Not prepared for our stay: Blocked shower drain…reported on morning of arrival but only fixed late next day. • PALOMA (1/5): - Cuando llegamos después de conducir desde Valencia, cogimos las llaves como nos indicaron y al entrar estaba todo sucio, camas sin hacer usadas,, baños con toallas usadas en el suelo. Hasta una cucaracha muerta en la encimera de la cocina. Tuvimos que estar durante horas tirados en la calle buscando alojamiento con el calor de Sevilla finales de julio. No sólo nos costó muchísimo entrar a alojamiento para tres adolescentes y dos adultos, por qué había un evento importante en Sevilla sino que, tuvimos que pagar 570€ más. Hasta un mes después no hemos conseguido que nos devuelva el dinero que ya se había cobrado. Decía que no lo había cobrado y booking tras muchísimas horas y días de estar hablando y contando a todo el mundo lo mismo, nos dijo que el mismo día que terminaba la reserva había recibido el dinero al propietario. así que, tras mucho pelear mes después nos devuelven el dinero pero nadie nos cita el agotamiento y el estrés que pasamos ese fin de semana con el calor que hacía en Sevilla tras conducir desde Valencia.
• Rune (1/5): Stay somewhere else!! - The location is ok, but not great. Apart from that, absolutely nothing. The description of the townhouse includes a number of flat out lies. There should be a sun terrace with garden views and outdoor furniture. As you can see in one of the photos, it's a French balcony with a street view. Nowhere you can sit. There's no dining table. Only place you can sit is in the lounge room, but four people can't squeeze in at the same time. Three bathrooms are really two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Three toilets, but only two half full toilet rolls was what we were offered. A washing machine, but no laundry powder, aircon but no working remote (flat batteries). There's NO PARKING provided, even though it's even included in the name. The house has three floors with very steep and narrow stairs, absolutely not suitable for elderly people. Very hard to get any suitcases to the top floor. Internet is not working on the top floor. I could go on with further misinformation, but enough said. I recommend Booking.com to have a very close look at this property and make the hosts revise their description or, even better, remove it from the website entirely. I travel a lot all over the world, always using Booking.com for my accommodation bookings and never been so mislead and so disappointed as this time in Seville. This is a total ripoff!

• Marjorie (9/5): Superb - Very nice location! Surprising house with sufficient room for 2-3 couples with space for everybody. The house itself is a cute and old style. The keys did not work very well making it complicated to open or close the front doors. Unfortunate that there is not dinner / table to eat and sit.
• Marleen (10/5): Wonderful stay in the old town of Sevilla. - The home is a little part of history, located in the old town in a wonderful location. The house is well equipped and clean. Also has air conditioning. Nothing, all is well thought out and available.
• Michele (10/5): Pure bliss from start to finish. - The apartment was very clean and new, Well furnished and well equipped. The owner made sure we had everything and was very helpful and welcomed us warmly. Easy access and close to everything. You have restaurants, suppermarket, parking space, bars… everything you may need. We will definitely come back to this house if we decide to visit Sevilla again!!!! Everything was great, the owner was very helpful. Perfect for us.
