The common facilities are wonderful and spectacularly clean. No way to have a late checkout, drop off luggage or at least to have access to the common facilities for a few more hours after checkout.

It was very conveniently positioned for hassle free trips in and out of the city via rail. Parking was also secure and convenient. Having a supermarket, restaurant and an Asian grocery store on the property block made life very easy.

I really enjoyed the outdoor area .. a treat on a sunny winters day in Melbourne
Good instructions for all applicants and welcome chocolate a nice treat The checkin process was slightly complicated .. and the parking positioned at the other end from the lifts .. which was a little confusing

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making the entire experience feel both personal and seamless.
The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Beautiful parks and cafes located close by and the train station as well.
What stood out most was the genuine care shown by the team, which made the stay feel more like a warm home away from home than just a short-term rental. Whether it was a quick response to a question or a thoughtful touch left in the room, the hospitality was exceptional.

- Farishaqina (9/5): Location superb, near tram and train station. Foods are all around the property. Walking distance to a park. For uber pl - It was just seconds from oriental supermarket and coles supermarket. And restaurants. Nice cafe at the lobby of the property. Tram stop is just in front of the building. And train station Caufield is just 10 minutes walk for a granny. No cleaning or change of towels. We have to wash it. Dont worry the washer dryer is in the apartment.
Toilet no bidet. Please add a rice cooker in the property.

Due to this I needed to keep the blinds closed as they could see directly into my apartment, also the noise, vibrant was constant, even when all windows were closed. I feel I should of been notified of the construction, so I could make an informed decision.

- Gerri (9/5): Superb - Very nice hotel, modern, clean, superbly equipped. The chocolate bar and the yoga mat were a very nice surprise. Super comfortable mattress. And great location. I will definitely return! A bit of noise from the construction across from the hotel, but only in the morning (and not under the hotel's control). It was very quiet during the night.

It has a quiet air con & with windows closed you don't hear the train at all The smart TV has limited apps (eg no Prime Video or ABC iView or SBS OnDemand etc) and the host has blocked access to the settings so one cannot download additional apps or project a PD into the TV screen
