The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

Eravamo in 4 e mancava un cuscino,dopo avere avvisato la struttura, non è venuto nessuno a risolvere il problema. Risultato ho dormito 3 giorni con un cuscino improvvisato.

- Kay (9/5): Fantastic stay to make conference more relaxing than staying in a hotel - The location to MICO and excellent travel links to get into the centre The instructions for vikey were difficult to navigate in the rain at night - the command button was unseen as it appeared above the instructions and was unseen for some time.

They should say that interner is necessary because we couldn’t come in without it. Password didnt work. I wouldnt recommend this property.

- David (9/5): Great location and great apartment - Perfect location for a conference at the MiCo, with easy access to at least two metro lines. Spacious and comfortable unit. Check-in was very easy, but you need internet access each entry. It would have been helpful to inform that I needed internet for entry. Luckily I’d organised a local SIM card card.
- Agnes (6/5): It is an acceptable place for two people to stay for a few days if you want to be near to MiCo. - The apartment is very close to the MiCo Convention centre (about 10 mins walk) and to Portello Metro station (lilac line M5). It was quiet and convenient, WiFi worked well. It looks better in the photos than in real life though. The instructions did not quite work to get into the yard, the taxi driver helped me to ask someone living there to get through the main gate and to the building. Once I was in the building the instructions worked fine to reach the keys. The coffee machine did not function, neither the hairdryer.
