• Michaella (10/5): Lovely room in the heart of the Old Town - Excellent accommodation with friendly and helpful host Nicholas. Brilliantly clean and comfortable room. Amazing location - right in the centre of the Old Town with a view over the main street Stradun. Hot powerful shower and comfy bed. We loved our stay and wish we were still there! One improvement I would suggest is for there to be a rail to hang clothes on. We stayed for a week and had two drawers to store all of our clothes in which was a squeeze. Not a complaint from us but if you are early to bed, it may be noisy for you due to the location. However this dies down by around 10pm. This wasn't a problem for us as we tend to stay up late - and if you do want to sleep early, the host kindly provides ear plugs.

• AvallachGrouchySage (10/5): Lovely guesthouse in heart of the old town - Nikolas was an excellent host - very helpful, responsive and friendly. The guesthouse is right on the Stradun - the main strip. We could not have asked for a better location, and considering this, the room was very comfortable and pleasant to be in. Two things to be aware of: you must climb stairs to access your room, and the Stradun outside can be noisy at night - but there were earplugs for us to use if we wanted (and generally it wasn't loud enough to bother us). Would absolutely stay again 100%. Nothing
• W. (10/5): Lovely, relaxing, peaceful environment. - The host was very communicative and helpful. I really enjoyed the location of the building. The area felt very safe and accessible to a lot of the Old Town. I loved the kitchenette, size of bathroom, room, and amenities. Nothing.

The view across the main thoroughfare was splendid, yet at night with windows closed there was almost silence in the room. You need to be OK with stairs but we loved this compact but well-equipped little gem.

• Sayma (9/5): Lovely room in the centre of old town - Location is great, centre of old town. Plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. No stairs leading to the apartment. Host was very friendly & helpful, we got a early check in. We had the room on the 3rd floor, it had a lovely view of the old town. Kettle, mugs and plates provided in room. Bathroom was a bit small, no hanging facilities in wardrobe. The street can be very busy & loud at night.

As the house is located on the main street of Dubrovnik old town, it can be noisy during late hours (very crowded) but it didn’t bother me much after closing the windows. Room was clean. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. The host was very helpful and quick with answering questions via WhatsApp. Nothing.
• Grigol Chkhaidze (8/5): Recommended - This is not my first stay at this hotel, and there's a reason I keep coming back. The location is excellent, convenient for everything you need. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always makes a big difference. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, making for a pleasant stay overall. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom is a little on the small side, but it certainly doesn't take away from the overall experience. Would recommend and will definitely return! The one thing I'd really encourage the hotel to reconsider is the check-in and check-out policy, checking in at 3 PM while checking out at 10 AM is an unusually tight window that doesn't feel fair to guests. I hope this is something they address in the future

• GwenMoon (9/5): Geweldig verblijf - Geweldige locatie, mooi uitzicht op de hoofdstraat. In de oude stad was alles op loopafstand. Kamer was klein, maar fijn. Goede douche, fijne straa. Wel kleine ruimte, maar alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Aardige man (personeel of eigenaar) liet ons erin, was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Konden vragen als de handdoeken etc. vervangen moesten worden. Het enige wat we misten op de kamer was een haak om je jas op te hangen.

• Natalie (10/5): Fab place - Fab little place right in the heart of the old city. The host Ana gave me lots of information for easy check in and for things to do around Dubrovnik. Clean and modern room, albeit small it had everything you need and was perfect for my stay. Will be staying again. Nothing.
• Eilo (10/5): - Very clean and in a perfect location, right on the Main Street of the Old Town, and an added bonus that you didn’t have to go up any steps in the old town to get to the property. Beds were very comfy and the mini fridge was a great added touch to keep drinks cool. Noise didn’t bother us and Ana was so lovely and helpful. Perfect for a young couple!

Even at 2 or 3am, wr can hear people partying and screaming on the streets that disrupted our sleep. On top of that, our window only had a transparent, thin curtain, which allowed light to pass into the room all times of the day. We had to wear eye mask and earplugs to sleep daily, which was unfortunate
• DEAN (10/5): Accommodation and vacation that makes me want to come back - I am delighted with the wonderful accommodation in the very center of the old town surrounded by beautiful historical buildings on Stradun and the exceptional hospitality of the hosts who are always ready to help. The accommodation is extremely beautiful, tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, the furniture is sufficient for everything, there is a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is small, but very functional. This accommodation and the hosts deserve all recommendations. This was a dream stay. There is not a single minus.

The welcome I received from the host was lovely and helpful. Given the location, it was quite noisy at times (voices passing by, music etc). I didn't mind but this might put some people off.

Increible atención de Nicolás, quién amablemente me comentó acerca del lugar y me dió algunos consejos. Fueron flexibles con el horario de check out, lo cual siempre se agradece. Se publica que no tiene ascensor, pero lo menciono para que se tenga en claro que las escaleras son algo angostas. La habitación dá a la calle principal, lo cual es algo ruidoso, lo molesto estará determinado por el nivel de sensibilidad al ruido, yo no tuve problemas realmente,

• Rob (8/5): Great location, beautiful scenery - We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and the driver Maro was very helpful. He dropped us off outside the City Walls as no cars are allowed to enter. We had a short walk to our apartment and were pleasantly greeted by Ana who showed us to our room and explained about the facilities and the attractions in the local area. The compact room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old Town, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of interesting Museums telling you about the war and how the City has recovered. The cable car ride is a must, a lovely view over the City and the surrounding area. We were in Room 3, unfortunately, the toilet in the shower room had a problem with the cistern and it kept filling up every 5 minutes which kept us awake at night. This is not a quiet location, some bars stay open until 2.00am so you do need to use earplugs for sleeping. Old Town is very busy as its the main tourist attraction so every day was full of people arriving by coaches and also it has a port where the Cruise Ships dock. There are plenty of stairs to climb so if you have trouble walking or are infirm, don't stay within the City Walls. Very expensive to eat and drink within the City.
• Jemma (7/5): First time visiting Dubrovnik Old Town. - The location was ideal in the Old Town. The apartment was very clean. Ideal for a solo traveller spending a few nights there. Didn't sleep very well due to the noise outside from the public in the late evening. Also, workers start cleaning up the streets early, which can be very noisy.

Nulla a parte le scale strette e a chioccia, che per me non sono state un problema perché avevo anche la valigia piccola, però per chi é con valigie grandi o ha problemi alle ginocchia o altro di questo tipo, arrivare agli ultimi piani potrebbe essere un po’ difficoltoso.

Room has everything you need, plenty of space, sockets, TV with Netflix and English speaking channels, and fridge with kettle also. In a busy location but once you close windows, no issue with noise. Ear plugs also provided. Nothing at all. Enjoyed every minute

• Jennifer (9/5): Loved our stay!! NO stairs from Pike Gate to Lumin House - Great location that is so convenient to Old Town shops and restaurants. Super clean and had all the necessary items. It was so easy to roll our suitcases from Pile Gate to the Lumin House building with NO stairs. (You do, however, have stairs to climb in the building depending on what floor your room is located on.) It’s a bit noisy at night because you are located by the restaurants and bars. They give you ear plugs incase you want to use them for sleeping.

The one thing I didn’t like is something that cannot be changed, and that was the steepness of the steps and getting our luggage up. The steps was very very difficult.. I’m very fit and I had a hard time.
