- Martha (9/5): Superb - Our stay was fantastic! The apartment is perfect for a couple, especially because of the bed — most apartments in Bogotá only have a full-size bed, but this one was much more comfortable. The apartment has everything you need: a washer-dryer, an iron, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a small oven. But the best part was the service. Everyone, from the security guard to the cleaning lady, was extremely kind and quick to help with anything we needed. The only small observation I would make is that the bed was a bit firm for our personal taste. However, we understand that firmer mattresses are quite common in Colombia and are simply a matter of cultural preference.
