- WAN NUR QISTINA (1/5): - For anyone planning to book this guesthouse, please make sure to check the pricing carefully. The room price was originally stated as RM198+, but after making the payment, RM321 was deducted from our account! We were shocked and immediately contacted the owner. Only then were we informed that there was an additional RM120 cleaning charge. On top of that, they also asked for another RM200 as a deposit, making the total payment almost RM500. For that amount, it would have been much more worthwhile to stay in Bukit Bintang, where the room rates are more reasonable and the facilities are much more satisfying. When we wanted to cancel, there was no refund at all and we could not get our deposit back. The owner was also very inconsiderate. Why were these extra charges not clearly mentioned earlier so that we could make a proper decision before booking? Honestly, the room was not worth the price at all. The bedsheets smelled like they had not been washed, the mattress was old and too soft that we practically sank while sleeping, and the pillows were extremely thin. The floor was also very oily and dirty. To make things worse, when we went into the kitchen, we even saw a cockroach. You can refer to the photos we shared.

- Saw keong (8/5): Overall acceptable except for getting the keys - Person in charge not responsive to customer call, have to call booking agent for help, GETTING THE KEYS IS A NIGHTMARE AND BAD EXPERIENCE ALMOST GIVING UP HOPE. IT PERSON IN CHARGE SHOULD HAVE A RING TONE TO ALERT HIM CUSTOMER NEED URGENT HELP AFTER PLACING MANY MANY CALLS Getting the keys. Instructions should be clear like going to gate 3 to get the keys. Or pass the keys to guard on duty, and so no running around to search for mail box Please collect deposits in advance not on the spot at the time of taking keys, or very stress ful to transfer money at the same time getting secret code to open mailbox

Strategic places with kind of facilities like food, reataurant, shopping mall, work out and nature place. 1. I book 2 units but one of the unit got problem with access card, leaking AC and not functional kettle 2. Its so difficult to find the parking lot at level 5 espcially fr first timer.

- Nabihah (9/5): Superb - Clean rooms, nearby there are many eateries, laundry services and there's a mall downstairs (Setapak Central), beautiful view from room. Security took some time and faced a bit of difficulty entering the house as there was only one access card available.

- Tin (1/5): Cheating! - It is ugly, dirty and their service is disgusting! The pictures does not match the teal apartment at all, they are cheating. When we arrived we immediately called to cancel. They asked us to take pictures to show why we are unhappy, Do we have to proof that what they show on as their apartment is not at all what they gave us?!?! It is a fraud, be aware!

- Fadzai (3/5): If you value your sleep / rest during the night and are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. - The location was great. Right at the mall. The noise from outside especially from the road was very bad during the night when we wanted to sleep. We struggled to sleep. We would literally hear every car that passed along the main road. The walls and windows are not sound proof. There was no changing of bed linen for our entire 7 days.

- Hafriz (2/5): not that great, could have gone to nearby boutiques hotel for the price. - the location was good, it is on top of a mall, and easy to find food and what not, was here for a wedding at the nearby hall. the pictures were different from what was posted tricky parking, a lot of broken toilet stuff and dirty furniture, it smells really bad when i checked in, what is with the early check out time as compared to hotels at 12? a lot of dead bugs in the toilet, basically it was not cleaned properly.

- Faridah (7/5): Good - Location is above the mall in Setapak Sentral. Apartment is very clean. Not bad. Setapak Sentral is a very busy place. I missed the point to collect the key and had to go out to the main road and make a big loop to come back. Keys had to be collected fr Level 3 but the guard was reluctant to give access initially. Afterwards the check in process was ok. Another suggestion is, please change the sofa to a more modern one😅

Satisfied! - Very strategic location, the property was just on top of Setapak Central and easily accessible to the shopping complex through the elevators. Recommended for those who prefer quiet surroundings. Safety wise, I can give 10/10 for safety as only those with access card can use the elevator. Lot of eateries nearby give an extra advantage for this property. Shower experience was a bit issue as the property has slow water pressure. Have to spend longer time in bathroom to get proper bath.
