• Monica (3/5): No lo recomiendo! - el precio Esta situado en un mal barrio con gente drogándose nada más girar la esquina... eramos 5 chicas y teniamos bastante miedo al volver al apartamento... La limpieza no estaba mal en cuanto a sabanas y toallas pero justa en lo que se refiere a la cocina. Las camas no son muy cómodas. El sitio en si es un local que lo han habilitado con un baño, una cocina y camas. Es muy barato pero considero que por seguridad y algo de comodidad es mejor gastarse algo mas y evitar ese barrio.

• Matthias (10/5): - Top Wohnung, Alles drin. Nahe UBahn. Einiges zu Fuss machbar. Parkhaus am Kreisel für 10 euro pro tag vorhanden. 5 minuten zu laufen. Parkplatz zu finden in Athen nicht einfach.

• Olha (1/5): - Ничего ! Все было ужасно. Не рекомендую этот аппартамент ни в коем случае. Номер очень грязный , полно тараканов, течёт унитаз, в ванной комнате стоит ужасный запах канализации который распространяется повсюду . Везде волосы , пыль , постельное в пятнах и не менялось наверное никогда. При резкрвации владелец указывает что паркинг имеет , но паркинга на самом деле не существует и он говорит парковаться на любом месте вдоль улицы . Естественно если вы приезжаете днем никакого паркингместа вы не найдёте. Мы потратили больше 2 часов кружа по вонючему грязному центру . Район ужасный наркоманы кололятся прям на улице , везде грязь вонь .

• Zuzana (7/5): - Hezky vyřešený prostor ke spaní. Špatná lokalita. Kolem ubytování se potuluje opravdu velké množství místních narkomanů, s některými jsme se dostali i do konfliktu. Pokud se vrátíte na ubytování za světla, problém nečekejte, ale pokud za tmy, tak velmi opatrně.

• Natalie (10/5): Fantastic little stay - We had a fantastic stay here. After being scammed elsewhere I booked this property and the host had it ready for us in 5 minutes. After heavy storms our electricity went out and he was straight out to put it right. We loved how cozy the apartment was and it was central to all the things we wanted to do. It can be a little noisy outside which didn’t bother us in the slightest. The only one thing I would recommend is adding a couple more cooking utensils for those that want to eat in ie a couple more saucepans & sieve but they are minor things

• Acha (10/5): Awesome - The ambience. Its close to the city center. The apartment is lovely too. There's a stain in the toilet, upwards. It's visible but I think it doesnt go off. But the rest of the toilet is absolutely great

• Nikola (7/5): OK - Interesting and nice apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and 6 people can stay in them easy. Not far from the city center. Parking 50m from the accommodation (open from 7am to 9pm and costs €5/day. You are asked to park yourself and we suggest not leaving the keys). The apartment as a place to stay is good Athens is known for its large number of drug addicts. Be careful where you go to the city (use the big streets). The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street, so one night we had a drug addict sitting in front of the door while we were inside (he didn't bother us because we didn't go out, but there are people everywhere). The owner of the apartment is not to blame and cannot solve this. The only complaint is that hygiene could be a little better (toilet bowl must be desinfected and a few cockroaches in apartment). It can happen...
• Huub5 (7/5): Aardig appartement. - Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Leuk ingericht. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Boven slapen met 4 man is krap, plafond is laag (denk aan je hoofd). Appartement staat in mindere wijk.
• Wookie77 (10/5): Great little hidden gem - It was great for our first night in Athens after getting in late on a flight. Ended up staying an extra night due to a conflict with our next reservation. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but the next day was ok.
• Carolina (9/5): Nice place! - The apartment is pretty, a bit small but it's enough for a group of 5 people. It has everything you may need and it's well located, close to a Metro station (5 min) and main squares (15-20 min walking). The sofabed was not in proper condition... Everything else was good.

• Tamás (8/5): Very good - Rebuild, new flat. All device in perfect condition, the kitchen very well equipped. The city quarter criminal! Junkies, dealers and homeless…but near of downtown and metro stations. Fortunately there was not problem.

• Lasha (1/5): Bad - nothing The worst place I've ever been, I rented an apartment for 4 nights, but I only stayed 1 night. The air conditioner in the house was not working well, it would turn off and then turn on after some time. There were cockroaches in the house. These apartments are in a dangerous area, drug addicts, criminals and homeless are everywhere.

• Ilya (7/5): Good - Everything was clean. The studio is contained the necessary electrical devices. Studio is located on the street that on the way to it from the city center in the early evening, you meet all the non-serious guys (homeless, drugs, criminals). This is very scary and unpleasant. As declared, the studio is suitable for 5 people, unfortunately when we arrived, only 3 sleeping places were ready and another 2 lacked expectations for pillows. In addition to that, it is little space for 5 people

• Sandra (10/5): Great for budget travellers - Best choice if traveling on budget. About 30 minutes from the centre, plenty of places to eat, including 0.8 euro fresh orange juice at Loving family and amazing vegan food like Falafellas or Vegan beats. The host responded to all my queries within reasonable time and helped to solve any issues I had. Quiet road and rarely any cars/moped at night.

• Tamar (4/5): Disappointing - The house is in a noisy place. The voices of the neighbors could also be heard. We found it unclean and there were no blankets. The pillows and blankets smelled like someone had used them before. The second floor has a low ceiling. And one room is completely windowless. The housekeeper woke us up in the morning. He didn't wait for the checkout. A really bad choice for a few nights.

• Scherman (8/5): Very good - The apartment is super cool. Small, but has everything needed, even a washing-drying machine. It is really a loft-feeling. The apartment is very noisy (mostly due to the fact that the door of the room/apartment opens to the street, no hall or anything is in between.) The gallery has a very low part above the double bed. Be careful with your head when you sit up in bed or try to go to the inner room.

• Michelangelo (6/5): Good price but consider the alternatives - The price is good, the location is close to the metro and the central station. We were travelling with kids and the back roads toward Omonia Sq. are frequented by drug addicts. The roads toward Metaxourgeio Metro station are nicer. The upper floor of the house where the two beds is not liveable because the roof is too low and the small bedroom room is too tiny and with no aeration. There are 6 beds but we were 5 and the space available was too small.
• Lakonic (8/5): Very good - it is relatively close to the historical part of the city, a 10-15 minute walk, it is clean and has strong armored doors that provide security and that's all Broken table,poor internet,there is no free parking space,the neighborhood is creepy, there are no Greeks, we had the feeling that we were in one of the countries of the far east. Drug addicts who live on the street often pass by the apartment
