• Kerékgyártó (8/5): Jó szállás, jó környéken - A szállás teljesen rendben volt, tisztán és jól felszerelve vehettük át. A kulcsokat a bejárati ajtó mellett található számzáras széfből vehettük ki. A lakásban minden megtalálható volt, amire szükségünk volt. A környék jól el van látva boltokkal, nagyon közel van a metrómegálló is a lakáshoz (a szomszéd épületből le lehet jutni a metróhoz). A ház is rendezett és csendes volt. A cirkó kazán sajnos elromlott az ott tartózkodásunk alatt, azonban ezt a lehető legjobban kezelte a szállásadó: szinte azonnal jött megtekinteni a problémát, de mivel nem volt azonnal megoldható a probléma, megkaptuk egy közeli üres lakása kulcsait, hogy ott zuhanyozhassunk. Sőt, fel is ajánlotta, hogy átköltözhetünk oda, de ezzel a lehetőséggel nem kívántunk élni. Végig nagyon kedvesen és türelmesen kezelte a szituációt. 15 órától lehetett elfoglani a szállást, 15:20-ra érkeztünk meg, de a takarítás még folyt, nem végeztek vele. A takarító hölgy elnézést kért, de reméltük, hogy 15 órától már teljesen birtokba vehetjük a lakást.

• KLEDIONA (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! It’s very close to the city center, and the metro station is just a one-minute walk away. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the apartment well in advance. The apartment itself was fully equipped and very comfortable!!

• Ane (10/5): Todo genial - Muy buena ubicacion y conexion con todo el transporte. Las camas super comodas y muy acojedor. El anfitrion muy atento, no nos funcionaba el agua caliente y en 10 minutos estaba ahi para arreglarnoslo. El chek-in super facil de hacer. En general todo muy bien

• Agnese (9/5): ottimo appartamento, peccato per la pulizia - L’appartamento è molto spazioso, noi eravamo in 3 ma c’è abbastanza spazio per 5 persone. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla casa c’è sia la fermata della metro che del tram, inoltre c’è a meno di 5 minuti anche il supermercato. Il proprietario di casa è molto disponibile. Purtroppo l’appartamento non è ben pulito e questa cosa è molto evidente. inoltre consiglio di cambiare la doccia perché ogni volta che là si utilizza l’acqua va a finire ovunque e bagna tutto a terra.

• Adela (10/5): - Brza i efikasna komunikacija s vlasnikom. Apartman je moderan, čist i sadrži apsolutno sve što je potrebno.
• Serhat Mutlu (6/5): şanssız bir deneyim.. - merkeze ve havalimanına ulaşım kolay. ısıtması iyi. geniş, sessiz. saat 4te checkin yapmamıza rağmen nevresimler nemliydi ve kuruyacak gibi görünmüyordu. tesis sorumlusu ile iletişime geçtik ve kısa bir sürede geldi fakat yedek nevresim olmadığı için biz dairedeyken ütüleyerek kuruttu. maalesef onun için yorucu bizim için de zaman alıcı bir süreçti. bunun dışında da bazı noktalarda temizlik problemliydi; tek kişilik yatağın çarşafı pis ve ince görünüyordu, kullanamadık. koltukta da hoş olmayan lekeler vardı, koltuğun üzerine battaniye sererek kullandık.
• Lauren (8/5): Overall good experience, large apartment, 20 minute walk outside of the city center, could have been a bit cleaner. - A lot of space in the apartment and full kitchen. We felt like it could have been a little cleaner.

Yağmurlu günler için şemsiye bırakılması çok tatlıydı . check in saatimiz 00.00 itibaren giriş olmasına rağmen 3pm kadar beklemek zorunda kaldık planlarımız bozuldu. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu .

Мені нема чого додати до попередніх коментарів. Дякую власникам квартири за оперативне вирішення деяких питань! Auf Wiedersehen, Wien! У день коли ми приїхали була сильна злива , тому прибиральниця залишила сушити у кімнаті та холі постіль (велику кількість після попередніх гостей) - через це у квартирі був неприємний запах мокрих речей. Хоча все було вирішено достатньо швидко - це трішки зіпсувало враження напочатку відпочинку. Я не можу нав'язувати свою думку, але маленький косметичний ремонт стінам та душовій кабіні не завадить.
• Adelina (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Vienna, - Perfect Location. City center is on a foot distance. 50 meter from Ubahn, Bus and Tram. Nearby markets and nice china restaurant. Very clean, comfortable flat and with all needed for a long stay. We enjoyed our stay.

• Daria (7/5): Big space, nice location, but requires renovation - Big space, separate rooms and kitchen, nice location. 2 air conditioners - which is super rare for Vienna. Cozy and comfortable beds, responsive host. All the kitchen amenities are available. Couple of shops working even on Sunday evening available in walking distance. The apartment could use some renovation, particularly a fresh coat of paint on the walls and an update to the shower cabin. Since it’s on the ground floor of an older building, it gets very little sunlight and tends to feel a bit damp inside.

• Valsamma (4/5): Disappointing - We 4 of us got there in the evening after a hectic day. Location was excellent flat was beautiful. I went to shower. After a few minutes no more hot water. Finished in cold water. I called the property and he send someone quickly. He did something and gone One of us went to shower. No hot water. I called. The same guy came in the morning did something and said and if any problem use the nect door shower. He said he will come with a plumber in the day and fix it. . We got back in the evening No hot water. I called the guy no answer. Next door was locked. Sent message, sent email no answer. What annoyed me most was the guy, who came previous day, keep saying we are opening 2 taps together, so no hot water. We only used kettle to drink hot water he was treating us like stupid. I told him to get a proper gas safety engineer. My friends were not happy at all. No shower for 3 days.

The apartment itself had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

• Elinor (8/5): Good stay - Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, everything works and in good condition. Easy access to the U Bahn station and places to shop and eat close by. Good heating in winter. About 20 minute walk to city center. The host responses promptly and key access easy. All beds were clean and made up in advance. Beds not the best, sleeping sofa was not comfortable. Apartment a little dark as its on ground floor facing an inner court. The apartnent was clean, but shower not cleaned enough and needs upkeep.
• Dániel (6/5): It could be good, but it's not. - Very good location, close to public transport, shops, coffees, restaurants, etc. Despite the busy area, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment is also quite spacious. The truth is, this apartment really needs a renovation. The walls are dirty, the furniture is really worn, and there's mold, limescale and sewage smell in the bathroom. Maybe this could be "okayish" in an apartment like this, visited and used by many people. What makes me really sad is the small things, which doesn't cost so much: e.g. dirty kitchenware, missing toilet brush, empty air freshener, etc. This gives the impression you are not important as a guest.
• Kristina (8/5): Good value for money, quiet apartment close to the city centre - Close to public transport, groceries, street food. Enough of space, two separate bedrooms. Fully set kitchen if you want to cook. Quiet at night (windows to inner yard) Unfortunately but it was cold for us, I understand that Vienna didn’t start the heating season yet, although it’s the end of October. Some alternative sources to heat up the rooms would be really appreciated

• Alexandra (10/5): A comfortable stay - A clean and spacious apartment. Suited 4 adults and a teen. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, a minute away metro station, and the Prater in a walkable distance ( took us 15 min of walking). Also, a tram to the museums quarter stops a few min away from the apartment.

The place was clean. - it has a fully equipped kitchen. they have arranged the sofa bed as bed, complete with clean beddings and pillows. there's no aircon in the bedroom so we need to leave door open to cool the room. cooling unit is in the living room with sofa bed. it's summer so the bedroom is a bit warm, and there is no fan available.

• Olga (9/5): Superb - Location is great, u-Bahn and S-Bahn are 1 min away from the flat und you can get everywhere you want. The flat ist on the ground floor, however there are 10 stairs to get to the flat from the street, what is pretty uncomfortable with a baby stroller.
• Monchai (10/5): Exceptional - The responsibility of the property was great. There was an unpredictable power outage at the property and the host responded promptly by moving us to the nearby hotel. Even it was incompatible but it was satisfactory. A bit small shower portion by it was fine. During my time. There was only one channel to communicate with the host via email. I did not know why but the host didn't receive any messages via booking message???
