• Amaya (1/5): Bad - hi! we are sorry to inform you the following: We are writing to express our dissatisfaction and frustration with our experience at the apartment we booked. Firstly, we were not informed in advance that payment had to be made exclusively in cash. This was never communicated to us beforehand. Despite offering to pay via bank transfer, Revolut, or other digital methods, all were refused to be accepted. As a result, we were forced to walk around the city at night looking for ATMs, which did not allow us to withdraw the necessary amount. Eventually, when our two friends had to come and bring us the cash, we even had to cover additional fees and commissions. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and left us feeling completely unsafe in a foreign city. While we were showering and preparing to go out for dinner after this long and frustrating process, our two friends briefly came up to the apartment. During that time, you came upstairs and accused us of allowing them to stay overnight, which is completely untrue. The way this was handled, in our opinion, was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. To make matters worse, we found a spider inside the apartment that was at least 5 cm in size (we have photos and videos as proof€. I suffer from severe arachnophobia and, more importantly, a medical allergy to spider bites, so this experience was deeply distressing for me and posed a real health risk. Due to this, combined with the rude treatment we received, we have made the decision to leave the apartment and take our things to our friends’ place, as we no longer feel safe or comfortable staying in that environment. We are therefore requesting a solution (whether through financial compensation for the mistreatment, inconvenience, and additional costs we incurred) or any other fair resolution you may offer.
