- Carol (8/5): A very clean and comfortable stay in a peaceful location - The property is in a quiet, peaceful location and only a short drive to the town centre and shops, which made it convenient. The standout was the cleanliness, easily one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. The property is well presented, the heating worked very well, and the shower had good hot water and pressure. Basic provisions like tea and coffee were also provided, which was appreciated. The couch in the living area felt a little dated and not particularly comfortable, although it was fine for a short stay. A couple of things may be worth noting for future guests. There are security cameras at the property, which weren’t immediately obvious in the main listing, and there wasn’t any indication around how these are managed during guest stays. Clearer communication around this would be helpful. There was also a $500 security deposit taken prior to the stay, which wasn’t obvious upfront and was only found in the detailed terms. Some clearer communication around this process and timing would make the experience smoother.

- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - As described, clean and cosy cottage. Everything supplied including foxtel and netflix. Big beautiful garden and smokers are catered for with a smoking gazebo in the backyard. Close to everything in Bendigo.
