• Siv (9/5): A nice, stylish apartment close to the best attractions. - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and well-kept, with excellent soundproofing. We couldn’t hear anything from the busy traffic below. The beds, duvets, and pillows were comfortable and cozy. I recommend breakfast with delicious, warm filled croissants and more at Wine Bar De' Penitenzieri, very close by. In line with previous reviews, we were aware that the elevator wouldn’t be working (it was no problem for us) and that there would be too little toilet paper (which, however, was resolved)
• Stéphanie (8/5): Excellent séjour. - Appartement très bien localisé pour visites à pied ou en bus (arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble). Aucune nuisance sonore et bonne luminosité. Réseau WIFI pas toujours très stable.

Najwięcej kłopotu sprawił nam system zarejestrowania się po rezerwacji. Spotkałam sie z tym pierwszy raz i było to bardzo stresujące i mało czytelne. Dodatkowo nie można było się skontaktować z wlaścicielami obiektu- absolutnie nie można było się dodzwonić. W przypadku naszego pytania na Whatsup, uzyskałyśmy odpowiedz"teraz nie pracuję- to nieprofesjonalne i stresujące. W obiekcie nie było ręczników papierowych i zbyt mała ilość papieru toaletowego(trzeba było dokupić). Osoba wprowadzająca nie miała dla nas czasu- brak szczegółów wyposażeniaobiektu, mapki itp. Często przyjeżdżam do Rzymu.

• Iryna (10/5): Good location, walking distance to all main attractions - Lovely flat with all essentials, nice and clean Lift requires a special key, which we didn’t have. Flat is on 4 th floor. Some days after long walks Wallis be nice to use the lift

• Hasan (5/5): Kötü bir deneyim! - Evin genişliği, temizliği ve konumu harikaydı. Tesise giriş saati 15:00 itibariyle başlıyordu, biz uçağımız sebebiyle akşam saat 22:30 gibi tesise giriş yaptık ve bizden geç girdiğimiz için extra 25€ para aldılar, eğer 23:00’dan sonra girseydik 40€ alacaklardı. Rezervasyon yapmadan önce tesisi incelerken istediğiniz saatte giriş imkanı var yazıyordu. Ben imkanım olsa zaten 15:00’da tesise giriş yapardım, bu uygulama gerçekten çok saçma. Ayrıca evde Free internet olduğu söylendiği halde gittiğimizde evin internetinin çalışmadığını gördük, defalarca ilgili kişilere durumu iletmemize rağmen çözüm üretemediler. Evin duvarları çok kalın olması sebebiyle mobil veri de çok kalitesizdi ve çok kısıtlı internet erişimimiz oldu. Salondaki kanepede kızım yattı ancak kanepeye bakınca demirlerinin dışarıya çıkmış olduğunu gördüm. Çok konforsuzdu. Evin konumu, genişliği ve temizliği çok iyiydi ayrıca bizi karşılayan Lorenzo’nun mekan önerileri çok iyiydi. Bir daha olsa kesinlikle burada konaklamazdım.

• LETICIA (9/5): Apartamento muy recomendable - Lo que más nos gustó fue la localización, fuimos andando a todos sitios. Lo tranquilo y silencioso que es porque da a un patio interior bastante luminoso. Lo bien que funcionaba el aire acondicionado. La decoración acogedora. El armario enorme para guardar toda la ropa. El baño grande, con ventana gigante lo cual hace el baño muy luminoso y dos lavabos. Hay una smart TV en la que puedes ver Netflix, etc... En general es un apartamento perfecto para ver Roma, descansar y estar como en casa!! Que el sofá cama decían que era para dos, pero realmente es para uno. Pero como tenían un colchón hinchable grande en el armario con un inflador y ropa de cama extra, pudimos colocarlo para que durmiera otra persona en él y muy bien. No hay microondas ni tostadora, pero el horno normal funcionaba muy bien y nos hacíamos las tostadas en él todas a la vez, lo cual era muy cómodo, así no había que esperar a que se fueran haciendo de dos en dos.

• MONTSERRAT (7/5): Apartamento amplio - Apartamento amplio y bien situado cerca del Castillo de Sant Angelo y Vaticano. Era para 3 personas aunque contratamos para 4 pero enseguida buscaron solución y nos trajeron un colchón hinchable. Comunicación muy fluida y buscaban solución a los inconvenientes. El sofá cama es individual pero intentaron solucionarlo rápidamente.

• Mathilde (7/5): Bien ! - La situation géographique et le prix raisonnable la literie du lit la taille de la salle de bain. Système de Clim un peu ancien et encrassé Ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas ( qui doit être appelé avec un badge auquel nous n’avons pas eu accès ) assez incommode pour les valises. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain, pas assez de papier toilette, pas de torchon dans la cuisine, douche trop chaude , impossible de faire baisser la température de l’eau qui doit avoir un minimum de 30 degrés… ce qui a provoqué un ébouillantage de mon amie et moi même en essayant de régler l’eau. Sinon à part ça bon voyage biensur! La deco est un peu nian nian essayez d’arrêter avec les messages au mur de positivité toxique genre « love is the key » ou « happy House happy mind » il y aurait d’autres façons de rendre un espace comme celui ci chaleureux !

• Martha (9/5): Great location and fantastic host. - Great location and spacious rooms. Close to all the attractions. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. The hot water system was quite limited which didn’t have enough for a family of four.

• Anonymous (4/5): Nil - The property was indeed very bright as advertised. The staff support via WhatsApp was poor. The water heater system can only supply warm water for 2 separate showers each night. Not suitable for 4 occupants. One coin sized bar soap and one toilet roll per guest, for 4 nights stay. Ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd night. Some areas in the apartment were dusty. The location was a tad far from city centre.

• Jodi (10/5): Very beautiful apartment that you can walk to everywhere you want to see and be far enough away from the city crowds. - The apartment had just enough space for our stay and was a great location! The property manager and colleagues were very helpful to make arrangements for our transfers and accommodations. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment, I would suggest to ask for a first floor place if you did not want to do stairs.
