Ayuna (10/5): Отель Аврасия - Отель относительно новый, свежий, небольшой. Персонал заботливый, всегда помогут. По просьбе принесли маленький холодильник и чайник. За такую стоимость все хорошо. Отель находится в минутах 30-40 от старого города пешком, а так мы ездили на такси. Территория района с особняками, коттеджами, не облагорожена, где-то идут строительные работы рядом с отелем. Были включены завтраки, но подавались по просьбе, с 9-11, очень скромные. Но, на этом спасибо!
Saniya (4/5): - Цена Расположение нельзя назвать удачным — оно далеко от основных достопримечательностей, хотя соответствует своей цене. Однако главный минус — это полное отсутствие чистоты. Несмотря на то, что постояльцев почти не было, номера не убирались. Если бы мы сами не попросили, комнату так и не привели бы в порядок. Полотенца оказались с дырками, постельное бельё было несвежее, одеяло даже не застегнуто в пододеяльник. В санузле постоянно стоял неприятный запах канализации. Завтраки — просто позор. Опция «включён завтрак» оказалась формальностью: то еды почти нет, то её вовсе не подают. Это больше похоже на издевательство, чем на сервис. Более того, если заказываешь еду через доставку, отель дополнительно взимает налог. В целом отель абсолютно не оправдывает ожиданий. Ему далеко даже до одной звезды, поэтому категорически не рекомендую.

Запомните это имя ( Aze) , если вас встречает этот молодой человек и те кто с ним на смене ( к сожалению не знаю имя второго молодого человека) у вас будет всё : улыбка при встрече , вежливость , решение всех проблем и вопросов , вода в номере. Номер чистый , качественный ремонт, не прокуренный. При другом администраторе воду можно только купить ( хотя это расходники которые должны!!! Пополняться каждый день) нет лифта с чемоданами не очень удобно. Завтрак минимум - позорище . ( тебе просто выносят твою пайку на тарелке и стакан чая ) при том что в номер это тоже донести не могут. Нет холодильника в номере.

Sena (6/5): Fiyat performans olarak ortalama düzeyde - Fiyatı çok uygundu ayrıca resepsiyondaki çalışanlar son derece kibarlardı. Suyumuz olmadığını söylediğimizde hemen getirdiler eksiklerimizi de ilgilenmeye çalıştılar. Konum olarak merkeze çok yakın değil yürüyerek 20-25 dakikaya inebilirsiniz fakat taksiler çok uygun olduğu için bir sorun yaşamadık. Kaldığımız odanın yatağının bir tarafı aşağı çökmüştü ve duvarda sinek ve böcek ölüleri vardı. Eşyalar eski değildi ama bakımsızlardı her yerden uzun saçlar çıktı. Temizlik açısından çok iyi değildi.

Mirza (7/5): The stay was good and comfortable but have some setbacks too. - The Hotel was good with good interiors and ambience and good dinning area. The Hotel forced me to pay 250Azn for washroom sink that was broken. It was not completely our mistake as we were using it normally but may be it was not fixed propoerly and it was not having any support from the down. But forcing your guest to pay amount in my view is not good. Though i appreciate the guy effort to in speaking kind language but he was also one way threatening me that we don't want to go to police for this issue.
Shahid (3/5): Bad experience - Structure of the building is quite new. However rest of the stuff was not up to the standard Room design and placement of the furniture nit well planned. Bed is placed in front of the main door, and the washroom door is right in front of you while resting on the bed. No adaptors / converters. Breakfast removed 10 min prior to 10 AM.

Hasan (1/5): The worst experience that we have ever had… - Nothing We stayed in an extremely basic room with very poor facilities, which had no resemblance to the photos shown online. There was no ventilation at all, and the room had a terrible smell coming from the sewage. When we reported this to the manager, he simply told us that the air conditioning was not working and advised us to leave the window open for ventilation — but they did nothing to resolve the issue. Moreover, there was noisy construction work (carpentry) right behind the window starting early in the morning, making it impossible for us to rest. We also felt extremely unsafe, as the entrance doors to the rooms were very insecure. Although we had booked four nights and fully paid, we decided to leave after the first night and moved to another hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Additionally, the location was very poor — it was far from the city center. Even the reception staff were unwilling to book a taxi for us, saying they could only book tours.there is no minibar and even elevator!!!! We literally escaped from there. Definitely not recommended!

Mateusz (8/5): Solo trip opinion - The staff was very helpful and English speaking. We were used to talking about Azerbaijan a lot and they helped me with some points. Whole atmosphere was friendly and guest orientated. Bus stop was nearby and Bolt to the city cost small amount of money. Some noises from rotating technical facility of the building was irritating and it become difficult to sleep.

Yousuf (5/5): Passable - The only positives about Avrasya Hotel were the friendly staff and the affordable price. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. No one came for daily room cleaning, which made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and it was extremely hot, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were no tissues provided in the room, and after the first day, no water was supplied either. Overall, while the staff were kind and helpful, the lack of basic amenities and services made for a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Jaivi (6/5): Location is bit far in the center, you need to take taxi but taxi are cheaper, breakfast is simple - Value of money its ok The hotel is charging for water, first day they will give free but after that they will charge per bottle, then for breakfast they will not refill milk, we ask for the refill they said they will jus give one time only. The room also did not clean properly when we arrive still there are some hair in the floor in the washroom wit the razor of other person.

Go right after exiting from this hotel and you will discover all the beauties of Baku. The hotel has all the amenities but you may have to ask some time for any of your requirement.
