• Arturo (9/5): - lovely flat in an upmarket residential area, so tastefully decorated, high ceilings, it looks amazing, the host was very responsive and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay here. I recommend it! just two things - make sure there's hand soap and dish soap - I think any flat in a place like Italy should have mosquito nets or repellents, we opened the window one evening and that night none of us could sleep

• Min (8/5): Safe neighborhood, convenient location, good size with additional bath - Nice safe neighborhood, convenient location; good size apartment for 4; additional half bath helps when you need to go. Easy check in with everything online. Easy communication with the host. Had a little hardtime to locate the unit; no window screen to avoid the mosquito bites.

• Greg (7/5): - Very nice apartment in a good location. We arrived a little early and the host was gracious enough to allow us early entry which was excellent. The aparment was clean and tidy I was under the umpression that there were 3 bedrooms when i fact there are only 2. The single bed is actually a home made bunk bed in one of the double rooms... although there is two sofa beds in the front room.
• Paul Wood (7/5): Excellent value, fantastic communications, incredibly clean, overall really enjoyable. - The instructions to get the code were great and the pre booking checking worked well. Overall, the apartment is incredibly spacious, has terrific views, and has everything that you would need. The main bed is a little creaky, but it still didn't have any impact on our stay. The location is really great; it's a 15-minute walk to the Vatican, and it's nice and quiet and really recommended. Good range of restaurants and bars nearby. The actual lock itself is a little bit fiddly to use, and it took us about two or three goes sometimes to get in, but it worked. The shower definitely is sub-optimal, and my partner wasn't able to wash her hair as the water flow was so low. That really is the only thing that needs to be considered.

• Rasool (9/5): - The building, apartment, and rooms were absolutely amazing. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to offer a true Italian living experience in Rome. The entrance was a bit too narrow for our stroller, so we had to fold it to get inside. The elevator was also quite small, which made it difficult to fit the stroller.

• Amit (9/5): - This was a very cool character property in Lepanto. It was central to most things. We walked everywhere from here including Vatican City, the colosseum etc. The metro is about a 10 min walk and there are also bus stops a few mins away. We had a party of 6 and there were no major complains. Well equipped kitchen and 2 toilets with 1 shower. There's a nespresso pod machine in the kitchen and a washing machine (no dryer). The place was very warm over December. It's in the 5th floor and there is an old lift for 2 people max so bear that in mind. I felt a lot fitter after 7 days of going up and down the stairs! The shower pressure is weak for hot showers.
• Eugene Dvorkin (8/5): Spacious, sun-filled apartment in quiet Prati—perfect location for Vatican visits - The apartment is very spacious, set in a beautiful and well-maintained building from the early 20th century. With high ceilings and huge windows, the space is filled with natural light. Located on a high floor in a quiet part of Prati, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The kitchen is excellently equipped, and the host was very responsive, promptly replacing a broken kettle. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and while the area is residential, it’s an easy walk to the Vatican with a convenient bus stop nearby for exploring the rest of Rome." The furniture felt dated and mismatched rather than antique. For a 6-day stay, the supply of soap and dish soap was insufficient, and the shower water pressure was low. While it’s near the Vatican, the immediate area is strictly residential—expect a 7-minute walk to the Metro or grocery store, with few restaurants or pizzerias nearby.
• Bruno (9/5): Highly recommend - It’s a good location, close to the metro station, it’s decorated in an old but modern way, and has all the things you need inside The shower is really weak, but i guess that comes with older buildings
• CAFER (8/5): Çocuklu aileler için ideal - Metroya yakın, apartman ve daire temizdi. Apartmana girdiğinizde 4 farklı merdiven var. Avluya girince sağa dönüyorsunuz ve oradaki girişten daireye çıkıyorsunuz. Daire 5. kattaydı asansör vardı. Biz ailecek konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Oyuncaklar vs vardı çocuklu aileler için ideal. Ev çok iyi temizlenmiş olsa da çok çok ufak solucan tarzı şeyler gördüm. Sanırım dairedeki ahşap mobilyaların eski olmasından kaynaklı. Yine de bu detayı olağan karşıladık. Mobilyalar eski ama temiz onu da ayrıca belirteyim.

• Kyla (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is a dream! So tastefully and creatively decorated and pleasant to be in, it was almost difficult to leave to explore the rest of the city! We were extremely comfortable and it was a pleasure to come home to the cool apartment after a long day of walking in Rome. Also in a great area, close to many restaurants and cafes. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you :)

• Maciej (10/5): We had a wonderful time there. - The location is PERFECT! I traveled with family and we had a really easy way to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment itself is clean and you definitely can feel the Roman vibe there. It has all the kitchen appliances you need to cook a delicious dinner, if you prefer to cook on your own instead of eating outside. The beds are comfortable, we had a good sleep after exhausting journey. The owners are really helpful, I had an issue once with unlocking the door (it was due to my mistake), and I was immediately assisted on how to resolve my problem. I felt assured that whenever there's any problem, they are keen to help. Great place, really recommend. Depending on how big of your group is, there may be too little dishes (cups, glasses etc.) so you may need to organise it on your own. We sorted it out with disposable cups which you can buy at the grocery store nearby.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Location and size of apartment. We could walk to most of the sights and there were restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The metro station was just a short walk away. The area felt very safe even late at night. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped . Plenty of room for us to spread out.

Location - 5min to metro and Irish bar/cafe, behind building on next block, recommended. 15 min vatican. Good tram to piazza navona. Good restaurants and gelato within 10min walk not touristy! Ancient lift which works. Bonus extra separate toilet. Had to keep turning gas off for hob. Not enough cooking stuff. No cups, leak in bathroom and smell, glass door to bathroom so no privacy, no third bedroom, but sofabed huge and v comfy in the family room,separate kitchen. Main double too small for us n v squeaky. Other double too hard. Single accessed by stairs.

• Mirwais (1/5): Bad - Scammers, when we made the reservation they send a mail that they can not accept the reservation. BUT(!!!) they charged our card with almost 200 euro!!! They send a mail that immediately the whole amount will be returned to our account. Almost after a month no money and not even a mail. FULL SCAMMERS
• Luis (6/5): Good location but not worth the price. - Location is great, 5 minutes walking from subway or bus stop. 15 minutes walking to Vatican. Area is very green around. I have arrived on time, no one was waiting for the check in. Called the host and she said Booking.com has made a misunderstood and my booking was cancelled, then said it was a misunderstood and someone was going to deliver the keys. It took around 40 minutes. The apartment is spacious but its very old. Forniture are old, beds are old, stove is old, there is no microwave. There are 4 old glasses in the kitchen, 3 or 4 forks and knifes. No amenities such as soap for shower or toilet paper, we had to buy it. The privacy is very limited once all doors are half wood and half glass, so if you walking on the hall you can see who is in the toilette/bath. I would recommend this apartment if it would costs less than 100€ per day, for a price of more than 300€ per day I expected much more than a good location.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay in this elegant apartment housed in a beautiful roman building in Prati. The location was perfect with immediate access to the Vatican and two metro stations (Lepanto and Ottaviano). The hosts were amazing and always eager to assist in any way possible. We really hope to return!

• Cliff (9/5): Loved our stay, felt like home. - Loved the home feel, great location, amazing hosts. Temperature control was challenging. Be ready for steps, the lift does work but it's small.

• Usman-smith (10/5): Classic Roman Holiday - The property is full of charm and dolce vita vibes . A real 1950 feel yet modern twists, photogenic. The Owners went the extra mile to make up an extra bed, even a lovely birthday cake for one of our sons. Short walk to the underground making the whole of Rome ready to explore. Quiet neighbourhood, lovely area, shops and restaurants everywhere

• Lieuwe (10/5): Highly recommended! - A nice place to come home to after a long day in the city. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Metro station just around the corner (Lepanto) also has bus connections straight to several locations in the city. Taxi stand and supermarkets are just around the corner as well. Good beds, good Wifi. Friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!
