• Josephine (4/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt machbar - Die Lage hat mir gefallen sowie die Infrastruktur. Das Bad, die Küche sowie die Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer und im Flur draußen.

• Liz (5/5): Back packers may like it. - Close to city centre. Near the tram line. Secure parking and once in the complex secure accommodation Trying to get in was not easy. I knew it was like student accommodation but there were no bedside lamps. Unless you had a torch you would have trouble getting into bed. Could have had a shelf in the bathroom for our toiletetries. Cold had to keep putting on heating. Never saw any staff, just contact by phone. So have WhatsApp app if you don't have an Irish phone number. It was not very clean there were dirty dusty ledges in the bathroom near the sink. The bed although warm was pretty old.

• Colin (4/5): It was a awful dump that just needs gutted and redone for top to bottom in every room it was a 1 star rating if even tha - The bed was awful springs ever time you turned. Apartment was run down wardrobes falling apart outside door corridors were full with next doors things wall were paper thin no tv. Not even a sofa to chill on. One of the two chairs one was awful afraid to sit on iit was distrusting with dirt marks awful. One miserable Picture on wall . The coffee machine was dirty and dusty. Would never use it. The windows weren’t even covered blinds broken and missing . The pillows on the bed weren’t even fit for a dogs bed rubbish from Primark . The mould and rust around shower screen and bath dust thick on wood used to cover pipes behind toilet and sink cream and black Please read above

• Gudula (7/5): Zufrieden mit Abstrichen - Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hat eine tolle Lage, um Dublin zu erkunden. Die Küchenausstattung war minimal. Anfangs gab es nichtmal einen Topf. Der wurde uns nach Aufforderung dann gebracht. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war teilweise nicht sauber. Die Federkernmatratze schien uns ausgeleiert, - jedenfalls führte jede kleinste Bewegung zu einer Erschütterung für den anderen.

• Francine (5/5): Roomy apartment but plenty of room for improvement - Great instructions to locate apartment in secure gated complex. City shopping & tourist area was a 5 -10min walk Shower was hot one day and cold the next. Lounge chair was filthy and bed was uncomfortable & noisy to get in & out of.

• David (2/5): Over-priced, inadequate, but liveable. - Location, and accessible via a lift. When a property description includes the phrase "guests can make meals in the kitchen" you would expect the property to provide cooking utensils. But apart from a pot and a fry pan there was nothing. No tongs, no serving spoons, no spatula, no can opener or vegetable peeler. Nothing. Not even a sharp knife or a chopping board. The utensils drawer was empty. Other issues we had were: - severe mould in the bathroom - see photos - broken toilet roll holder - a lounge chair that was covered in stains and cigarette burns (it should have been thrown out years ago) - see photo Additionally there were safety hazards. The promotional photo of both bedroom lamps was misleading. Neither of them were functional. One was attached to a bent plug by electrical tape, the other had two exposed wires (see photo). And there was a power board lying on the floor underneath the washing machine. What's sad is that all of these issues had been raised in previous reviews, but the host has ignored them.
• Heather (1/5): Would not recommend this property as it was the worst we have ever stayed in. - location was good everything else bad could feel bed springs, bathroom was dirty had to clean washing machine and dryer to use. Kitchen was way below clean standard, bedside lights had no plugs, had to wait for hot water on 1hr timer

• Shari (5/5): Not the most relaxing stay for us. - Location was nice. Also thankfully able to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp. A bit frustrating getting in to get parking pass and key…it probably took us at least 20 minutes to get into the room. Hadn’t know about a button to press for hot shower until after one of us had already taken a cold shower. The bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs.
• Robert (7/5): Basic place to stay. - King size bed, washer and dryer, roomy enough. Quiet. There was zero effort for decorum, miss matched, cheap furniture. Utensils were minimal and looked to be 30 years old. The place needs sprucing up, digs in the wall, needs paint.
• Emer (2/5): - The location is about the only positive I can say about this place. Not clean at all, really needs to be properly cleaned and maintained. Was difficult to find the lock box and poor communication with owner.

• Mcguirk (1/5): A Huge Disappointment. My 2 night & over priced stay. - Absolutely nothing. I have many photos and videos of this shoddily presented property at 178 Euros per night. Not to be recommended on any level. Bedroom Window frame- mouldy/filthy window. Bathroom Screen, mouldy and bubbled paint. Broken Toilet Roll Holder, Bathroom Shower Area, mouldy in dire need of re paint and re grout/Lower ledge by Toilet -Bathroom basin- overflow and plug hole all filthy. Bathroom Mirror Light not working. On 1st Morning I had a Luke warm shower/2nd Morning my shower water was cold. Bedroom Window frame- mouldy/filthy window. Sheets, Duvet and Pillow Slips not pressed. Pillows cheap and need replacing. Wardrobe in bedroom containing a few sub standard plastic hangers, door bulging. One Bedroom side Light not working and filthy lampshade in need of replacing, second bedside light plug taped, shade also in need of replacing. Bedroom Laminate Floor needs attention- a potential trip hazard. Lounge Armchair very badly stained covered by a pilled cheap throw. Nothing smelt fresh. Dining table- v stained glasses and a chipped bowl and kitchen roll as a serviette. Kitchen-A Health Hazard. Floor to Right of washing machine. I did not even boil a kettle whilst there. Broken blind in Lounge/Dining. Everything smelled damp in my opinion. Doors throughout shoddy, and the whole apartment requires urgent and much needed, detailed refurbishment. The Host did not greet me and had to ring the cleaner and eventually hand over the keys to No 7.

• Anita (8/5): Excellent location. Ideal for a couple. - The host was incredible. So patient and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was a little tired. Was fully equipped but just need that little bit of TLC. In saying that would I stay there again. Absolutely.
• Dco (8/5): Convenient location, modest accommodations for individual travelers. - Finding my way in was easy using the instructions from the host. The furnishings were simple but fine for a short stay for a single person. Great location. The building smelled like smoke, though it didn't seem to be as noticeable inside the room itself. The walls are very thing. Noises could easily be heard from inside the apartment, somewhat through the walls, but especially through the front door.

• Koenvdv (10/5): ideal for a professional visit of convention center - excellent location, close to convention center; excellent explanation by the host to get the keys; safe environment and quiet neighbours; very clean apt; I did not use kitchen or laundry, but these were available. A lot of information about restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, provided by host; very fast wifi (ideal to do some work). Price-quality very good! nothing; all was as expected

• Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Good experience. The apartment is located in a secure area with a quiet and peaceful garden. A tram stop is right next door and makes getting around easy. The host is attentive and very responsive to all our questions. A big thank you to Volcan!
• Sharon (10/5): Great location, comfortable apartment and great host - The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The complex itself was so conveniently located to the 3 Arena and having on site parking was a bonus. Everything one could need was available in the kitchen and the bed was just so comfy. Best nights sleep ever. It was so nice to come back from the concert to a warm apartment. Nothing, everything we needed was on hand. While it was an old apartment you can tell he is doing work on the upkeep and the place was spotless
• Charles (7/5): perfect for croke park ..plenty of food/coffee/stores nearby with good transport links - the host was brilliant and very responsive on WhatsApp, the apartment was very clean and the location was good, about 20 min walk from both croke park and trinity college main entrance. There is good transport links with tram and rail station nearby and there is also plenty of food/coffee places nearby (Quack'n'wok was a lovely chinese ) no tv in the apartment if you want to chill out after a busy tourist day out

• Sarah (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and modern. - The location was excellent and the host brought the keys to IMMA to make it easy for us to get into the flat. It was beautifully clean with some lovely touches like a laid table. I loved the coffee machine. Everything was very easy to use and it was great having underground parking in the city. I would recommend the flat to friends and family. Nothing. We were very happy with the flat.

• Svitlana (8/5): It was nice, cozy and unforgettable! - The apartment's location is close to the center and near the Conventional City Center. Nice and cozy flat with all necessary devices and mini-market in the next building so we could cook and save money, Very hospitable host! The cleanliness should be better, but this is the question to the cleaning company

• Julia (9/5): Great!! - Big apartment, very comfy double bed, best sleep I have had in a while. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as eating out in dublin is pretty expensive! Volkan was so helpful and met us late at night after we arrived from a late flight. The location is in the business district so it is pretty quiet, but there is a good tram service right outside, a mini-mart below the building and its a 15-20min walk to centre.

Great location right beside tram stop and walking distance to centre. Nice selection of eateries, pubs and convenience shops in the neighbourhood. Bed was comfortable. Some minor maintenance tasks like repairing door handle on bedroom, replacing sink plug in bathroom.

Host left in a rush and did not give us time to think of questions. Was not at all clear which gates/doors we could drive or walk out of complex. Just not ideal place to stay if you are a tourist.
