• Raquel (1/5): PATÉTICO - La ubicación. Reservamos este alojamiento por dos noches pagando un precio bastante elevado, y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante desde el primer momento. Uno de los requisitos que aparecía claramente en las condiciones era que el apartamento disponía de TV. Al llegar, comprobamos que no funcionaba. Contactamos con el propietario esperando una solución, pero su respuesta fue totalmente inapropiada: actitud defensiva, tono chulesco y ninguna intención de arreglar el problema durante nuestra estancia. Solicitamos una compensación razonable ya que el alojamiento no cumplía con lo prometido, pero la respuesta fue aún peor, ignorando la situación y manteniendo una actitud poco profesional. Lo más grave es que ya había comentarios de huéspedes anteriores (de aproximadamente un mes antes) mencionando exactamente el mismo problema con la televisión, lo que demuestra una falta total de interés en solucionar incidencias. Además, las persianas tampoco funcionaban correctamente: había que bajarlas manualmente desde fuera con la mano, lo cual resulta muy incómodo y poco práctico. Por si fuera poco, el apartamento es una planta baja donde se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle. Además, justo enfrente hay obras, con ruido constante desde las 7 de la mañana, lo que hace imposible descansar. En cuanto al parking, sí, existe, pero está a unos 3 minutos caminando y las plazas son extremadamente estrechas. Sacar el coche sin rozarlo es prácticamente imposible. En resumen, una estancia muy nefasta. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.
• lydia (10/5): Séjour au top tout été parfait - Honnêtement tout était à la hauteur. L’appartement est très propre et rénové. La lit et les oreillers sont très confortable. La literie est propre également. Il y a une machine à café à disposition ainsi qu’un frigo et un micro onde. Le coin canapé tv est sympa. La localisation est top. On est proche du centre et au même temps l’endroit est calme. On y dort bien. Je recommande à 100%
• Guillem (9/5): Parfait pour visiter Séville à pied - Emplacement parfait permettant de visiter Séville à pied. L'appartement est équipé de tout ce que l’on peut avoir besoin. Explications et conseils de l’hôte au top. Serrure connectée avec arrivée autonome ce qui permets d’arriver tardivement. Concernant les lits, il s’agit de deux lits simples accolés très confortables. L'appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée, il paraît moins lumineux en vrai que sur les différentes photos.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf. Alles klopt! - Fris, zo goed als nieuw appartement. Goede bedden, prima badkamer, fijne keuken, fijne bank. Fantastisch dat parkeren inclusief is. Enige minpuntje was dat de TV zenders niet geïnstalleerd waren, dat was jammer.
• Joseph (9/5): Seville was awsome, and this rental is perfectly situated to enjoy the best Seville has to offer. - The unit is extremely modern, with great amenities. The location is superb, everything is extremely walkable from the location. The host was extremely responsive and very courteous. The per-arrival communication helped us an incredible amount, and were able to ensure that some facilities (washer, drying rack, iron, ironing board) were all working. We were coming to town for a wedding and had very wrinkled and dirty clothes from two weeks trekking across Spain. The cleaners showed up a few min early, and we were just finishing up packing, it caused us to rush and unfortunately we left some items behind. We were not in a position that we could go back to retrieve the items. We had actually requested a late checkout, but that was not able to be accommodated, but I would not have expected the cleaning person to come early.

• Pèter (10/5): - That was our best stay in Andalusia. Location is exceptional, even providing parking. The apartment is fully equipped, looks better than on the photos. The beds are really comfy.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Super rewelacyjny pobyt. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, wszędzie jest blisko. Dookoła bardzo fajne lokale gastronomiczne. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie na kod, który przysyła właściciel wraz z bardzo czytelnym filmem instruktażowym jak dostać się do obiektu. Można więc przyjechać jak ja w środku nocy i bez problemu wejść do apartamentu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Perfekcyjna czystość obiektu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bezpieczna okolica. Będę ten apartament polecał innym jak będą chcieli się wybrać do Sewilii. Jak kiedyś może będę chciał przyjechać to też go wybiorę. Na uwagę zasługuje bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, czy to przez booking, czy whatsapp. Kontakt jest wzorowy, człowiek nie jest zostawiony sam sobie.
• Kirsten (9/5): Excellent stay at La Francesca Museo!! - Excellent location and well equipped. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this property. Beds were a bit firm for my taste but linens were nice.
• Mary (9/5): Excellent well equipped and comfortable apartment. - This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious, well furnished with comfortable beds and lots of storage. The shower is excellent and the kitchen is very well equipped. Immaculate and modern. A short walk from the main shopping street and about 15 mins to the historic centre. The instructions for finding and accessing the flat were comprehensive. It’s very secure. Access is easy as it is just inside the gates which are at street level. The host was very responsive in replying to our messages. Just a personal preference but I found the foam pillow a little firm. The location is convenient but the street it is located on isn’t very pretty.
