• Fabio Filipe (4/5): - 5 min Fußweg zur U-Bahn und Bus Station. Wandsbek Markt. Das Personal war freundlich. Es war schmutzig Nachbarn waren laut Fenster sahen aus als hätte man sie seit Tagen nicht angefasst.

• Prinzo (1/5): - Der kostenlose Parkplatz Waren leider sehr enttäuscht weil es keine Bettbezüge gab’s und leider sehr dreckig war.
• Miriam (1/5): Achtung Kakerlaken!!!! - Unkompliziert und günstig in der Buchung und Check In. Extrem schlechter Zustand. Sehr dreckig, überall spinnen und Spinnenweben im Zimmer (was ich aber tolerieren würde) aber als mir dann eine Kakerlake über den Weg lief, war der Spaß vorbei. Das ist inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte zu diesem Preis keinen Luxus und bin hart im Nehmen, aber meine niedrigen Erwartungen wurden noch weiter unterboten. Eine einzige Fechheit!

Mierda en la habitación por todos lados...sin barrer...el ascensor estaba roto....la clave del WiFi me la dieron 5 horas después....sin información de la clave. La recepcionista tenía mucha prisa por irse....no me explico nada en absoluto. Un toma las llaves que me voy....el televisor estaba de adorno...faltan muebles...muy viejo todo. Y PODIA SEGUUR.....

Der Eingangsbereich war bereits unsauber, baufällig und einem Hotel nicht würdig. Mehrere Müllbeutel empfangen den Gast bevor er zur Rezeption geleitet wird. Zimmer, Betten und Sanitärbereich passen eher zu einer "Absteige" als zu einem Hotel ...

• Sara (1/5): Das schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Bezahlt lieber woanders etwas mehr. - Mitarbeiter war freundlich. Tiere im Zimmer, es hat gestunken und es war dreckig. Überall Haare, Staub, Badezimmer war Katastrophe. Alle Armaturen dreckig und verkalkt. Wir haben uns echt geekelt und waren froh, dass die Nacht vorbei war. Lage ist auch nicht gut, direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, es war sehr laut. Eine Küche war aufgebaut, Bauanleitungen, Bauschutt und Handwerkszeug noch in den Schränken gewesen, kein fließendes Wasser oder Küchenzubehör. Vollkommen sinnfrei

• Louise (2/5): ALDRIG IGEN - Om jeg så fik penge kom jeg ik igen. Møgbeskidt. Ingen i receptionen. Skummelt område. Ingen varm vand. Da vi fik værelse med varmt vand kunne altan døren ik lukkes og heller ik vinduet på badeværelset. Alt var lavet halvt. Man kan intet på hotellet. Ingen tv internet mad drikke service. Da vi bad om mere toiletpapir fik vi en brugt kvart rulle. De spurgte om vi da havde behov for varmt vand. Gården hvor bilen holdte var fyldt med byggeaffald og alle sten i stykker. Vinduerne i opgangen var i stykker og alt var møg hamrende beskidt.

Im Badezimmer waren zu wenig Abstellplatz für Utensilien, die Tür der Dusche war nicht eingehängt, das WLAN ging nicht, da die Reichweite nur bis zum 1. Stock reichte, ich war im 4. OG . Der Fernseher hatte eine chaotische Programmspeicherzuordnung, ZDF lag auf Kanal 106

• Eva (2/5): sketchy place - the bed was comfortable. the room was large. The hotel was under renovation. The room was very large but it seemed to have been an apartment previously, with an empty space where the kitchen was. In the bathroom, no hot water was available, only lukewarm water for about 3 minutes of showering, then it went cold. The shower curtain didn't even reach to the bottom of the shower, and all the water from showing went out on the bathroom floor and into the room. There were some broken curtains on one side of the room, no shades or curtains on the other side. It was also very loud outside (from the construction site).

• Marc (2/5): Betrug - Abzocke -Warnung - Unfassbar - Das geht garnicht ! das ist das schlimmste Hotel was wir je gesehen haben. Hier sollte mal eine Behörde aufräumen. Dieses Hotel sollte aus einem seriösen Hotelsuchportal verschwinden denn es ist reine Abzocke. Und versuch mal das Geld wieder zu bekommen - da muss auch Hotels.com sich etwas einfallen lassen. Also - Warnung an Alle - dieses Hotel niemals !

• Matthias (2/5): - Absolut grausam. Das Zimmer war eine Frechheit, das gesamte „Hotel“ ist ein Witz! Im Grunde müsste man für so viel Siff, Schimmel und Ekel Schmerzensgeld verlangen. Leute, bitte tut euch das nicht an. Investiert ein paar Euro mehr und bucht ein richtiges Hotel.

Völlig runtergekommen, überall Baumaterialien, dreckig, die Zimmertür wurde schon so oft aufgebrochen, dass sie kaum noch schließt, der gebuchte CheckIn ab 10 Uhr klappte auch nicht. Erst ab 14 Uhr,. Toilettendeckel lag unbefestigt teils auf dem WC und teils daneben. Das Bett war fürchterlich. Und dann sagte der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sie hätten einen Ruhr-Ausbruch. Habe kaum ein Auge zugemacht und habe das Hotel schon um 4:30 Uhr verlassen. Dass Expedia ein derart miserables Haus anbietet macht mich nachdenklich. Also, mein Tipp, Bucht wo anders.

• Martin (2/5): - Nun ja, es kostete ja nicht viel. Aber Flur und Aufzug waren vollkommen dreckig. Das Zimmer selber war wirklich sauber, auch das Bad. WLAN funktionierte tadellos. Die Duschtüren fielen alledings auseinander. An der Rezeption stand ein Kühlschrank, der bis auf ein paar Biere nichts mehr enthielt. Er war fast leer. Ich reklamierte das. Dennoch änderte sich das während meines dreitägigen Aufenthaltes auch nicht. Kurzum. Billig hin oder her. Da gehe ich nie mehr hin!

• Adam (1/5): Pretty grim, doors not secure, building dilapidated compared to pictures but cheap. - Pretty cheap but honestly worth spending more to be closer to the city No hot water, door frame wasn't secure so you could push the door open whilst locked, it looked like someone had forced it before. Reception closed at 10pm but wasn't completely clear, need to use back doors at night where car park is. Weird weird locals, had one approach us while we were sitting near the carpark, guy ended up sitting with us and demanding hotspot wifi/"sniff", weird. Slowly started grabbing our stuff and walked around the block before going back into hotel. The door not being secure was sketchy, weirdo was sat there for about an hour after we left so a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was sealed off like a murder scene but the window was left open to the balcony, bit creepy. One plug per room so bring adapters. Building is generally run down.

• Lars (2/5): - Das ist kein Hotel, selbst miese Absteige wer eine positive Bezeichnung, die das Hotel nicht verdient. Kaputte Steckdosen, mit HVV-Winkeln zugeschraubte Schiebe Tür. Zimmertür wurde mal aufgebrochen und ein simples Schlos eingebaut. Gilt ffür alle Zimmer der Etage. Das Rezeptionsfoto von Expedia ist ein Fake. Wäre es nicht so spät gewesen, ich hätte kehrt gemacht und mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

• Vian (4/5): Sleep and go. - The bed was the best part. .Paying that much for your own room is understandable, but it's not even in the city... also not sure what kind of factory is near there but the smell at times in the air was disgusting

The staffs are not doing their jobs, we stayed there for 4 days and they never clean the room nor even provide a towel to us. The images are not real , the said hotel is an old building and incomplete building.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door blocked, mold everywhere..dust everywhere..stains on the blankets..cigarettes everywhere on the terrace..bathroom glass door detached and leaning against the wall!!! I can go on forever... I would like to clarify the what happened because I spent 90 euros for a room that made my stay a nightmare.
