• Samira (9/5): Great place to stay near Liberia! - Great place with wonderful staff and excellent breakfast! The only issue was that the shower head didn't spray very well
• barbara (8/5): Very comfortable accommodations and great food - they even had almond milk!!! - Staff were very friendly but communication was a challenge (we do not speak much Spanish). The food was delicious! Wow! The location of the hotel was really in the middle of nowhere in terms of access to groceries, etc. but there were lots of great amenities on site. The manager, Davide, was very, very nice. I would choose this location if I was planning to return to the Liberia area and spend time on the coast and also inland - the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment - and the fridge was better than mine at home! Just the initial access to the hotel - the gate was closed and we were not sure if anyone was there, or if the hotel was even open. I was worried that we would have to find other accommodation, but all worked out in the end, and we really liked the property.

• Ridley (6/5): Weird. - The property is very modern and looks like a new build. It is styled very well inside and outside and is kept clean. There only seemed to be one big guy working. He was the host, the manager, the porter, and the cook. We saw 2 other people for a brief minute who didn’t do much. It was weird. The property also seems to be built right next to a dog shelter or a dogfighting ring because we heard many dogs barking and yelping from over the wall. The cleanliness of the unit was good. The facilities are nice, including the bathroom. However, the rainfall shower head needs to be cleaned/descaled. Moreover, we couldn’t find coffee stocked for the coffee maker. The biggest issue I had was the cost. I booked a room with a full bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. Then upon check-in, dude charged me double for having a second person with me. Not just a fee, but charged double - i.e. I had to pay the cost of two rooms. That is a ridiculous policy. However, judging by the vacancies, I think this is the owner’s way of making up for lack of business. Beware when booking.

• William (8/5): It suited my purpose because I was flying out early the next morning, but I wouldn’t want to stay there long. - Clean and well kept. It was in a wired location and in a locked compound. It felt isolated.
• Dania (10/5): - My husband and I were looking for a night stay near the airport so this was absolutely a gem! Staff were very friendly, rooms are very spacious and clean and have everything you might need.

• Jean (6/5): Quaint out of the way hotel - The apartments were very lovely and the layout was quite unique. The shower was nice and big which was fabulous. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. There were bugs on the kitchen floor and the dogs next door barked all the time. The water in the shower could have been warmer but was okay. The location of the property seemed a little out of the way and off a dirt road but I liked that the hotel was enclosed with four walls.

• Trish (1/5): Cancelled reservation - I was not able to stay at this property. They canceled my reservation via email (which I didn’t see) the day of my check in, only four hours beforehand. I had driven the entire way there before I saw the email. There was no missed call from them which would have been nice. I checked out of one place to go to this place. While I understand things happen, I feel the situation could have been handled differently. I was stuck in an unfamiliar country, alone in a bind with no place to stay the day before returning home.

• Kevin (9/5): Lovely oasis with great service and beautiful rooms. Definitely recommend and will stay again. - Beautiful little oasis in the middle of a tiny,dry, dusty town. I didn't realize when booking that they have a chef that will cook up dinner for you with quite reasonable prices (compared to USA costs). The pool was lovely and clean, staff was wonderful and friendly. The food both at dinner and breakfast was cooked fresh and was delicious. The rooms were very clean, pretty and very comfortable. I will definitely return here next time I'm flying in or out of LIR The upstairs public patio area could use some love. A.few seating areas and lounge chairs would make it a great place to play cards,.watch birds,.watch the sunset. The pool table is a tiny one, it's old and very crooked. The dart board didn't have a full set of darts,.or chalk for scoring, and the football table had a broken defense. Just felt like an odd mix of very nice rooms and service and then some under-utilized space. The basketball court take up a lot of space, but it feel like maybe that's a temporary thing during continued construction? Also, earplugs likely necessary because there are a LOT of dogs around that woke us in the night a few times.
• David (2/5): Really weird. - Room was clean, big, comfortable, and very beautifully tiled. Such a weird experience. Lots of maintenance. No staff on site after 9pm. We were the only ones in the whole facility overnight and the gate was broken/open. A bunch of young guys were there hanging out which was intimidating. Bikes were ripping weelies and stunting up the street. Margaritas had no tequila in it(virgin). The food was OK. So weird and kind of dangerous. Doesn't seem safe there. Never stayed at a hotel where they leave one guest there by themselves all night alone.

• Lauren (9/5): - This is an excellent overnight stop. We stayed here after a late flight to avoid a long drive to the coast, and it was the perfect choice. The property feels brand new—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean with great facilities (including plenty of hot water). Navigation was a breeze with Google Maps; the house is easily identifiable from the listing photos. Having a resturant on-site for dinner and breakfast was a huge plus for our group (there is also a little market nearby for snacks). While neighborhood dogs are common in Central America, they didn't disrupt our stay; some of us used earplugs, but most found it unnecessary. Highly recommended for travelers looking to recharge!

Avant mon arrivée, je n'avais pas reçu d'informations en ce qui concerne comment entrer dans l'établissement puisqu'il y a une barrière à l'entrée.. Le menu du restaurant pourrait être plus développé. Aussi, l'insonorisation n'est pas du tout optimale, on peut très bien entendre les enfants jouer dans la piscine ou des chiens voisin japper.

Very nice ambiances. Kitchen. Patio. Staff. Pool. No hot water for a shower or even to wash up in the sink. Manager was unapologetic and suggested, that since it was hot outside a cold shower was what I needed.

• Marnie (1/5): They canceled my reservation on day of arrival, hotel and Booking left me essentially stranded - I was really looking forward to this hotel, reviews and pics looked great. They canceled my reservation 3 hours before checkin. I got a WhatsApp message, thank goodness I happened to look at my phone and saw it relatively quickly after it was sent. They provided little explanation and zero assistance in finding an alternative, no suggestions on what was near by and available at similar cost, nothing. Same with Booking.com; I reached out to them for help finding something similar experience/price and never heard a thing from them.

• Thomas (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Alles nagelneu, super sauber. Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, Bad sehr schön. Sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Pflanzen und mehreren Sitzecken am Pool. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Im Verhältnis relativ teuer, aber dafür ist alles wirklich neu und sauber. Sehr viele bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, auch nachts (ich bin davon leider immer wieder wach geworden - das nervt im Urlaub!)
• Larry (8/5): - This was a lovely place to stay before going to the airport. The ground are lovely, the pool was nice and cool. The 3rd floor provides a place for ramify to hang out, with a pool table, foosball, dart board, cards, etc. The rooms are contemporary, with an upscale fell. It is in a neighborhood, so at times there were dogs barking, but didn't bother us at night. All in all, a very nice place. If you are returning a rental car or catching a flight home, be sure to check the traffic. Due to construction, it took us almost an hour to go the 9.5 miles drive to return the rental car.

• KENT (10/5): Treasured fine close to Liberia Airport - Narime is a gem that works well if you land in Liberia and want to stay over close Hwy 21 and get going during daylight. The only drawback and its quite minor is that they have ambient temperature showers so no hot water. But, wow are the suites nice - clean, big, with a full refrigerator. They also cook to order whatever you might like. Oh, but there isn't much around here to go to without driving. Pura Vida <3

Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de déjeuner car notre vol était tôt et le restaurant ouvrait à 8h.

Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem. The rooms have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as opposed to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (as per description).

• Brittany (10/5): Highly recommend!! - This is another hidden gem I loved and wish I could have stayed longer!! My flight was delayed and I had to book this place last minute. I pulled up and the gate is tall, so you really can’t see how beautiful it is until you are inside. The decorations were beautiful, the pool was lovely, the room was a beautiful apartment which totally took me by surprise. It was ran by a family who were so sweet to me and my little dog in a stressful time. They had breakfast and dinner available in an outside restaurant set up and the food was absolutely delicious. There was NOTHING missing at this place and it was so nice! I could have easily stayed there for a couple of weeks. I definitely recommend!!!

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - This is a unique property in small village 6km from the airport. A modern building with 2 bedroom apts which are highly amenitized. But best is the property staff and owner who took us under their wing when our flight was delayed an extra day. You won't regret staying here with a Tico village at your doorstep.

• Davidson (10/5): Comfortable stay in a beautiful spot! - This place is absolutely stunning! The apartments are beautifully designed, and they have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was really well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was especially nice. This would be the perfect place to stay either solo or with friends as a home base for exploring Guanacaste. You’d want to have a car since there’s not too much in walking distance, but it’s such a peaceful spot to come back to. The sitting area and pool at the front of the property are lovely, and the breakfast and coffee provided is great. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful too. I highly recommend staying here! They’ve really thought of everything, I can’t think of anything to improve. If you like to be close to a bustling tourist town then the location isn’t that, but it’s close by car to see multiple great spots.

Breakfast was great, and they even made it early for my son and I. We had leave very early for our flight. Nothing the place was perfect.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. There were also many many dogs barking on and off all night long. So, we got very little sleep.
