• Tammy (8/5): A pleasant stay that covered all the essentials. - Loved the location! It’s close to Karingal Hub and the huge outdoor Ballam Park Reserve Playground. The kettle and cookware appear to be due for replacement.
• shirley (8/5): Relaxing, enjoyable stay. - Spacious, comfortable house, close to shops, eateries & the bay at Frankston. The access door code was sent to my email after 11pm the night before my stay. I would prefer the door code to be sent at an earlier time, such as some time in the late afternoon the night before. On the day of my arrival I had to contact the owner by phone for the code, not very convenient or efficient, as I am an older person & don't check my emails 24/7.

• Caroline (8/5): The inside of the house is lovely and spacious. - Spacious and size of the bedroom plus huge TV. The outdoor areas at the rear would be more inviting if the gardens were maintained The out door spa is not functional and we avoided going out the back door to that area.

House was clean but I needed to remove a large amount of hair from the shower drain because it didn't drain. Some more drinking glasses, we only had 3. But our stay was lovely and we would stay again. Thank you

• Amanda (9/5): Big house, in a lovely location - We based ourselves at this house whilst visiting local areas. It was situated in a peaceful area and had a great sized tv with streaming available for guests. Washing machine and dryer a great bonus too.
• Ershad (4/5): Disappointing - Based on the reviews, we booked this house for one week. Arrived there in the late evening after a long drive. It was so dirty that we did not stay there at all. Dead insects on the floor, hair on bed sheets and around the basin and bathtub, not cleaned toilets, etc... Called booking.com straightaway and emailed them the pictures. The very next day the owner called and said he would refund the full amount. After a few days, the amount I received was about 15% less! The owner said there had been fees charged by the third party 🙄. booking.com denied such charges been made and helped me get back the full amount eventually.
• Geoffrey (5/5): Passable - We enjoyed the quiet and private location of the house. It was spacious and comfortable for three adults. The kitchen facilities were great as well. It was 35 degrees during our stay and the air conditioner unfortunately did not work, which was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the property was not very well maintained or clean.
• Christina (8/5): We were very comfortable the beds and pillows were confortable - The owner was very quick to repond to messages and from the beginning was very accomodating, so polite and lovely to deal with i really have nothing to complain about, we are not fussy we felt like we were at home

• Alana (6/5): Frankston - Great location, nice comfortable home. Needs to be cleaned properly. Floors had food everywhere had not been vaccumed. Fridge not clean. Crumbs over kitchen bench sticky spillage on dresser in second room. Council rubbish bins had not been emptied. Bathroom tiles not clean and shower screen had not been cleaned. Back toilet needs attention we had to turn off at mains. Batteries in TV remote need replacing.

• Sharon (7/5): Good - The house is nicely decorated and quite spacious. Think the heater is a bit old, can be quite cold during winter without the fire wood. The bed nearer to the windows is not warm enough, should provide electric blanket or install a better heater.

• Kahlua (5/5): It was a reasonable stay. Close to everything we needed. - The house had good facilities, tv, full kitchen and spa. It was reasonably close to everything. The beds were so hard none of the six of us slept well. The house was freezing and it was difficult to work out the heating, the heating was also extremely loud and we couldn't sleep with the central heating on. The laundry reeked horribly of cat urine.

• Cheryl (7/5): Not a bad place to stay, just needs a bit of attention - Very comfy bed in the main bedroom. Not sure about the other two bedrooms, did not use those but they looked clean. Bathroom was clean (Did not use the Spa). Very comfy couch. Nice big TV. House was roomy and decor was nice. I like the position close to Karingal Hub Shopping Centre, not far from Frankston Shopping Centre, as well Could have been a bit cleaner. On top of the surface things were clean but things like the oven which was very dirty on the bottom of the oven. The laundry really smelt (A bit like cats pee). The BBQ was rusty and dirty. The house inside and outside needs a bit of love

• Bonnie (9/5): Great value, lots of space perfect for families. - The house was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The host was polite & friendly and responded very quickly. The value was fantastic for so much space and it's a great place for a family with lots of beds, fold out daybeds and two bathrooms. We really appreciated the extras in the kitchen cupboards, especially the hot chocolate! Thank you ☺️ The neighbourhood is quite noisy with barking dogs either side and speeding cars. Not the owners fault of course, and still probably less noise than a busy hotel.
