• Ritva (10/5): Loppukesän lyhyt loma - Hotelli sijaitsee lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Tallinnasta kauniissa paikassa hiekkarannan läheisyydessä. Kahden hengen huone merinäköalalla Rannamajassa oli tilava, siisti, hyvässä kunnossa ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Ravintola Wiccan viiden ruokalajin illallinen viineineen oli oikein hyvä, samoin palvelu. Hotellin aamiainen oli erittäin runsas ja monipuolinen. Aamiainen olisi voinut olla tarjolla klo 11.00 asti klo 10.00 sijaan. Koska majoituimme vain yhden yön, jäi spa ajanpuutteen vuoksi kokeilematta.

Hotel has been renovated in parts and the rooms were modern and comfortable Breakfast was overcrowded and some facilities looked out of date and in need of refurbishment. Restaurant is great but not affordable and lack of alternative. Bar area crowded and uninviting.

• Heli (7/5): enjoyable beach setting - Breakfast was generous, varied and fresh. Meals in Liiv were tasty. Facial at Spa was well executed and professional. Walk to Arvoa centre very worthwhile. Clearly setting up for summer service, with many new inexperienced, customer-shy staff in restaurant. Musicians performed at night but tables and lights configured so we could not see them. Unfortunately cold wet weather precluded use of outdoor facilities.

• Lana (7/5): Nice place for recreation - Location. Clean rooms. Very rich and tasty breakfast! Good SPA with 6 sauna. We are grateful very much to breakfast staff as we were late for breakfast on Monday (note! it is till 10:00 on working days!!!), but they brought us plenty of food and given a time to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, I am not able to stay in this hotel again as mattresses in all rooms are super expensive but very soft. My back had a trouble after two sleeping nights. Second night we could not sleep with husband at all. Do not stay at Beach House 3rd floor rooms. It is mansard floor with 1 x window in ceiling at each room. There is too low ceiling over the bed.

• Liis (10/5): Perfect beach holiday! - The beach house is perfect example of relaxing scandinavian design and comfort. The location cannot be better, directly at the beach, just some hundred steps to the sea. The breakfast was amazing, there was many choices of fresh juices, great coffee and variety of delicious hot and cold dishes never running out from the table.

I didn't like Reception staff customer service skills, one of them lady named Gabriella (if I'm not wrong) was very rude to me, overall impression dropped, also other lady ( I don't remember her name, with the glasses), was not that professional, check-in time took very long, they claimed that my room was not prepaid, they didn't advise that Water center access was granted for the hotel guests automatically, so this took time for me about 10-15 minutes to negotiate at the desk with my children. Other lady Gabriella was knocking the table while talking to me, and her face looked scary, she interrupted our converstaion with other receptionist (she was excellent), and when I commented on her talks, she said to me that "she is busy", very odd behavior, so check-out experience was also not that smooth and friendly.
