• Rainer (7/5): Top Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrswesen. Jedoch muss man jedes Extra teuer bezahlen (Parken u - Lage, Größe und Parkmöglichkeit waren Top. Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen und Frühstück im nahegelegenen Cafe. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Absolut tolles Wifi. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden! Ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Kästen im Bad gehen gar nicht (abgelöste Furnier, Dusche ohne Brause (nur von oben) keinerlei Ablage in der Dusche) Matratze kleiner als das Bett. Kein Handtuchwechsel möglich

• Maus (5/5): Good location and adequate facilities - Location was good, very secure, well equipped kitchen Outside lighting was an issue at night as the window coverings were too thin to keep out the light making the apartment bright during the night. No towel racks and glass bricks in bathroom offered no privacy
• Artūras (3/5): Puikus miestas, tik nuotaiką sugadino apgyvendinimas. - Patiko gal tik tai, kaip pasiėmėme raktus paliktus duryse ir bendravimu per WhatsApp. Kambarys buvo švarus, tokį ir palikome. Įstaiga skelbiasi kad turi parkingą ir vietą reikia rezervuoti. Tą ir padarėme prieš kelionę į Italiją. Gavome atsakymą, kad mašina netilps ir prieš tris dienas atsiūs kaip bus su parkingu. Pasitikėjome ir čia buvo didelė klaida. Būtume net neužsakinėja. Atvažiavus pasakė, kad jų parkinge mašina netilps ir lyg nėra vietų, nesigilinome. Pasiūlė miesto parkingą garažą netoliese, kur mašiną ir pasistatėme. Miegojome ant dviejų sustumtų lovų uždėtu dviguliu čiužiniu, kuris yra per mažas toms dviems lovoms!! Sustumus dvi lovas dar ir iškilimas per vidurį yra. Vonios kambaryje nėra kur pasikabinti rankšluoščių ir drabužių. Dušas tai didelė dušo galva prisukta prie vamzdžio iš sienos ir viskas, nepatogu nusiprausti visą kūną. Ryte po septynių gavome žinutę, kad nepamirštumėme išsikraustyti iš kambario nustatytu laiku, nors laukė dar viena naktis!!! Buvome užsisake nakvynę su pusryčiais, davė lapelius nueiti į kavinę nelabai toli. Geriau būtume nėja, tokios prastos kavos Lietuvoje dar reikia paieškoti, o kruasanas( jei taip galima vadinti) turbut pirktas kokioje parduotuvėje ilgo naudojimo, net Lidl supakuoti skanesni. Capučino kava gėda Italijai, pieno puta dingo dar net neišgėrus kavos. Apie kažką kitą galėjome pasvajoti, net vandens nedavė, tai čia kokie pusryčiai!!! Šalia durų buvo kita kavinė, kur kava nuostabi ir kruasanai visokių rušių, kepti vietoje. Kitą rytą net nebandėme gadinti nuotaikos, skrandžių ir prisiimti Italų gėdos.

• Auguste (6/5): - Spacious apartment in great location. I am not sure how can this apartment be advertised as a “bright city flat”. It is on a ground floor, so barely any day light comes inside. Similar as to other reviews, we had problems with hot water and the bed was not comfortable.

• Dominika (6/5): - Čisto, dobrá lokalita Nesla tepla voda. Priateľ to riskol a osprchoval sa v tej studenej / ľadovej ( hore dole to skákalo), ja som sa osprchovala vo wellnesse. Našťastie sme boli iba 2 noci, tak sa to dalo zvládnuť aj (žiaľ) bez možnosti normálneho osprchovania sa. Je to škoda, lebo inak bolo všetko skvele.

• Noémi (3/5): Olaszvendéglátás a köbön - Tágas volt, jól berendezett, stílusos. Hideg volt végig, a szállásadó megszabta a hőmérsékletet. Leírásban szerepelt, hogy van légkondicionáló a szálláson, ám azt előzetesen áramtalanították. Érkezésünkkor minden radiátor hideg volt, a fűtés irányításához szolgáló berendezés pedig egy képkeret mögé volt elrejtve a falon… Tisztaság nem igen volt jelen a szálláson, az esőztető zuhanyfej már jó ideje lehetett kitakarítva, ugyanis a vízsugarak a létező összes irányba folytak… a csaptelepen és tükrön is látszódtak a korábbi használatból megmaradt vízcseppek. A konyhában található összes pohár és tányér ételmaradékos és ragacsos volt. A fehér zoknim talpa szürkére változott amíg a konyhából átmentem a hálóhelyiségbe. A szálláson nincs redőny, így este az udvarról beszűrődő villogó karácsonyi fények játékara próbáltunk elaludni, reggel pedig a szállásadó előzetes egyeztetés nélküli agresszív dörömbölésére volt szerencsénk ébredni.

• Fabiana (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metropolitana linea rossa, a mezz’oretta a piedi da Duomo. Nei dintorni, supermarket, ristoranti, farmacia, pizzerie. Spazi molto ampi, letti comodi. Siamo stati perfettamente in 5 (tre bambini ognuno con il proprio letto + un matrimoniale). Molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Federica è stata gentilissima e sempre raggiungibile via wapp. Abbiamo trovato anche 5 bottigliette di acqua, molto apprezzate. Anche se non le abbiamo utilizzata in casa erano presenti la lavatrice, il ferro da stiro e la cucina con tutto il necessario. Nulla
• maria cristina (8/5): Buena conectividad de transporte. - Ambientes amplios. Días previos a mi llegada me enviaban mensajes varios y me resultó difícil dialogar pues yo estaba recorriendo otras ciudades, a veces con inconvenientes de conectividad.

• Irma (9/5): Excellent location, spacious place. Quiet. - Location is excellent and the loft is spacious. I would replace the sofa bed with a proper bed, so when you travel with family members (not spouse) or a friend you could have a separate room for each one. There is plenty of space for that. Also the kitchen window could have better curtain, so the living room could also serve as a bedroom.

• Laurence (8/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Hof, was früher wohl eine Garage war, aber super umgebaut wurde. Grosszügige Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse. Die Küche befindet sich in einem kleinem Glaszimmer, klein aber alles was man braucht seht zur Verfügung. Die Dusche war super gross und schön. Empfehle es weiter und auch das Restaurant um die Ecke , Yapa, ist ein Highlight!

• Julia (8/5): Fijn appartement - Bij aankomst hadden we met gebruik van de instructievideo het appartement betreden. Het appartement was erg ruimtelijk. We konden onze auto op de binnenplaats neerzetten voor 25 euro per nacht. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, doekjes, handdoeken, zeep, afwasmiddel, etc. Er is een binnenplaatsje, maar de zon is er niet veel te vinden. Je zit op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum of 4 minuten lopen van een metrostation. Over het algemeen was alles goed.

• Antje (9/5): Great easy option in Milan center for a weekend trip with friends - Spacious and bright loft-type of apartment. big shower, nice couch area, and small kitchen with the basics. WiFi worked well, location was good to explore the city center (close to several metros and there were bars and restaurants walking distance). Communication with Tommaso was very easy, he was very friendly and helpful, check-in and out was smooth! If you are a light sleeper, bring a sleeping mask :) the apartment doesn’t have curtains so the many windows make it quite bright at night.

I chose two single beds. However I got a double bed and a sofa bed instead. The sofa bed was not comfortable as you could feel the middle gap.

• Teiha (8/5): Excellent - The apartment is stunning with every furnishing well thought out! The bed was especially comfy and large. There is a smart TV with Netflix/Amazon etc. Coffee Machine / Kettle and lovely little kitchen. It has everything needed! Plus a communal iron / ironing board which was useful. The pool / terrace was very beautiful with all of the plants, it felt like a little tranquility away from everyone. The only downside, travelling as a couple - were the individual single duvets. That’s only personal preference. The only other thing was the walls were rather thin, so you can hear the other apartments very clearly. But there is a great smart tv, so with this on you barely notice it.

You have everything you need, but some towels would be nice to have. The apartment is kind of a loft, so it has huge windows, but no stores or blinds for the night. And people can actually see you from the exterior.

Additional fees- late check-in (was not announced during the order, 15 eur), parking (25 eur). Early check-out (till 10 am, especially when check-in was later than 11pm). Room equipment- like office, old and breaking furniture (bottom of a twin bed with smaller than bed mattress, unstable sofa and mirror), uncomfortable single beds, no shampoo, no assistance with the information about the possibility of having a meal. "Good" breakfast=1 cappuccino +croissant.

• Alex (9/5): Very spacious and quiet apt. at the excellent location - The location is excellent, 200 m to metro line, 3 stop to Duomo. Restaurants and shops at short distance. Very quiet apt. in the center of Milan - it is really a jem. Very spacious apt. Equipped kitchen The breakfast is actually non-existent. For the entire stay they leave coffee, tea, some sweet drinks, dry biscuits and some sweet pie. Forget about eggs, ham cheese, bread, bakery, cereals or even milk. The furniture is very basic. The bed is creaky and really can wake you up with each turn (although the mattress is ok) The check-in time is only until 8.pm. We had a late arrival and had a need for special arrangements, which was provided. But you won't get any help after 10pm

The description said breakfast included which led me to book this place instead of a hotel w/ BF included for the same price. Not what we expected though. The only thing available to eat was a sweet pie and coffee pods. Nothing else. We endes up having to buy breakfast elsewhere.

She even put a tart cake for us as a welcoming pack:) The location was good. About 20 min to Dumo with different restaurants and bars around. Despite emphasizing free parking when I was searching, there was no free parking in the place. There was parking nearby and cost us 35 Eur per night which is too much. The bed was very noisy and we couldn't sleep well on our two nights stay.
