• Alison (10/5): Retro and relaxing a perfect little beach shack - We absolutely love this place. Bright and cheerful, homely and retro vibes- love the little garden, the fabulous kitchen decor , the location, the amenities. Our favourite was the retro games table. Being an ‘older’ family with teens and adult kids - us oldies gave them a run for their money on the old games. All that practice in the eighties paid off! 😅 Beds were comfy. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Plus a delicious complimentary bottle of local wine. We all had a truly fantastic stay. Brought our two dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed the local dog beach as did we! And the oval just one minutes walk away. Ten out of ten. We will definitely be back just as soon as we can. Perfect 🤩 Nothing at all.
• Anna-janina (8/5): We absolutely loved our stay at the piccolo shack but having guests from Germany who are afraid of Aussie bugs and spide - Loved the interior design and all the games and equipment provided. It’s such a great location and very cozy inside Requires fly screens in the bathrooms and perhaps better screens throughout as there were a lot of bugs inside

• Clinton (9/5): Superb - Great location. The shack had everything we needed to stay for a couple days. Very comfortable and cosy place. No fly screens on the windows so alot of moths and insects were able to get into the house when the lights were on.

• Alex (5/5): Accommodation ok - basic but way overpriced at $365 per night. - Comfortable Sofa and good Smart TV with internet access Close to beach and Gracie’s store Well equipped kitchen Uncomfortable bedrooms. Dated bathroom with poor shower facility and low water pressure in shower. Lots of spiderwebs around windows and insects in bathroom and toilet. Outdoor area not clean and tidy.

• Ruth (9/5): We loved Gracetown in general away from all the commercialism … and particularly loved the beach shack vibe if this prop - We loved the whole relaxed vibe of the property and fantastic location walking distance to beach and walking tracks Everything was great … maybe just need to supply a few coffee and and tea choices/ chai and herbal teas in the kitchen… this would be a nice welcoming touch
• Veronica (8/5): Lovely spot and well equipped homes. - Definitely pet friendly, fully equipped home and close walk to beach. Dog poo in garden, floors dirty and spiders in toilet window.
• Malin (10/5): Perfect for a winter weekender. - This house was a perfect size for my family of 4. We had a long weekend stay and brought our dog, who also had a blast. The house was decorated and kitted out in a lovely way, with all the things we needed included. All the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed and chairs/picknick baskets for outdoor adventures we're a cute touch. And the vintage game table was a big plus during our rainy stay! The walking distance to the coastline and beach was so pleasant, and walking around the cute streets with the dog was very nice, too. All a short drive from Margaret River and all things you may need/want while on your downsouth trip. The main bedroom bed was a bit hard for our liking, but that's truly the only thing we didn't sing praises about. Everything else was great.
• Emily (9/5): All over it was excellent and I would stay again :) - The decor and the interior of house was lovely and the kitchen was very well equipped There could have been a comfier outside seating area for communal times with 4 adults staying it would have been nice to have another day bed outside or outside lounge area, and the house was very hot as the the insulation could be improved, air con was good though.
• Christine (10/5): Homely, clean and simple - great location. - Very clean, simple, homely feel, and perfect for us…. a family of 5 plus 1 friend of young adult kids. Not a luxury property but it’s simplicity and cleanliness were wonderful. We loved sitting under the peppermint tree for sunset drinks with fambam. No views but an easy walk to beaches for surf or swim or coffee at Gracie’s Cafe. Loved the video game machine- childhood memories were rekindled. No grass but it has been dry and pergola and trees provide great shade.

• Duncan (9/5): Superb - Great location as a launching pad for Margaret River and surrounding area.. Wonderful house to stay in for our family of five. Well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms (including the lounge room with the comfy couch). The cool retro arcade game was a big hit too. Nothing!
