• Jack (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. On the surface, it’s quite nice. It's surprisingly quiet inside due to the way it's positioned. The host initially offered to send me information about the area and things to see and do. I accepted this offer, but did not receive it. The location significantly impacted my experience. Although it's relatively conveniently located, the surrounding area felt unsafe. Every day large groups of men were gathered outside, drinking and fighting. I saw frequent police activity including searches and road blocks. I didn’t feel safe walking at any hour, including crossing the road to get something from the shop. Instead of walking into the city which I like to do, I switched to using taxis. One driver said the area has always been like this, which made me question the overwhelmingly positive reviews this place has received. A major issue was the mattress: it was extremely worn out and lumpy. Broken springs poked my back. Easily the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I raised this with the host after my first night, but was told that no one else had mentioned it and was thanked for my “opinion.” Unfortunately, that meant I endured three nights of poor sleep and back pain. Overall, while the apartment itself could rate around 8/10, the bed and the location seriously detract from the experience.

• Mubarak (10/5): Adding an iron for the clothes will be a plus. - It is very spacious, the value is great, close to many services shops nearby the building, and equipped with laundry machine 👍🏽. Nothing to be mentioned.
