• Kim (7/5): This is for the guest looking for great location and value and will only be using the room to sleep then will be out and - It’s all about the great location!!!!! Room needed a very good cleaning. There was a significant layer of dust on the lamps and furniture and shower had obvious mildew.
• Martine (1/5): Terminé pour nous - 🤷‍♀️ Nous ne sommes pas des gens difficiles au quotidiens mais la, ceci n’est pas la première fois que nous y séjournons bref un petit résumé 1) l’homme a la réception devrais prendre sa retraite pas de sourire, mal patient je crois que nous le dérangions !!! 2) pour une nuit 299,95 oufff, 3) appartement # 360 lors du coucher nous devons nous relever pour fermer lampe et éclairages 4) le frigo fait plus de bruit que mon mari avec ses ronflement 5) nous avons manquer d’électricité (ceci peut arriver) mais le gros nounours mal lécher a la réception nous a répondu qui ne pouvais rien faire pour nous d’attente dehors dans notre voiture au stationnement 15 minutes gratuit devant le garage intérieur même après 2h 45 d’attente a l’extérieur, de mon propre chef j’ai descendue au garage presser le bouton sur le mur et la! la porte de garage sait ouverte (sait pas ma job) je devrais être l’employée du mois donc a ce moment plusieurs clients ont pu entrée , sniff, sniff double bref terminer pour nous a cette Hotel qui a perdu des étoiles et plumes. • Eric (5/5): Can do better with the beddings at this price. - The location at the center of the village. 3 minutes walk to the gondola. Big room with a kitchen. Hidden fees like parking, at this price it should be included if not specified upfront at booking time. The bed was small and had to use the sofa bed which is very uncomfortable.

• katherine (10/5): We stayed in the loft room, which was spacious and accommodating, great views, great location to the ski resort and the - It was conveniently located to the village and the ski resort, the room was spacious and had all the facilities you would need Wished information was given prior about registering at a separate location than the actual hotel, so you don’t have to bring in all your luggage and then carry it all back out again, we assume there would be a access to the hotel from there

• FREDERIC (9/5): Excellente situation géographique - Hotel très bien placé. Nous avions une vue sur la piste de ski et sur la place public. Magnifique. Le fait d'etre devant les pistes en sortant de votre chambre pour skier est génial. J'ai mis des photos de la vue de notre chambre. La chambre était très bien isolée aussi bien au niveau du froid que de bruit. Nous avons était agréablement surpris. Le personnel de l'accueil a été très serviable et friendly :D Nous avons payé le parking qui est sous-terrain. Un ascenseur vous amène directement du parking à votre étage. Très pratique surtout lors de notre séjour où il a beaucoup neigé.

• krista (10/5): Pleasant surprise! - The location was beyond my expectations! Gorgeous! Would definitely plan to return and extend my visit for more than 1 night . Escorted to parking area. It was confusing to us and we ended up parking where we had to pay an extra 40$ to get out of lot.

• Lorena (3/5): - J'ai passe une heure et demie en plein milieu de la nuit a chercher l'adresse (en auto et a pied), accompagnee de mon enfant. J'ai du me deplacer et demander des informations dans les hotels avoisinants. Personne ne m'a avisee, ni par courriel, ni par message texte du fait que l'endroit a deux adresses et qu'il n'y a pas de reception sur place. Le parking a ete facile a trouver une fois que la personne (tres aimable d'ailleurs!) de la reception de l'Hermitage du Lac nous a guides. Trouver l'ascenseur menant a la chambre a ete une autre histoire tres compliquee et desagreable. Je suis tres insatisfaite de l'experience vecue. Personne pour repondre aux appels non plus.

• Maude (10/5): A dépassé nos attentes. - Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Monsieur John. Il nous a offert un service très professionnel et chaleureux. Comme nous y sommes allés en fin d'été/début automne, nous avons eu le plaisir d'être surclassés. En plus de la chambre avec salle de bain que nous avions réservée, nous avons eu une cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Wow! La chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse, calme, chaleureuse et on avait une vue directement sur le cœur du village. Nous avions également accès à un petit patio. C'était super rapide et facile de sortir de l'hôtel pour se rendre dans le village. C'était une super belle expérience et nous avons hâtes d'y retourner!

• Tanya (8/5): Large spacious comfortable loft area. - Spacious loft with 2 queen beds, had 2 living room areas which was very useful with a family and 2 bathrooms. Added bonus was a balcony with chairs to spend the late evening relaxing with a beautiful view and fresh air. The bedroom doors squeaked which was very loud, as well as the shower door was very loud to open and close, the large ceiling fan in the living room area (vaulted ceiling) needed to be cleaned as covered in excessive amount of dust and it could use more lighting in the dining area/living room.

Mobilier cuisine désuet , four très vieux et la porte ferme mal, chaise de cuisine brisée, manque de vaisselle pour 5 personnes et salon la télévision date des années 80,divan lit très inconfortable, manque de couverture fenêtres mal isolées et salle de bain la douche sort du mur , devrait être entièrement rénové, manque d'amour et de peinture dans #225 Johansen. Le stationnement très étroit.

Kitchen was awful - the appliances not clean, half of the cabinets blocked for ‘private use’, not enough utensils and dinnerware. Cleaning was supposed to be every 2 days but they basically just remove the trash and replace the towels. It is not room service. Old, confusing entrances, bad kitchen, no service

Amenities were the best among all the hotels we visited during this trip. We were there to see the foliage, but would love to come back during the ski season.

The bed was extremely old and uncomfortable; you could feel the springs everywhere, and it sagged in the middle. The pillows were so worn out that the filling was all bunched up.

La propreté de la chambre est incomparable. L'accueil était chaleureux. J'ai aimé la cuisine avec tout ce qui y était inclus. La cafetière n'était pas si efficace. Elle n'était pas trop propre. L'éclairage dans la chambre n'était pas suffisante. On voulait plus de couverture pour le lit.
