• Philippe (7/5): Confortable, mais service à revoir... - La chambre spacieuse et confortable (mais beaucoup d'escaliers à monter) Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et varié. Le premier dîner qui était très bon. Le balcon et le cadeau de départ. Que la chambre ne soit pas faite le premier jour. Pas d'occultation des fenêtres. Le menu juste en albanais et un serveur qui parlait très peu anglais. Le second dîner très nettement moins bon que le premier. Jamais personne à l'accueil.

• Aiden Healy (8/5): - Außergewöhnliches Zimmer oben im Schloss. Tolle Ambiente im Zimmer und im Restaurant im altem Stil. Extrem reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlicher Service. Personal am Tag sehr herzig. Sind kurz nach 22 Uhr angekommen (bis 22.30 Uhr wohl offiziell Check-in und hatte über Booking.com auch informiert über Ankunftszeit) und Hotel war dunkel und abgeschottet. Nebensaison lässt grüßen. Mäßig freundliches Personal nachts hat uns dann doch nach etwas hin und her ein Zimmer gegeben. Durch Eingang hinten am Gebäude mit großen kleffendenen Hunde bedrängt. Schäferhund hat auf Personal gar nicht reagiert, junge Tochter dadurch sehr erschreckt. Deswegen die zweite Nacht storniert. Sehr schade, weil sonst ein tolles Hotel außerhalb der Stadt. Auch kein Wasser auf Zimmer und dann keine Lust nachts zum Auto zu laufen wegen der Hunde.

Also they are so nice you just don’t want to leave I liked everything. It takes you to a time where people cared about the beauty of places and the little details. Not like that new industrial stuff you find in other places that feels like you are inside of IKEA
• Nazira (10/5): Everything was absolutely perfect - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Castle Park.The entire check-in, stay, and check-out process was perfect.Hotel was cozy and atmospheric.The hotel's location was wonderful and beautiful, nestled among spruce trees with a stunning view.The room was well-equipped and clean, traditionally styled with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was excellent,with a variety of dishes and good service.We were very pleased with our choice and would recommend it!

La literie était catastrophique avec un matelas creusé en son milieu, très mauvaises odeurs et équipements très vétustes. Et en plus le prix est bien trop élevé comparé à tout ce que nous avons vu en Albanie. Vraiment très déçus :(

• Franck (7/5): Séjour convenable au Castle Park - La taille de la chambre, le cadre nature, l’accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner, le fait que les excursions de kayak et randonnée partent de l’hôtel… beaucoup de positif mais des choses à améliorer. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés Beaucoup de petits détails à corriger (fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne fermait plus, pommeau de douche à réparer, plus d’eau chaude le premier soir…) rangement à faire dans les communs. Dommage car le séjour aurait pu être magnifique

• Johanna (7/5): Schönes Ambiente, Abgeschiedene und eigentlich ruhige Lage, tolles Frühstück - Cooles Ambiente, wirklich tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber, (eigentlich) ruhige idyllische Lage, tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt, leckeres Frühstück (meistens am Tisch, das mochten wir besonders) Im Bad war leider Schimmel an den Wänden, Haken für Handtücher haben gefehlt bzw waren weggebrochen, die Fenster waren teilweise nicht geputzt (sehr lange), es gab keinen Zimmerservice (auch keine Müllentlehrung, nur Handtuchwechsel nach 2 Tagen), Die Handtücher hatten wirklich allesamt Flecken (der Optik nach meistens Blut), der Hund hat jede Nacht laut gebellt und der Abfluss im Bad sollte mal überprüft werden (das Zimmer hat immer wieder stark danach gerochen), Betten sind eher hart

• Emma (9/5): Bon hôtel et excellent restau ! - La chambre est spacieuse et propre mais je recommande surtout cet hôtel pour le restaurant / petit déjeuner, nous y avons en effet savouré l’un de nos meilleurs repas en Albanie c’était excellent et très copieux. On nous a aussi offert une bouteille d’huile d’olive locale en partant, très gentille attention ! Un peu cher par rapport aux autres prix pratiqués en centre-ville. Le matelas du lit était creusé au milieu, nous avons quand même bien dormi mais pour les prix ce n’est pas ce à quoi on s’attend.

La chambre disposait d'un magnifique balcon avec vue sur la ville de Berat. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et diversifié.

• Maxime (1/5): A fuir. L'hôtel a annulé notre chambre et essayé de faire payer quand même. - Rien. L'hôtel a annulé ma réservation quelques heures avant, et a essayé de me faire payer quand même la chambre. L'hôtel m'a contacté quelques heures avant la nuit, pour me dire qu'il avait un problème d'eau potable, et que je ne pouvais pas venir. Ils ont osé me demander d'annuler moi même la chambre sur booking, alors que ça m'aurait fait quand même payer la chambre ! J'ai refusé et demandé que eux annulent car c'est eux qui m'ont refusé la chambre au dernier moment. Ils n'ont pas annulé ma chambre et ont voulu me faire payer la nuit, alors qu'à cause d'eux, j'ai été obligé de trouver un autre hôtel à Berat. Heureusement, j'ai tout expliqué à Booking et j'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel uniquement sur booking (pas WhatsApp) pour conserver tous les messages. Hôtel à éviter.

• Adèle (7/5): Personnel adorable - Les chambres sont rococos et la deco albanaise est présente 😊 Le restaurant était très copieux et très bon. Le personnel est adorable. L’hôtel propose des tours de canyoning avec un organisme, que nous avons fait et c’était super. L’hôtel n’est pas dans la ville, il faut absolument un véhicule pour s’y rendre.

Tout était parfait : l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la chambre (une triple supérieur) mais aussi la cuisine proposée. Concept de 'slow food' avec des plats traditionnels...le petit-déjeuner est juste dingue et le meilleur qu'on a eu pendant notre voyage (les beignets, la confiture de cerise sauvage, etc.). Nous avions un bébé et tout a été fait pour nous faciliter la vie.

• David (1/5): Shocking price for a down market maybe once passable dying hotel. - Nothing. This is a hate filled hotel. And I’m being generous, maybe it was once classy or fun or something. But now, now it’s just a faded mess sweating a tired and degenerated asset to the point of death. Always beware when a supposedly upmarket joint makes you pay cash at the point of checkin. Nowhere in Albania has stooped this low and nowhere in Albania dared to charge this much for so little. It’s not on the river. There are no views. It’s a dank, desperate and dying venue for cheap weddings or moronic tourists like me. 90 euros to walk three flights of stairs to reach a cramped 90s dental waiting room. An endless stench of sewage. The location is laughable for a town literally built on hills. Hopefully you don’t need two bed lamps or a door to open into your “balcony”: where the air conditioning unit sits to add heat and ear damaging noise. Breakfast is a form of lottery. What you get depends upon who serves you. And don’t expect drinkable coffee. The staff were kind, though. I feel sorry for them. The hotel is not on the river and there are no views of the town. Update the guide books. The reviews are fake. Send your money to those that care. For half the price you can easily get twice the quality and service anywhere in this country.

• Catherine (9/5): Hôtel recommandé par les guides et c'est justifié. - Un hôtel à l'esthétique originale( un "faux château") situé à l'écart de la vieille ville, avec un parking bien pratique. La chambre triple était grande, avec des lits larges. C'est confortable . Le personnel est très disponible et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeûner est vraiment excellent. Le restaurant est également bon et peu cher. Rien.

• Rob (4/5): Disappointing stay due to room issues - The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and they tried to help out with the room issue, but couldn’t resolve it. We stayed in the family apartment and there was a bad smell from the bedroom that made the room unpleasant. We have complained, but the staff could not resolve the issue. Although we got offered two other separate rooms, but that was for us as a family with young children not a viable option. We didn’t use the terrace (balcony) attached to the room since it had no furniture and it was also overlooking a storage point. The playground was overgrown and not useable for our kids.

• Stocker (8/5): - Great location, quiet and a bit up the hill from town, but close enough for an easy drive down for dinner. Free, safe parking. The room is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. Would stay again.
• Raquel (6/5): - Se dieron cuenta ellos mismos del cambio de habitación y nos devolvieron parte del importe Se equivocaron y nos dieron una habitación inferior a la reservada. Alejada del centro de Berat. Desayuno clásico albanés, a mi no me gustó porque es demasiada comida y no fácil de digerir.
• Marine (9/5): Agréable. - Hébergement atypique. Activité proposée (randonnée dans la rivière du Canyon D’Osum) peu organisée et très chère.
• van Asselt (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf - We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Alma! Alma en haar personeel waren rustig en vriendelijk aanwezig, wat op meerdere plekken in Albanië wel anders is. Dit hebben we als prettig ervaren. Heerlijk ontbijt met verse producten! Rustige ligging met de auto ben je in een paar minuten bij de stad. 2 trappen op was pittig met die warmte maar te doen. We hebben helaas de foto's van de rafting nooit ontvangen.

• marine (8/5): Un séjour qui restera gravé ! - L’établissement est parfaitement bien situé un peu en retrait mais dans un cadre de verdure fort appréciable. Le personnel était adorable. Nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir, ils nous ont conseillé notre repas c’était exquis ! Un grand merci au personnel qui était aux petits soins. La literie n’était pas trop confortable et un peu poussiéreuse.

• Sead (10/5): Incredible stay, would highly recommend! - Clean, very welcoming & attentive staff. The Owner Alma was incredibly friendly, and provided us with many options for touring around Berat. The room was a great size and all the amenities were in order. Location is perfect up in the mountains with a great view of Berat city.
• Sam (7/5): Quiet place outside of the city - Quiet location outside of the village. Rooms with balcony with view. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hairs in bathroom and on foot towel. Not really within walking distance of city.

• Radeshi (10/5): Magnificent!! - We stayed at the castle park in Berat. We were welcomed by Alma, the hotel owner. She is such a lovely lady! Always there for her clients. We got a nice, spacious room with a beautiful view. When we needed something we could asked Alma and her team took care of it. Also the breakfast and the food were so good! A complete buffet with fresh fruits, cheese, etc. We loved our stay and want to thank the crew for the nice stay. We will certainly come back if we visite Berat again.
• DelBix (9/5): Great Outdoor Log Cabin - Up in the mountain and relaxing environment Rooms were good. Would have liked them to spray the cabins a bit more with pesticides to keep forest bugs and spiders out of room.
• Rebeka (10/5): A full Albanian Experience - I was in Berat for 3 days and i choose hotel Castle Park .The staff were extremely friendly and the food the best i ever try.They organized for us amazing trips in Osumi Canyon and in holy mount of Tomor. If you want a special and authentic experience choose this place !Thank you Castle Park!
• Flora (10/5): - This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! I will come back for sure. Hospitable hosts, the food is delicious from local areas. I recommend to everyone! Waking up here it’s one of the best mornings I’ve experienced so peaceful and quite with an amazing view. We loved it.
• Guest (10/5): I will be back here again and again and again. - The whole place is amazing, quite, peaceful and has a gorgeous view of the Tomorri mountain. The food was so delicious, traditional and very unique especially the breakfast it’s hard to find anywhere else. The staff is very professional and welcoming made me felt like I was part of that big family. I defiantly recommend the Hotel and restaurant its a nice gateway too.
