and pubs so you have everything you need in walking distance. The host was very nice and left us some cookies and water for our arrival. All in all we were happy with our stay here The apartment has one small heater in the hallway that couldn't really warm up the entire apartment so it was a bit chilly at times. Also it doesn't have an hair dryer, which is not a huge problem but could add one for the future.
