The location was amazing, you have everything nearby. We didn’t have water for several hours. And it was really loud. The apartment is right next to the front door and when someone enters or exits, you hear them like they are right next to you

- Suzanne (3/5): Very hot and uncomfortable - Cute No air conditioning is not appropriate for this property. We were there at thr beginning of September and it was very hot and uncomfortable and we were unable to open windows due to make mosquitos. The towels seem to be very old and worn. A disappointing experience.
- Linfeng (9/5): Good choice - The room is well designed by landlord. It has a romantic and warm vibe. The radio provides music. The kitchen is so equipped, we have everything we need to prepare fresh coffee and also for the dinner. The location is great that to the metro station only needs 2 min walk. The landlord allows us to put our luggages in the office because we arrived before check in time and responses timely to our questions online. There is no balcony and the air in Firenze is wetter so our clothes washed has no place to hang and hard to dry.
