• Ronald (7/5): Goedkope optie met weinig comfort - Locatie is prima op loopafstand van het centrum. Zeer oncomfortabel bed wat te klein is voor twee personen. ‘Slaap’bank is ook waardeloos.

The owners of the apartment made sure that the kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and detergents. The location to the city center is good. the area around the apartment is unkempt. It would be very good if there were mosquito nets on the windows.

Laut Definition ist ein exklusives Apartment eine luxuriöse Wohnung, die sich durch erstklassige Lage, hochwertigste Ausstattung, einzigartiges Design, außergewöhnlichen Komfort und oft zusätzliche Services auszeichnet und deutlich über dem Standard normaler Wohnungen liegt. Im direkten Vergleich ist diese Wohnung / Haus meiner Meinung nach eine schlechte Absteige. Wir hatten für 2 Erwachsene plus Kind gebucht. Allein der Anblick des Hauses, der Zuwegung und des Hintereingangs ließen wenig Raum für ein positives Gefühl. Die Briefkästen sind kaputt und aufgebrochen, der Hof ist vermüllt und es stehen einige Rattenköder rum. Nach betreten der Wohnung wäre ich am liebsten wieder gegangen. Das Bett ist sehr nah an der Decke positioniert, es reicht nicht für zwei Erwachsene. Die doch sehr hohen Stufen beim Abstieg … eine Gefahr! Bei der Couch war nach dem Ausziehen, nur ein Laken für zwei Seiten. Die Wohnung ist maximal für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Wir hatten glücklicherweise Regen in der Nacht mit nervenden Tropfgeräuschen auf dem äußeren Fensterbrett. Abgesehen vom Bad sollte gelegentlich mal renoviert werden. Alles in allem nicht wirklich gemütlich. Das Haus ist zudem sehr hellhörig. Die Schritte aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung und aus dem Treppenhaus sind deutlich wahrzunehmen. Gekifft wurde im Flur auch, sodass wir den ganzen Dreck in der Hütte hatten. Wenn man sich die vorherigen Rezensionen so ansieht, sind einige Mängel mehr als ein Jahr alt. Dem Betreiber scheint das egal zu sein. Die angegebene Ausstattung sollte angepasst werden, Kleiderständer, Hochstuhl und Schreibtisch fehlen. Und den Gartenblick … naja! Hätten wir mehr Zeit für eine Umbuchung gehabt, hätte ich dieses Loch in diesem heruntergekommenen Haus sofort wieder verlassen. Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Übernachtungsmöglichkeit die ich je hatte.

• Mark (10/5): Nice Apartment in Braunschweig - Great location with either a 10 min walk to the centre or a few minutes on the tram. The apartment has good facilities and the area is very safe. Close to supermarkets and a large park. Great bathroom. The bed is in a strange location. At first I thought the couch was the bed, it was only when lying on the couch and looking up I noticed the real bed. it took some getting used to but was very comfortable.
• Artem (8/5): A great option even for a longer stay if you’re not bothered by the questionable surroundings. - Great apartment for its price with nice and convenient renovations and efficient use of space. I needed temporary housing before moving into my main accommodation, and this apartment was a lifesaver. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a washing machine. The bathroom has heated floors, too. The area around isn’t the cleanest. They offer free public Wi-Fi for use, which isn’t ideal to begin with, and it didn’t work at first. However, after two days, the host brought a backup router that worked fine.

• Rahul (9/5): Nice cozy apartment stay for longer duration near to city centre - I liked the apartment as it was very cozy to stay in with all amenities nearby for a long stay of 2 weeks. Tram station is just 2 min walking and city center for shopping is just 10 min. I think only area of improvement will be the height of bunk bed because u always have to tilt yourself to lay down on bed or otherwise u will bump ur head always.

• S (10/5): I highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in this apartment. - I enjoyed staying in this apartment because my children’s love to play on the bunk bed and the furniture are nice and clean. Also, the lady taking care of us very much. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay longer or short period. Thanks I don’t see any improvement required
