• Marco Künz (8/5): Alles was man braucht - Sehr großzügiges und sauberes Apartement. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat unsere Anliegen alle umgehend beantwortet. Die Lage ist gut. Wir sind meistens zur nächsten Metrostation gelaufen um von dort unsere Ziele zu erreichen. Für uns, als Nicht-Großstädler , war der nächtliche Lärm gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Fenster scheinen zudem nicht optimal isoliert.

• Amna (4/5): - Room size and location close to Vatican city We were family of 5 (2 adults and three children), stayed in Aug 25 for 5 nights. 1-Very limited breakfast. Mostly a joke. Therefore be careful if you are family and rely on good breakfast before the start busy going out day. Bread finished during breakfast, when asked for more “ girl at reception said “sorry”; we will bring new tomorrow. We had to negotiate with her to be available in vain that day. 2- Limited availability of hot water for morning shower. After first morning shower, there was cold water. When asked the receptionist (Christine); she bluntly said “sorry” - you would have to wait for half an hour before next shower. We were 5 as a family; so nearly 2 hours to take refreshing shower for whole family 3- Flies and mosquitoes resulted in bites and at times discomfort night. We were displaced to get one of the room disinfested. 4- location is not very near to amenities, although bus stop is close by; need careful consideration if travelling with family. Overall reasonable size rooms, however not particularly recommended if travelling with kids/family.
• Ilze (10/5): - The apartments in Rome are spacious and beautifully designed, with tasteful decor and a lovely atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms large, and the terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The girls at the reception were extremely kind and helpful – they even guided us to find the apartment easily. After check-out, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which was very convenient. A perfect stay in the Rome! The location is not right in the heart of Rome, but it’s easy to reach the center by bus, with the stop located just a few steps from the building. Overall, a perfect and comfortable stay! Breakfast was delightful, just like in Italy – fresh croissants ;)

Спальный район с бесчисленным количеством продуктовых магазинов, ресторанов, кафешек и т.д. Тихо, без толп туристов. Сами апарты большие. Фотографии не передают всей атмосферы. Очень чисто. Видно, что на туристах не экономят. Администраторы всегда на связи по любым вопросам. Организовали трансферы из разных аэропортов в день прибытия. В общем однозначно рекомендую и однозначно вернемся с огромным удовольствием когда снова будем в Риме. Спасибо за столь теплый прием и отлично проведенный семейный отпуск в Рисе!❤️

As for breakfast - only croissant that was prepared by property, rest is you need to cook yourself, like egg/omelette. I dont want to cook on vacation so i skipped for 2 days.

A parer mio una struttura che offre un servizio simile dovrebbe comunicarlo immediatamente al cliente senza che venga scoperto in loco a conti fatti.

Stock, große Terrasse , Bushaltestellen vor dem Haus, separates WC , geräumiges Badezimmer, Restaurant und Supermarkt in Laufweite Die Wohn/Essküche ist ungemütlich beleuchtet, es fehlen Handtuchhalter, die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist landestypisch ein Stück und zu klein für 2 Personen, das Appartement befindet sich in einem Bürogebäude an einer Hauptstraße das kann für empfindliche Ohren nachts zu laut sein. Die Google Maps Anzeige ist falsch unbedingt die konkrete Adresse verwenden.

There was a problem with hot water in the apartment in 1st and 2nd day. We did not like the fact that personel invited service in the last day when we were leaving. 4 guys came to fix the issue when we woke up and that was not right.

• Frank (9/5): Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Eine sehr zentrale Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße, jedoch gut isoliert, so dass man keine Lärmbelästigung hat. Durch eine nahe Busverbindung ist man in relativ kurzer Zeit an den zentralen Orten, die Preise des ÖPNV sind sehr günstig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück typisch italienisch, also mehr auf Süßes gerichtet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Eier zuzubereiten. Kaffeespezialitäten sowie Tee und Fruchtsäfte sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Auswahl der Speisen insgesamt ist sehr übersichtlich, somit ist aber sichergestellt, dass so gut wie nichts weggeworfen werden muss. Alles ist sehr nachhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hört sich profan an, aber eine Ersatzrolle Toilettenpapier könnte schon im Bad vorhanden sein, so dass man nicht ständig nachfragen muss.
