• Lilo247 (8/5): Perfect base for our family stay in Florence - Location was great, the property was lovely and the pictures didn't do it justice. Perfect base to enjoy Florence. We sometimes had trouble opening the front door with the keys. The outside terrace could use a little tlc.

• Melanie (10/5): Recommended comfortable, spacious and charming property in a fantastic central location - Fantastic central location, yet quiet. Period charm and aircon The only thing I can think of is that I had to buy a tea towel. An apron would also have been helpful
• Eileen (1/5): Don't recommend - The apartment was just as described and was in a great location. The apartment was leaking into the one below and had to have the water shut off 2 weeks into our one month stay. They were unable or unwilling to provide alternate acceptable housing nor to immediately refund any money forcing us to find alternate accomadations in a crowded city with little availability. We had to pay the addiional cost with no money returned. They said they couldn't immediately refind anything. We went from a 3 bedroom 4 bath full apartment to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom efficiency apartment away from the city center. . They provided no relocation assistance. Basically deposited us on the street with our belogings and supplies for the month in bags and pillowcases. They didn't even pay for a cab. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend this host or property because if they have any problem they put you on the street and abandon you.

• Cosmin (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing if you're visiting florence as a tourist. You can walk to any touristy place within 15 minutes, and at the edge of it so that you can find plenty of taverns that are not neccessarily tourist traps. It also has plenty of space and 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The place does feel old, but in a good way and well maintained as well. The terrace view is amazing, and a joy to have the space all to yourself. The hosts were really receptive to our needs, we were promptly answered and helped whenever we required something. I think the only thing I'd like to see improved from the hosts are some more / larger towels available, as well as proper shampoo and soap for basic restroom needs. When we asked for them we received them promptly so I won't deduct any points from the review, but Halldis, please, fix this for future rentals.
