- Mohamad Ali (1/5): - I had booked a 26-square-meter room, but upon arrival, I was given a very small room of about 5 square meters, without any windows, no wardrobe, and no elevator access to the 4th floor. The bed sheets and pillows were extremely dirty, the mattress was in terrible condition, and the bathroom was broken and filthy. When I complained to the receptionist, he refused to help or cancel my booking. Instead, he told me to “do whatever you want” and spoke to me in a very rude and sarcastic way.

Shodno ceni uslovi su sasvim u redu ali bi mogli srediti neke sitnice poput brave u nekim sobama, da imaju daljinski za klimu i slično

- Imrane ELABBOUBI (1/5): - C'est un des hôtels les plus horribles que j'ai vu, Impossible de dormir.. le bruit ne s'arrête pas la nuit, il y avait une embrouille à 4h du matin, on pense que des prostituées viennent la nuit.. Sans parler de la saleté et l'état de la literie qui est loin d'être un lit.. Ayant voyager souvent, dormir en voiture est plus confortable que de prendre cet hôtel. Bref on était pas resté plus d'une nuit.. A part tout ça, le gars de l'accueil applique un taux de change très élevé, je lui explique que livre turc que je viens de changer ces 2j tourne autour de 36 37. Lui il te dis que c'est 38,5 (histoire de gratter quelques 50 livres en plus sur le taux de change). Il me prend pour quelqu'un qui ne comprends pas et justifie qu'il a un logiciel de l'état turc qui le permet de fixer ces taux lol

- Mustafa (1/5): - Gar nichts außer die Lage. Das Zimmer war unsauber, es gab keinen Aufzug, und die Rezeption befand sich im Keller. Man hörte deutlich die Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern, insbesondere von Kindern und es war generell sehr laut. Zudem gab es keine Getränkeoptionen im Hotel. In der Nähe befand sich ein türkisches Café, das von fragwürdigen Personen frequentiert wurde. Obwohl ich ursprünglich zwei Nächte gebucht hatte, konnte ich nur eine Nacht bleiben und wechselte anschließend das Hotel.

- Fahad (1/5): - it is a scam place. very dirty, no lift very small stairs. My daughter almost fell from the stairs. I was surprise how come this hotel has such good reviews and I just put a 1 star review but after publishing when I checked it it was automatically made as 7 and the comments were not added. Seems like Booking is also part of this scam. Be aware don't ruin your vacations based on the price they are showing, it does not worth. I paid for 5 nights in advance but left after 1st night without even getting refund so imagine how bad the place was.

- Carina (1/5): Katastrophal - sehr Schmutzig, Schmutz welcher nicht von nicht nur einmal nicht putzen kommt. Zimmer nicht wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, klein ohne Fenster und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. An der Rezeption wurde nicht auf die Kritik reagiert und falsche Versprechung gemacht. Eher eine Bruchbude statt einem Hotel! Keine Kommunikation sowie Gastfreundschaft.

Сразу при входе на территорию этой "гостинницы" пахло очень не приятно. Персонал с безразличностью относился нашим просьбам, и когда мы просили отменить наш запрос и вернуть наши деньги,они дооолго обсуждая между собой на НЕпонятном НАМ языке, ответили просто, что они не отвечают за это. А на просьбу связать нас с администрацией отеля они просто проигнорировали нашу просьбу. Номера отеля и чистота это вообще отдельная тема. Простыни гладились в ресепшене прям На Полу, пинаясь грязной обувью. Номер который они хотели нам дать был лёгко говоря "Не для проживания". Уважаемый себя человек не останется в таком месте, ну что и Мы сделали. Никому не рекомендовала бы этот отель! Не верьте оценкам букингком!

- Yury (1/5): - The hotel charged me double!! They said that the payment from my card did not go through and asked me to pay in cash. I paid in cash, and later in my bank I found out that the payment was successfully debited from my account! The cash was not returned to me, the refund was not credited to the account! "Booking" does not respond to my claims, the hotel does not take part in the return of illegally appropriated money, it does not resolve the issue with Booking. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Be careful!

- STANISLAV (8/5): Нормальный вариант на одну ночь - Расположение гостиницы вполне удобное. Не более 10 минут пешком от остановки метро Эмниет-Фатих. Окрестности гостиницы не самые туристические, но зато более спокойные. Впрочем, это всё равно ещё вполне себе центр города. Рядом магазины. Есть места, где можно быстро перекусить. В гостинице имеется в подвальном помещении общая зона с кухней, где можно ожидать чек-ина и посидеть вечером. Стоимость номера (в подвале) по местным меркам невысокая. Санузел чистый. Есть мыло и шампунь в ванной. Адрес на booking.com указан неправильно. На самом деле номер дома другой, хотя весь квартал небольшой. Впрочем, в пределах самых ближайших домов я других гостиниц не видел. Соответственно найти данную гостиницу - проблема небольшая. Трудно получить от персонала гостиницы справку/квитанцию о проживании. Максимум, чего удалось добиться - распечатка из внутренней гостиничной системы учёта безо всяких подписей и печатей. Мой номер был в подвальном помещении без полноценного окна и соответственно без солнечного света. Впрочем, одну ночь провести в нём вполне можно.
