Adroaldo (5/5): Razoável. Lençóis e cobertores sujos! Não possui climatização (janelas devem ficar abertas). - Localização boa e fácil comunicação com a proprietária. Os lençois e cobertores não estavam limpos, com cheiros e aparências que haviam sido utilizados e não lavados (item muito relevante para a escolha de uma acomodação). As toalhas estavam cheirosas e limpas. Nenhum ambiente possui climatizador, obrigando a deixar as janelas abertas, aumentando o ruído dentro do apartamento, mas não chegou a ser um problema.
