• Justo (5/5): carisssssimo para lo que es - el sitio donde estaba situado muy céntrico y que admitiera mascotas Nada mas entrar nos pidieron 20 euros por la limpieza, pasas al apartamento y tienes una escalera muy muy pequeña subes casi 50 escalones y llegas al comedor, cocina y luego subes otros 20 escalones y llegas al dormitorio y baño, al no tener ni persianas ni cortinas entra mucha claridad por las escaleras y no se puede dormir. en el sofá hay una mancha que da mucho asco y huele mucho a pis de gato. para una noche puede valer pero no para mas.

Although the reservation showed a full price with no additional fees, upon arrival the host demanded an extra 20 euros “for cleaning.” There was no information about this charge in the booking details. I asked for any document or confirmation showing that they were taking these 20 euros from me, but the host refused to provide anything. She also said, “If you don’t like it, cancel your booking,” even though I arrived in the evening with two small children. Essentially, I was forced to choose between paying or looking for another place at 8 p.m. Right before me, the exact same situation happened with other guests who were also required to pay extra. This seems to be a regular practice of taking hidden fees. I ended up paying just to avoid being left outside with my children, but I want to warn other travelers: be prepared for unjustified additional charges and unprofessional behavior. I have already reported this situation to Booking.

Le supplément qui m’a été réclamé pour le ménage à régler à notre arrivée et que finalement on n’a pas payé car j’ai expliqué à la propriétaire qu’il fallait qu’il soit annoncé dans le prix TTC annoncé sur Booking ! La porte de la salle de bains qui fermait très mal
• Ricci (10/5): CUIDADO con los cobros sorpresa! - El dúplex está perfecto y muy acogedor pero me he sentido un poco estafada por cobrarme un gasto a parte que no estaba puesto en el anuncio. Nos hemos sentido en casa....y la cama super cómoda. No me gustó que al llegar nos pidieron 20€ de limpieza a parte , así que el precio que pagué para el dúplex no era el que ponía en Booking. Tendrían que poner en el anuncio el precio con la limpieza incluida. Por cada reserva diaria cobrar 20€ calculando cuanto sale un mes entero me parece bastante abusivo sinceramente. Y el dúplex lo dejamos igual que lo encontramos de limpio y ordenado (no dejamos casi nada por limpiar a parte cambiar las sábanas y toallas del lavabo...) . Igualmente volvería porque me ha gustado pero creo que tendrían que ser más honestos y claros con este dinero extra que cobran a parte ellos sin dejar ni factura ni nada. ( Ni creo que sea legal dejar así dinero en mano) HE COLGADO LAS FOTOS DE COMO HEMOS DEJADO EL DÚPLEX. De cómo lo encontré de limpio y ordenado y como lo dejé no hay mucha diferencia. Pero aún así a pagar la limpieza 😂

• Michela (6/5): Muchas escaleras y la limpieza no está incluida en el precio - Ubicación muy buena y piso limpio y nuevo La casa está distribuida en 3 plantas; son más escaleras que espacio útil. Además, las escaleras son algo incómodas y peligrosas, sobre todo si viajas con niños. Veo absolutamente mal tener que pagar aparte por la limpieza; no sé cómo Booking lo permite, nunca lo había visto.
• Sebastian (8/5): - Zarezerwowałem 2 apartamenty obok siebie dla 2 rodzin na 1 noc. Apartamenty bardzo blisko centrum, pieszo można dojść w kilka minut. W pobliżu sklepy spożywczei piekarnia. Na mapie adres pokazywał ulicę obok, po kontakcie z właścicielką szybko znaleźliśmy lokalizację. Na 3 dni przed przyjazdem dostałem infotmację o dodatkowej opłacie za sprzątanie i pościel 30 Euro, ale napisałem wiadomość do właścicielki, że nie było takiej informacji podczas dokonywania rezerwacji, odpisała, że nie muszę nic dodatkowo płacić.

• Dave (10/5): Good Stay - Very nice place, Well located, close to shops and tourist attractions. Very comfy bed and many amenities which is good. Pet cost is only 10Euro which is good. Cleaning cost should be more visible when making booking as it makes it more pricey for only 1 night.

• Khalil (1/5): Horrible a fuire déception assurée - Absolument rien Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été extrêmement décevant. À notre arrivée, nous avons été laissés dehors pendant une heure entière, et l’entrée nous a été refusée tant que nous n’avions pas payé 20 € de frais de ménage en espèces, des frais qui n’étaient absolument pas mentionnés dans l’annonce Booking. Une fois à l’intérieur, la réalité ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. L’appartement est très petit, avec une forte odeur d’urine persistante qui rend le séjour désagréable. Les escaliers pour y accéder sont instables, les marches bougent, ce qui est dangereux. À l’intérieur, il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette, aucun savon disponible, et le clic-clac était particulièrement inconfortable. Aucune chambre ne possède de porte et la salle de bain ne se ferme pas. Pire encore, pour accéder à la salle de bain, il faut obligatoirement traverser la chambre à coucher des autres, ce qui est totalement inadapté pour un hébergement censé accueillir plusieurs personnes. Nous étions cinq, et les conditions offertes étaient très loin du minimum attendu. Cet hébergement ne correspond pas aux standards de qualité annoncés et ne devrait pas être proposé sur Booking

Terraza en planta alta pero inutilizable. Baño y cocina dan a un patio muy sucio. Nos dijeron que debíamos pagar 30€ de limpieza después de ver estado pero lo tuvimos que pagar al dejar el equipaje antes de tener la llave o que el apartamento estuviera ya limpio. No había cafetera si no una de cápsulas, paso de comprar una caja de cápsulas para 2 noches. No había papel higiénico tuvimos que comprar.

• Isabelle (7/5): Moyen - La situation géographique du logement On nous a prélevé des frais de parkings de 40€ pour un parking dont nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier. Le loueur nous a aussi réclamé 20€ de frais de ménage qui ne sont pas stipuler à la réservation. Le logement prévu pour 4 couchages comportait un lit de 2 personnes, 2 matelas supersposés à même le sol et un canapé non convertible. L'appartement est très bien pour un couple mais pas pour personnes.

As it was our first time in Spain, their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome and at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our stay!

• El (5/5): The apartment but the host asks for additional money by cash which isn't mentioned nowhere - The apartment is good The host requested extra money by message and asked to cancel free of charge if we're not okay with giving them an additional 30euros in hand. Which is a lie because cancellation is non refundable. The location communicated is 10 min walking distance from the apartment. The location given is for retrieving the keys from the lockbox then when you try them on the door they don't work, you should call the host and they tell you wait there the woman is coming to open the door for you and you should hand her 30 euros. When the lady came and to our surprise was taking us somewhere elae because those keys are not for that apartment. All of this scenario is well planned from them just to take the additional money. We've spent 40 minutes waiting for the host to come to show us where the apartment is. Booking isn't doing anything to stop these scams

• Clayton (1/5): Rip off alert! - The keys were located in a lockbox on a different building on a different street. The owner didn't speak any english, so we had to ask someone to help, so we could locate the accommodation. After finding the building, we found there were two other people in the accommodation. The place had been double booked! So we put the keys back in the original lock box and searched for another accommodation. As a result, we got charged for the room, a cleaning fee, as well as a late check in fee. I do not recommend this place at all.

We couldn't even stay there, the apartment got booked for the same time for two different groups of guests so we had no accommodation. The owner acts like a scammer and doesn't want to return our money. She only responds with 'ok' or 'sorry' in the chat. Stay away!

• Kiran (9/5): Great location, friendly host and comfortable apartment. Would recommend. - The location was great, only 8 minutes away from the center. The host was really friendly and provided all the information required to collect the keys. There is parking available for an extra cost of €20. The bed room upstairs is very spacious and bathroom was a good size. Overall, I would recomend this apartment to anyone visiting Malaga. The area is really busy and doesn´t have a lot of parking. If you have a car then it would be better to pay the charge to rent the garage available.

• Judith (9/5): Excellent stay in a very nice, modern appartment - For a person traveling alone, or not minding to share a smaller bed, this apartment is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked, air-conditioning was doing a really good job of keeping things cool. Everything looked new and clean, bathroom is small, but shower really good. Basically I had everything I needed for my stap for a couple of days. The location was also really good, it took me only 5 minutes or so to reach the city center (though I am a very fast walker), and there were multiple good super markets nearby. Also, communication was really good, with receiving a first Whatsapp on the morning of the day I would arrive and me getting quick responses when I had some initial problem with turning the air-condition on. As mentioned in the 'like' section, I would have found the bed too small if I had been with my partner, it's only 140cm. Again, for just me, that was obviously no problem. I also found the bed a bit on the firm side, but that is also a matter of taste.
