• Karina (10/5): Zwiedzanie Aten pieszo - Lokal wyposażony jest w niemal wszystko co potrzebne jest do mieszkania. Mieszkanie nowe. Bardzo szczegółowe informacje od właściciela o meldowaniu, udogodnieniach, ważnych numerach w Grecji, a także gdzie warto zjeść (polecam!). Lokalizacja genialna, wszystkie ważne zabytki odwiedziliśmy pieszo. Wychodząc z uliczki i idąc na wprost dochodzi się do szczytu stadionu w 5 minut! O widzi się to, za co trzeba by płacić kupując bilet wstępu. Jedyne czego mi brakowało to suszarki do włosów.

Leuke barretjes en een supermarkt dichtbij -het stonk naar een chemische stof waarschijnlijk kakkerlakken verdelger -kakkerlakken in het appartement. -beddengoed met het “weer” erin. - dekens die van wol zijn, gewassen? - er waren geen kookpannen en te weinig bestek aanwezig. Na een bericht aan de eigenaar is dat wel gekomen. - vieze keukendoek en schuurspons in de keuken. - stond keuken azijn met verlopen datum 2024 en bloem uit 2025. - de trap er naar toe was ook zeer slecht onderhouden, onkruid over de trappen heen.

The apartment was also quite cold — heating was available only in one room, with no way to warm up the bathroom or kitchen. Additionally, on two mornings there was no hot water.

• Αχιλλεύς (6/5): - Ομορφη διακόσμηση., πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Έλλειψη κρεμαστρών στο μπάνιο για πετσέτες. Κάτω από το νιπτήρα υπυρχε γυαλινό δοχείο για τη συλλογή νερού της αποχέτευσης που έσταζε. Δεν υπήρχαν καλαθάκια στα δωμάτια τα οποία ήταν μικρότερα του προσδοκιών. Δεν υπήρχαν σταντ για τις βαλίτσες και στα δύο δωμάτια που επικοινωνούν με κοινή πόρτα έχοντας όμως και ανεξάρτητες εισόδους. Η μία τηλεόραση δεν μπορούσε να συντονίσει τα ελληνικά κανάλια και υπήρχε μόνο ένα τηλεκοντρόλ. Κρύο σπίτι όταν μπήκαμε και στενή και επικίνδυνη σκάλα ανόδου στο χώρο διαμονής από την είσοδο, χωρίς ταινίες αντιολισθητικές. Μη επαρκές ζεστό νερό. Θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν επιλογές σε μέγεθος μαξιλαριού. Αργήσαμε να βρούμε τη σφουγγάριστρα στον ακάλυπτο που χρησιμεύει και σαν πρόσβαση σε άλλο δωμάτιο (loft5) και στην ταράτσα που βλέπει τις περιβαλουσες πολυκατοικίες Ο διαχειριστής ήταν επιθετικός και προσβλητικός κατά τη διάρκεια επικοινωνίας μας για την επίλυση προβλήματος, χωρίς διάθεση αναγνώρισης των επισημάνσεών μας. Μάλιστα έψαξε στο chatgtp πληροφορίες για μας με σκοπό τον εκφοβισμό μας. Η επικοινωνία που ακολούθησε μέσω μυνηματων ή απαντήσεων μετά τις αξιολογήσεις που ανήρτησαν οι συνταξιδιώτες μου που μοιράστηκαν το χώρο διαμονής, μας γνωστοποιούν ότι θα προσφύγει στη δικαιοσύνη γιατί κατά τη γνώμη του οι περιγραφές ήταν ψευδείς.

• Elizaveta (10/5): A wonderful apartment you’ll want to come back to. - An excellent apartment in a quiet area, yet close to cafés, shops, and restaurants. The beds are comfortable (we slept wonderfully), everything is clean and cozy, and there is access to a terrace with tables where you can have breakfast or dinner with a view of the Acropolis. The apartment has everything you need, including a kitchen — it’s easy to cook, do laundry, and there’s a large fridge. There’s a lovely botanical garden nearby, shady and beautiful, perfect for walks. The host sent great check-in instructions and also recommended a place with amazing souvlaki (and they were truly delicious). There’s also a wonderful coffee shop nearby with excellent coffee and great pies. We will definitely come back. Please note that the apartment is located on a steep street with stairs, so you’ll need to carry your suitcases by hand. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to be aware of. We really missed having shelves and hooks for towels in the bathroom — there’s literally nowhere to put your things.

• Naomi Mastrilli (6/5): Buona posizione ma attenzione alla gestione degli insetti! - Posizione comoda per raggiungere le zone più centrali, anche a piedi se piace camminare si è in zona Sintagma in 20/25 minuti. La stanza è grande e la cucina è funzionale. La struttura è in mezzo ad un'area verde poco curata che favorisce il proliferare di insetti vari. Ho trovato ragni (o simil tali) in diversi punti della stanza (per lo più già morti), uno scarafaggio (vivo) in bagno ed una buona quantità di formiche. Per quanto riguarda lo scarafaggio mi è stata mandata assistenza per portarlo via. Per le formiche non ho chiesto nulla perché l'invasione è iniziata la sera prima che me ne andassi invece i ragni morti li ho proprio ignorati.

• Ana (5/5): - Buena ubicación y limpio Para ser un apartamento no tenía facilidades como tal debido a que la electricidad sólo funciona cuando estamos dentro. Esto dió lugar a que toda la comida que teníamos en la nevera tuviéramos que tirarla tras pasar una larga jornada de turismo, ya que la nevera dejó de enfriar. La cafetera tampoco funcionaba. El aire acondicionado no tiene mando, por lo que se queda toda la noche encendido y a la temperatura y fuerza que ellos tengan, lo cual nos incomodó bastante a la noche.

• Myrto (6/5): Pleasant - The location was really good and the room was big and comfy. The host was very helpful with my very last minute booking and check in! Overall it looks like the owner cares about the place and is trying to make it better. The room has very very obvious problems with humidity and mold. The walls are full of mold and cracks, and the bathroom smells like humidity a lot! Also there were dead roaches under the beds when I arrived...I know the area has problems in general and it is on the plus side that the owners have sprayed the property and at least when you find them you find them dead. But I believe the rooms could be a little bit more thoroughly cleaned.
• Sarah (8/5): Although a few conveniences were missing we loved staying here and it worked really well for our family of 5. - Fantastic location - a 5-minute walk down the hill to the Panathenaic Stadium, Botanical gardens and Big Bus Tour stop #8, 25-minute walk to the Acropolis. A 5-minute walk up the hill to supermarkets and greengrocer. Cafes everywhere! The apartment is comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen did not have many of the cooking utensils we needed and the fridge door stuck every time we opened it which was very frustrating! The rack for drying clothes was broken and rusty.

• Bartosz (9/5): A nice spot for Athens' sightseers. - Well equipped apartments (kitchen equipment, air-conditioning, towels, washing machine in two apartments) perfect enough for our group. Beds were spacious and comfortable, quiet enough at enough, yet close to public transport and bars or restaurants and walking distance to Syntagma square or Monastiraki. A nice terrace on the roof. Very good contact with a really friendly and helpful host. In some rooms walls might need repainting, but it is not a problem for those who don't require luxury.
• Roberto (9/5): Superb - Very good and complete equipment of the studio; it looked recently renovated. Very close to the old Panathinaiko stadio, but at 10-15min walk from the other main City sightseeing. The closer Metro station of Syntagma and Evanghelismos are also at 10-15min walk. The building is located in middle of a short and steepy alley, whose maintenance must be not at top of the city administration's thoughts (not to blame the hotel about, of course). However, it must be remarked that the indication to get to the allocated apartment, once you get to the main entrance door, should be vastly improved.

Shame on you - Nothing it’s not a hotel it’s rooms with locks that the owner installed I couldn’t sleep all night as the stuff of the bar downstairs where trying to get into my using a drill on the lock while I was sleeping the owner was is in on it too pretty sad as the there’s a reason for the price and that it’s a central location it’s not syntagma though it’s closer to panepistimio but they are baiting customers with 38€ a night stay and central location I went straight to the police and people should stay away

The sheets for the bed could have been cleaner, there were a few stains, there was a bad smell throughout the apartment, the kitchen was tiny and the lights didn't work, there were no knives in the drawer, privacy was almost none existent, you could see through the curtains through the window day and night, it was very far from everything and the whole place looked very rundown 😔

Close enough to all the main sites (if you don't mind a 30 minute walk one way; we didn't) but the neighborhood feels very local and not as touristy as Plaka or Psari. We didn't mind it being in a steep dilapidated back alley but if you're planning to bring a lot of luggage you might want to reconsider due to lack of accessibility, very poor and improvised layout and in general the place being much smaller than we were led to believe. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out and catch some sunset vibes although it could use a deep cleaning. The apartment feels very improvised. The kitchen is set up in a dark hallway and is very impractical. A way too big fridge is completely unnecessary. The stove is placed in a place making it a nightmare to use. Getting rid of such impractical appliances would make the space feel a bit more thought through and practical. Cleaning out the cupboard out of old seasoning and coffee bags would help - they're kind of disgusting. The apartment is also way smaller than what was advertised. I would probably say it's less than half the size of the 65m2 that was listed. The apartment was much smaller than we were led to believe. Most pictures are probably of a bigger apartment or they're shot at an angle that cleverly disguises how small and crammed the place is in reality. You only get one key that also is needed for electricity. It makes sharing very difficult. Yes there is a lockbox but when people are in and the others are out you have to walk down and open the door for them. And if someone is out late into the night they have to wake everybody up to enter the apartment. Having one key for three people is really ridiculous. When we asked for a spare we were told that "these are the rules". The AC is only in the pseudo-kitchen not in the bedrooms. Essentially the kitchen space can get cool but the bedrooms are very hot if you sleep with doors closed which is absolutely necessary because of the mosquitoes (more on that in a second). The very small bedrooms are separated by a door so in terms of sound they offer no privacy. The bedrooms are not big enough have a suitcase open and still be able to move around with ease. Soundproofing that was listed was also not present. The apartment lacks closet space (one small closet for 2 bedrooms and 3 people) and in general is very impractically thought out. Some minor changes would make a lot of difference in this regard.
• Vasilika (7/5): Good - it was a small apartment in a very good location. the environment was humid and smelly. the apartment was in the ground floor and you couldn’t leave the windows open in order to refresh the air.
• Yosef (8/5): Very good - The room was clean , The neighborhood is nice with cafes The shower is extremely small, there is no mop, so everything is wet. There is a dangerous and unmarked step in the room. It's not easy to find the place and certainly not in the evening. Room No. 1 on the ground floor: the windows face the street That's why you can't even open the window. Unfortunately, on the second night there were drunks above us who woke us up by ringing the bell in the room, shouting and making noise in their room above. We Didn't sleep all night. The owner of the room asked for an apology - that's it. He Didn't even think of any compensation for the really unpleasant night we had.
• Jesse (8/5): Very good - Very good location a little away from main tourist spots. Nice coffee, lunch and dinner restaurants. Very nice park nearby. Clean and functional small apartment for a short stay in Athens for reasonable price. Communication good. Very nice roof top patio to come relax at end of day. It is quite small but that's okay. Host messaged before to tell us it was very small and steep stairs to access. It was a surprise though as seems most pictures are if the larger rooms in the building. There is a leak going downstairs that you need to wipe if the shower water comes out the door (which it usually does), but again - small inconvenience for reasonable stay. If you're going to be out around Athens most of the day and just need place to sleep and maybe relax a bit before dinner it is nice option.
• Lucy (6/5): A mixed review - The flat very cheap, it lwas clean and the bed was comfortable there was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. The WiFi and air con were in good working order and the flat was well stocked with amenities such as hair dryer/iron etc. There was also soap, loo roll and washing up liquid. There are plenty of nice restaurants, shops and bars in the area. It's not too far to walk to the main tourist areas if you have good mobility. Whichever way you approach the property for access there are very steep steps, the immediate area outside is very abandoned and overgrown the house adjoining flats 3 and 4 at the side is derelict. The path from the key box to Flat 3 was made of broken slippery tiles. Flat 3 is on the ground floor and has only one window which overlooks an abandoned plot.

• Joana (9/5): Superb - Comfortable apartment with all we needed for our short stay The access to the apartment is a bit tricky ( the area surrounding the building)
• Nia (1/5): We don't recommend it!! - It's true the location was ok, but it ends with this There were COCKROACHES in the room! We left a night earlier because of this and from the 26th of August we are still waiting to know if we will have a refund or not....
• Rumen (9/5): Worth to stay👍 - The location was by walking distance to Acropolis and the other historical places.Facilities were quite enough.the roof has a nice view. Mosquitoes entering from the open pipe above the bathroom were annoying but I am sure the landlord will fix it.
