• Johnathan (10/5): My stay was peaceful and relaxing exactly what I needed before my long journey home, giving me a sense of calm and rest - I really enjoyed my stay it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly, from the air conditioning to the overall facilities. The location was ideal, the views were great, and the security made me feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a far better experience compared to the 4-star hotel I stayed at the week before. None.

• Luy (10/5): Recomiendo mucho este hotel. - A pesar de que hicimos el check-in de madrugada, mucho más tarde de lo previsto debido a la cancelación del vuelo, el anfitrión salió personalmente a recibirnos, nos explicó todo con detalle y luego regresó a su casa. Realmente me conmovió. La comunicación fue muy rápida y el alojamiento estaba limpio y bien organizado. Además, había seguridad las 24 horas, lo que nos hizo sentir muy tranquilos, y el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación y la vista también eran excelentes. Nos gustó tanto que nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más tiempo, pero no pudimos hacerlo debido a otra reserva, lo cual fue una pena. Sin duda, nos gustaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje. Lo recomendamos especialmente para quienes disfrutan correr como nosotros. Correr con aire limpio a lo largo del río fue una experiencia realmente muy agradable.

I will be harsh because the property advertises itself as 'luxury'. - The worst compromise between staying at an apartment vs a hotel: we had to send IDs over Whatsapp so building security will let us in, and someone was there to greet us - even though the apartment door worked with a code. - Communication with the hosts was over Whatsapp. They weren't overly responsive before check in (e.g. when I asked a question due to being concerned with the security of sending IDs over Whatsapp, I messaged on Saturday and had to ask again on Monday; I also had to ask for the check in instructions after our plane landed - many hours after the allowed check in time). After check in they were more responsive, although they didn't outright tell us someone will come over to say goodbye before we leave - I only messaged them after we left. There's no reason for this if you don't need keys to hand over, just make it a self check in, send clear guidelines for the apartment and be responsive if there's an issue. - The apartment needs a serious deep clean. I've attached some pictures. We also had an ant problem after we left out two plates for 2-3 hours without washing them. Apparently the exterminators were called after we left. - Safe was locked when we arrived and the default code we received didn't work. We had to wait for the master key to be brought over before we could use it. - Door handle with code wasn't the most responsive - The bathroom needs a complete makeover, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and was not the most straightforward to control - The breakfast is not great; you have three options to chose from a nearby cafe: three mini croissants / toast with jam + cream cheese / scrambled eggs with toast and all these options include a tiny orange juice + coffee/tea. The portions were too small and the cafe owners were not too flexible, e.g.

The property manager was very responsive, checking in and out was very easy (I was met on arrival and shown to the apartment and given a tour), location is very good, good wifi, washer in the unit, nice clean spacious place, access to a pool, breakfast vouchers provided to a cafe around the corner. Great value for money. Could not have been better. Only potential recommendation could be a list of local supermarkets and restaurants in the area, but that's easy enough on google so not really a big deal.

• Rodrigo (9/5): Muito boa estadia, sem luxo mas eficiente - Apartamento no tamanho adequado para 4 pessoas, principalmente famílias com crianças ou adolescentes, bem equipado, 2 banheiros bem convenientes. Muito bem administrado, vigilância 24h rigorosa. Ambiente familiar e tranquilo. Administradores dedicados, diligentes e falam português. Móveis em boas condições, canais de streaming disponíveis em todas 3 TVs. Localização boa pra quem está disposto a caminhar 2km até o centro e apenas 1km dos restaurantes locais. Camas boas. Amenidades e conveniências sem luxo, mas disponíveis (1 garrafa d'água, sabao de cozinha, p máquina de lavar roupas, papel toalha, sacos de lixo sobressalentes, Bucha de cozinha, kit banho). Água quente em todos ambientes, aquecedor/ar condicionado integrado. Check in lento, em virtude do protocolo de segurança e regras rigorosas do locatário. Pra quem não oferece café da manhã, poderia ter mais opções de utensílios de cozinha (poucos tipos de panelas e louças). Limpeza bem superficial, havia poeira no cantos e no mini closet, copos sujos no armário e muitas formigas nos banheiros. Apt 105 sem vista e sem privacidade. Comparado com hotéis, o preço não é barato, mas o padrão de qualidade é acima da média de outros apartamentos similares na cidade. Enfim, esperava um pouco mais por USD$191/d mas atendeu as expectativas.

A localização em Puerto Madero é ideal: segura, confortável e cercada de ótimos lugares para comer e passear. A atenção dos anfitriões foi excelente o tempo todo, sempre disponíveis e muito cordiais. Me hospedaria aqui novamente.
