• Svitlana (10/5): Great spot in Venice - The apartment is in a quiet area and very close to the train station. The washing machine is also a dryer and it takes only one hour to make your clothes clean and dry. It had enough space for five of us. You can see that it is not fresh and is being used a lot but we only slept there.

• IreneOstroman (10/5): Super alloggio a Venezia - Ottimo arredamento e struttura, l'appartamento si trova in un complesso che dà su un cortile interno molto bello, con gli ulivi, silenziosissimo; le camere erano ben accessoriate e comode, la posizione davvero strategica per la parte ovest della città. I sistemi di aria condizionata erano un po' datati e rumorosi, e nel sottotetto si faceva un po' fatica a contrastare il caldo

• Ashraaf (5/5): - Infested with small flies n the couch in the living room with bugs. The neighbors don't allow us to hang our washings outside to dry The neighbors moan to us when we wanted to dry our washing outside on the stand

• Ariella Gabbay (9/5): - Family of 6. Stayed for 2 nights. The property is located very close to the train station so it was very convenient to get to and from. It was also right across from the Jewish ghetto which made it convenient for us. The first floor has a living room, dining table and chairs, kitchen, full bathroom and a washing machine. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. And the third floor has another bedroom. Each space has its own a/c which was necessary because it was very hot.
• Sergio (6/5): Nice place but couldn’t fully use it as advertised comfortably - Excellent location! Great facilities. Two bathrooms is a bonus for a family of four. The third floor Air Conditioning was not working properly and that made the third floor unbearably hot. When we arrived the upstairs windows were open and that made the room humid.
• Crystal (9/5): Overall a good spot for our family.2 sets of keys provided there was an outer gate and then you walk through a courtyar - Location convenient, safe to walk around. Third floor attic bedroom never able to cool effectively . Temps in the 80s while we were visiting
• Desiree (9/5): Pretty row house 1 min from a new water bus station - Host was very accessible and shared a lot of info about Venice. Only the living space is on the ground floor so we needed to carry the suitcases up the stairs to access the top floors. It's not completely unmanageable but a bit difficult for seniors in the group. Single key for group accommodation makes it a bit difficult to coordinate.

• Jennifer (8/5): Comfortable and nice to be away from the crowds - Location and plenty of room to be comfortable. We had rain one night so it was nice to have a space we could go sit and drink wine and play cards Hard to get the key to work on the front entry to the property. Upstairs loft heats ALL the noise from downstairs so make sure whomever sleeps up there doesn’t go to bed first
• Yvonne (10/5): This is an amazing place to stay in Venice. You will not be disappointed! - Very nice. Clean. Great location! Couldn’t figure out how to use heating/cooking. Maybe leave instructions?
