• Richard (6/5): Location great but inside should be cleaner and tidier in cupboards for a property charging premium. - Location superb and layout and garden perfect and for dog. We have stayed here twice before. Facilities good. Generally not as clean as previous visits with dirty surfaces, no spare cupboard space in bedrooms as all sorts of blankets and linen stuffed in and some not clean at all. Owners have locked areas in cupboards already so visitors need some space. Arrived to door by bins open so not secure. Had to pick up 5 dog poos in back garden on arrival, wash surfaces and wash floor! Things like an apology of a couple of metal hangers and only a spare toilet roll per toilet not good enough for the price we paid over easter. Such a shame as we love it there and are apprehensive in returning.
• Anne (10/5): Great location, comfortable and plenty of room for a family or small group. - Quiet. Location. Bush views. Close to beach walks, restaurant, general store, light house museum, etc. Plenty of games in cupboard for rainy days, Well set up. Family friendly. Plenty of heaters to warm up the place Robot Vacuum cleaner - very handy. Needed to vacuum the dog hair off couch and cushions, floor and skirting boards,etc ( from a previous guest occupant) - to make place ok for one of our guests who was allergic to pet hair.
• Jennifer (7/5): Great location - The location was excellent - 2 mins walk to Sandy Gully beach. The house is well set out and quite spacious. The undercover verandah goes right around the house, meaning you can always find sun or shade to sit in. The yard was secure if you have children or a dog. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice, the beds comfortable and there is a nice outdoor sitting area to the side of the house with a large umbrella. There were plenty of board games in the studio and a table tennis setup underneath the verandah. The outdoor hot and cold shower was an unexpected bonus. The house was listed as 4 bedrooms - 1 with single beds, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a double bed. The one with a double bed is in the loft of the studio in the backyard (without a bathroom). It's not big enough for 2 adults as you need to climb a ladder (as you can see in the photos), but the gap to pass through and the attic-style pitched roof- with very low ceiling height make it ridiculous to think an adult couple could comfortably sleep up there. It is also not suitable for anyone not sure on their feet or scared of heights. There were 7 adults in our group and instead of sleeping in the loft as planed, one couple slept in the single beds and the single person slept in the double bed in the loft because they couldn't fit. I think the wording on the listing needs changing to make it suitable that at most two teens or a single relatively nimble adult could sleep there. Also, it was an extremely hot weekend and we knew there was no air con. There is one overhead fan in the living room (which is great) and two standing desk fans. However, only 1 of them worked which was unfortunately on such a hot weekend. One person ended up sleeping one night outside on the day bed because it was unbearable in the loft.

• Adrian (8/5): Very good - Great location in a quiet area but lose to the shops. Difficult to communicate as you get sent to a call centre, there is no linen included and when i tried to organise linen i had to call on 4 separate occasions to finally get the phone number of the cleaning company that organises linen. By that time it was too late and we had to bring our own towels, tea towels and linen. Communication was poor and difficult.
