• Karina (10/5): Estancia acogedora y tranquila. - La ubicación es excelente por aparcamientos, lugar tranquilo, cerca de servicios como supermercados, farmacia, cafeterías. Además que la estancia tenía todo lo necesario, tanto las zonas privadas (habitación) como las zonas comunes (cocina y salón). Era muy acogedora, limpieza excelente y toda la información previa que me aportaron fue de gran ayuda. Muy recomendada y si regreso, seguro que repito en el mismo sitio. No puedo decir algo sobre lo que no me gustó porque estuvo todo genial.

• Tomaz Sifrar (10/5): - The property is in a quiet location in the city. Bus number 11 runs between the airport and the property. The gentleman gave me a garage for my rented motorbike. The gentleman took me to the airport in the morning because I had an early flight. Everything was okay.

Tampoco te lo advierte ni hay ninguna información de esto en ningún lado. Dependeras de la educación y respeto de los demas huéspedes ya que se oye absolutamente todo.

• Beniamin (9/5): Bardzo dobrze spędzony czas - Lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy idealna. Parkowanie wymagało znalezienia miejsca przy ulicy, ale zawsze jakieś wolne miejsce w bliskiej okolicy się znalazło. Miejsce w pełni wyposażone, ładne i czyste. Jedynie prysznic z którego początkowo wylewała się woda był lekkim problemem, ale kupienie środka do udrożnienia rur załatwiło sprawę.

• FLAVIO (10/5): Struttura perfetta vicino all'aeroporto - Struttura estremamente pulita , elegante e ben organizzata, sita a circa 12 minuti dall'aeroporto.Gradito l'omaggio di caffè/te. Nell'area comune si trova una cucina ben attrezzata. Per trovare agevolmente parcheggio sulle strade adiacenti consiglio di non arrivare tardi la sera. Inoltre , avendo la stanza un boiler per riscaldare l'acqua del bagno, consiglio di calcolare bene i tempi per tutti i membri della famiglia, altrimenti basta attendere che si riscaldi di nuovo.

• Morten Anker (9/5): Rigtig godt, rent og rummeligt overnatningssted tæt på lufthavnen og i rolig by. - Vivienda el Timon ligger på en rolig gade i Ingenio, der er en lidt kedelig by men dog med et hyggeligt torv , park og i gåafstand til stranden. Der er også et par gode restauranter. Vi havde et stort værelse med god opbevaring (det er sjældent at opleve) og et meget stort og fint badeværelse til deling med et par andre værelser, hvilket ikke var et problem. Køkkenet er udstyret med alt, hvad man har brug for bl.a. god kaffe. Vi fik rigtig god service mht. fleksibilitet ved udtjekning i forhold til flyafgang og taxabestilling. Dertil kommer, at det er meget billigt. Byen er ikke særlig spændende, så enten skal man være der kort eller have en lejet bil. Der er dog også gode busforbindelser. Der mangler en balkon eller terrasse.

• Gintas (9/5): Really enjoyed the stay in a very clean and stylish house. - Very clean, spacious and stylish kitchen, dining/living area, shared bathroom. Comfy beds with warm blankets, kitchen very well equipped (coffee, tea, toaster, microwave, cooking oil, etc.) Good chose for those who have a car and want to stay close to an airport or need a break from a busy city life. We appreciated the rural atmosphere and enjoyed hearing birds chirping and neighbour’s rooster in the morning. We stayed for only one night and experienced an issue with the hot water—it ran out once. I’m not sure whether this is a common issue or just a coincidence.
• Anne (9/5): Pratique pour prendre l'avion tôt le matin. - A dix bonnes minutes du bus à pied (ligne 11). Dame très accueillante. Le problème est qu'elle ne parle pas un mot d'anglais et nous pas un mot d'espagnol! Elle a réussi à comprendre qu'on voulait un taxi tôt le matin et très gentiment elle nous a proposé de l'appeler. Elle s'est donc levée à 6h30 et je l'en remercie. Le confort de la chambre n'est pas extraordinaire mais vu le prix, c'est tout à fait convenable. La cuisine est super et comme il y a un supermarché à 5 mn, nous avons acheté une paella toute faite que nous avons réchauffée. Globalement nous étions tout à fait satisfaits. Lit d'1m40 un peu dur.

• Andrew (9/5): Great overnight stop - Quiet, good quality room in a spotless house. Nice spacious kitchen/lounge area. Easy check-in. There's not much in Ingenio but it's a convenient base. I wasn't prepared for the lack of eating options nearby.

• Ali (8/5): - The owners were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and offered complimentary coffee. Considering the price, I would recommend this property. The bed is somewhat old, and the mattress looks worn and shabby. The location is far from the city center, so a car is necessary if you choose to stay there. The room is not very soundproof; although we did not have trouble sleeping, noise can be heard easily when someone is in the kitchen.

• Peter (10/5): Great Value Stay - Good guesthouse complete with large kitchen and dining area. Excellent size of room considering and bathroom was spacious too. Near the top of Ingenio with shops and bars nearby. Recommended. No sink-plugs for the sinks in the bath room would be nice. No hot water for the kitchen sink, so had to boil water for the washing up. I think if you removed the enormous wardrobe in my room then you could fit in an en-suite, something to look at in the future. Overall I had a great stay.

Господар тримає готель в ідеальній чистоті і дизайн дуже аутентичний. Ми навіть хотіли подовжити проживання, але господар не мав для нас варіантів. Я б сюди з великим задоволенням повернулась би. Інтернет менш потужний, але ми відпочивали, а не працювали. Тому це не була проблема.

• Sven Josten (10/5): This is truly a top accomodation. - This is a very professionaly managed accomodation. It is clean, has a very nice mutual kitchen and living room and the owners are reaylly very helpful and friendly. I can recommend it to anyone, especially if you need to be close to Las Palmas Airport. The bedroom is not really big but has airconditioning, a TV and a good bed.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant. Très agréable d'etre réveillé par le chant du coq. On peut voir le levé du soleil dans la salle à mangé, un petit plus. Dommage, que nous sommes restés une nuit pour notre retour.
• Justyna (9/5): Amazing value for money in a very nice and clean villa - Vivienda el Timon was the best place we stayed at! The room and whole villa was super clean, neat and elegant. It seemed quite empty so it was very quiet, which we enjoyed a lot. The value for the money was simply amazing in comparison to other similarly priced accommodation options. We very much enjoyed our stay 😊 The only small minus was the bed, which although comfortable, was making noise at night when turning (the springs were loud)
