John (7/5): A very small room but clean , well appointed in a great location . - An excellent location in Surry Hills . It is an easy walk from Central Station . The room was comfortable and clean and the charge was reasonable . The room is VERY small . This was not a problem for me , but some people may have issues .

ALSO close to Sydney Cricket Ground (Moore Park) and local shops.(Woolworths and 7/11)Good size TV in room VERY Compact, sometimes under flight path. Initially difficult to find due to strange numbering on street. Limited number of teabags and sugar provided.
Anna (9/5): Very happy with this compact studio! - Lovely little spot, perfect location for sightseeing around Sydney. Easy to find from instructions provided prior to arrival. Very clean and put together, has all you need for a few days! Mini fridge works very well! Bedding is clean, appropriate size and thickness - not too hot, not too cold, just perfect. Candy was very clear in the communications sent over email/message. I appreciated that there were shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as soap available, but some of the bottles were topped up with water instead, making watery body wash etc Couldn't manage to make the AC unit work (not sure if it's a skill issue or maybe dead batteries or something...?) so relied on ceiling fan for cooling the place down, but it did the job!
