- Christian (3/5): Der Aufenthalt war insbesondere Aufgrund des unsauberen Zustands der Wohnung enttäuschend. - Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten erlaubt die Benutzung eines Pools und hat eine neuwertige Waschmaschine. Wir waren im Appartment 10/202. Auf andere Appartments in der gleichen Wohanlage mag meine Bewertung evtl. nicht zutreffen! Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Das gesamte Kücheninventar sowie die Küche selbst befanden sich in einem unhygienischen Zustand. Sämtliche Töpfe, Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Oberflächen waren mit einer Fettschicht überzogen bzw. unzureichend gereinigt. Nachdem wir diesen Mangel bei der Vermieterin beanstandet hatten, forderte sie uns auf, den Zustand fotografisch zu dokumentieren. Am darauffolgenden Tag erschien eine Reinigungskraft, die wir erneut auf die - aus unserer Sicht mehr als offensichtlichen - Mängel hinweisen mussten.
Eine umfassende Grundreinigung während unserer Anwesenheit war für uns weder zumutbar noch im Sinne unseres Urlaubs. Daher ließen wir nur noch die gröbsten Mängel beseitigen (z. B. die Oberflächen der Schränke), nachdem wir wesentliche Dinge bereits selbst erledigt hatten (u. a. das Reinigen einer Fettlache auf der Arbeitsplatte und das Spülen des nötigsten Geschirrs). Die Vermieterin erachtete es während unseres gesamten 14-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht für nötig, sich persönlich ein Bild von der Wohnung zu machen oder angemessene Maßnahmen einzuleiten. Auch aufgrund dieser Umstände - sowie der für uns ungünstigen Lage der Unterkunft - haben wir einen großen Teil unseres Urlaubs in einem kurzfristig angemieteten Hotelzimmer verbracht.
Zudem ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig; der Lärm von außerhalb des Gebäudes sowie aus den Nachbarwohnungen war immer wieder belästigend.
Wir waren im Appartment 10/202. Auf andere Appartments in der gleichen Wohanlage mag meine Bewertung evtl. nicht zutreffen!

- Katrin (8/5): Kindlasti soovitan - Vaikne koht, kesk- ja vanalinn olid 20 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter oli hea suurusega. Samuti oli rõdu mõnusalt suur. Köögis oli toidu valmistamiseks kõik olemas.
- Marcin (10/5): Cudowne miejsce na wyjazd ! 10/10 - Duże, przestronne mieszkanie, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba na codzień. Od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się z Rodziną jak u siebie w domu, spędziliśmy świetny czas ! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, baseny z ratownikiem, winda, parking pod blokiem, super osiedle, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Do najbliższego marketu dotrzecie w 10-15 minut spacerem, do morza i plaż także nie jest daleko (40-60 minut spacerem do Venus Beach), galeria handlowa Kings Avenue 30 minut spacerem. Właścicielka to bardzo miła, przyjazna i dobra osoba, wszystkie informacje przekazane szybko i w jasny sposób, zorganizowała późniejsze wymeldowanie abyśmy spędzili dodatkowy czas na odpoczynku i relaksie. Dziękujemy Mrs Helen ! :) Serdeczne polecam ! Nie mam żadnych uwag, wszystko ok.

Great takeaway 100 metres away. We were here in November so had no use of the pool which looked superb but was understandably closed.

The apartment is pretty spacious and light with a new furniture. Also, I should say that it is very clean!
The location is nice. I stayed a lot in this area before as it’s pretty close to the promenade, old town and main Paphos landmarks.
The pools are huge and the territory of the complex is green. Despite that everything is clean and the furniture is new, the apartment is very old.
I didn’t like the view from the balcony. It’s written in the description that there’s a garden view, but in fact you see from the balcony an empty territory (maybe it’s prepared for the building of another complex) full of garbage. I mean it’s hard to call it a garden view, because there’s no garden there. Also, the balcony furniture is old and needs maintenance.
There’s a big problem with a water pressure, too. There’s an electric water pump installed in the apartment to improve a water pressure, but it just doesn’t help.
The internet is slow. I went to Starbucks or the beach bar and the internet was few times faster.
Also, there are 2 regular separate beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. So, if you’re a couple keep in mind that you’ll sleep on the sofa. And the sofa is not comfortable at all. Every morning I had a pain in my back. Next time if I see somewhere a sofa and 2 separate beds I won’t take a risk again.
The complex itself needs maintenance, too. The pool fountains didn’t work, the walls of the building, stairs everything needs maintenance.
To be honest I can’t understand why this apartment has such a high rating - 9.0. I mean it may be a good option for someone as it’s cheaper than the apartments of the same size in this part of the city (we paid around 80€ per night), but it’s not 9.0 for sure.

- Jan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in a walking distance 25 minutes to harbour and 25 minutes to old town. It was very clean and well prepared for our visit. When we have arrived it was late and dark outside already so it was bit hard to find block 10, because Iris Village is a complex of many buildings. Sofa in living room is uncomfortable in a sleeping mode for two adults.
