• Nuria (3/5): No lo recomiendo. - Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Pero por ese precio hay más hoteles que están mucho mejor. Para empezar el recepcionista es algo despistado, parece que es nuevo. Tardo muchísimo en hacer el checkin, le comenté que no iban mis enchufes de la habitación y no me buscó ninguna solución. El desayuno es fuera del hotel, en una cafetería que atienden horrible con un desayuno muuuuy básico y te tratan fatal. La habitación olía muy mal pero al menos estaba limpia. Los enchufes rotos, luces rotas, en fin, ni repito ni lo recomiendo.

A cama é enorme e muito gostosa. Em um dos banhos o chuveiro não esquentou. No dia seguinte pela manhã já estava funcionando.

We booked a 2 bedroom but on arrival it was not available so they gave us 2 bedrooms not joining but on the same floor. One apartment had a leak under the sink. They inspected the leak but did not repair it? The property is old and needs repairs. The food in the morning, that was included, was always cold even after pointing it out several times.

El ascensor estaban un poco tenebroso, pero lo importante es que sí había ascensor. La habitación súper espaciosa, los sillones, súper cómodos y la cama espectacularmente rica. El desayuno fue servido cerca en Hotel y muy buen sabor y servicio. Es desayuno típico de República Dominicana Todo muy bien

The property is to close to everything , the breakfast was delicious , so many restaurants near by and the staff were all very pleasant. The tv is very small and far from the bed.

• Issabelle (8/5): Pleasent, centric and safe place to stay - I loved the location, the breakfast is included and was great, loved the flexibility of the place and booking.com, as you can change your stay however you want. The property is safe and you have staff at font desk at any time. The night shift front desk man was amazing and David was there in the morning. They’re all great and do everything to accommodate you the best way possible. The bedroom was very spacious too. The only pictures I have is of the breakfast included! Omg, it was too good The bathroom sink was a little bit dirty in the back part of the faucet and the bedsheet was a little bit stained. This was understandable because the property is old but everything was great.

Because of our language barrier, service was a little slow. I relied on my translation app and the time it took, persons wasn’t willing to assist. I felt ignored at times in the restaurant.

• Kevin (4/5): Disappointing - The location Not having hot water all the time, the closet doors did not work, the air conditioner did not work well and there must have been some type of mole or whatever in the air conditioner because I got sick. Also the inside door handle kept coming off and I had to keep putting it back on. One of the ceiling fans did not work, but having breakfast everyday provided by the hotel was great.

• Sherrod (8/5): Great Value - Breakfast is served at a Cafe around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located just steps away from Calle Conde. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. Some of the sofas had visible stains.

• Amy (8/5): Great apartment (except if you want to cook!) - The two bedroom apartment was really spacious, beds were big and comfortable and good hot water in the shower. The kitchen was not well-equipped to cook for a family of four. There were barely any utensils, crockery or pots and pans.

• El (7/5): ....Still Had A Nice Stay - The manager was friendly & quick to respond to issues. The receptionists were friendly & patient. The housekeepers were friendly, helpful & constantly cleaning. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with an elevator, fan, ac & cable tv. I would return. I didn't like the orientation of the room originally assigned to me. My quirkiness. But fortunately the nice receptionist was patient and let me see other available rooms. I was happy with the one i finally chose. The room had an odor to it. But was ok after I got air freshener & aired it out. A night of serious rain caused a leak in the room's ceiling. It was tended to by the night crew and stopped when the rain subsided. I needed to constantly adjust the toilet tank chain for it to fill up properly. My shower & sink water had stopped running for a few hours. Housekeeping & management came by immediately & the water was soon restored. When the water returned it was cold. And I thought it was a hotel issue. but after i turned a valve in the bathroom, the hot water returned. The hotel shows potential, and with a little bit of maintenance & upkeep, Roma could be a top accommodation in the area. My stay was great after the nuances minimized & i figured out a few work arounds.
