• Arturo Burgos (10/5): Excelente apartamento - La ubicación muy buena. El apartamento es espacioso, muy iluminado. Decorado con gusto. Con AA que funciona muy bien. Una Smart tv grande en el living y otra en el dormitorio. La cocina tiene se todo. El baño grande y cómodo. Tiene bidet. Pero lo que es excepcional es la ducha con un flujo de agua espectacular. Tiene cochera en el segundo subsuelo. Pero una cosa a tener muy en cuenta es que si van en auto, el equipaje o personas con dificultad de movimiento deben dejarse en la planta baja ya que solo hay escalera desde el estacionamiento hasta la planta baja. Teniendo en cuenta esto es altamente recomendable.

Il manquait un couteau de cuisine mais la propriétaire est venu en porter un, deux jours après en avoir fait la demande… Les murs qui séparent des autres appartements ne sont pas insonorisés. Certains voisins n’hésitent pas à mettre de la musique forte en rentrant tard le soir. L’appartement est à une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. Il y’a très peu de restaurants dans les environs. À part un petit Carrefour Express, il n’y a pas de supermarché proche. Les matins de semaine, l’intersection directe en bas se transforme en concert de Klaxons.

• Sandra (10/5): The apartment was very comfortable. We thought there would be more stores and restaurants close by. - comfortable rooms; ample space, well equipped. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner. It was o k, but the cleaning service missed cleaning the outside of the cabinets and floor.

• David (10/5): Fantastic - Location was perfect for visiting the city and exploring on foot. We parked our hire car in the secure parking and didn't use it the whole stay. The apartment was exceptional and really well equipped.

The host was super responsive and professional. The location is not the typical touristy neighborhood but was convenient to get an uber every time, and we loved to walk to plaza España and the historic area. Highly recommend
