• Krystina (10/5): What a wonderful space, close to the Vatican and many restaurants! Would absolutely stay here again! - The apartment was very comfortable and had plenty of space for multiple people. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. I love how close it is to the Vatican and to restaurants! What truly stood out was when we had noticed that the iron was missing and it shows as a listed amenity on the listing. When the city tax was collected, the host went out of his way to go get us a new one. That level of care and attention made such a difference and showed how dedicated he was to making sure guests had a great experience.

Er hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt und tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Appartement selbst war sehr geschmackvoll und bestens ausgestattet. Ein großes Plus für die Lage des Appartements: ein Steinwurf vom Petersdom entfernt.

• Keith (10/5): Great location, including places locals enjoy, and comfy beds made for a perfect stay - The location is great. Close proximity to the Vatican is obvious, but it's also worth noting that there were lots of great restaurants and bars in the area that were frequented by locals. Best of all, this didn't come with the downside of being overwhelmingly busy (which I have found when staying closer to the Trevi fountain). The beds are really comfortable too!

• Milena (10/5): Perfect Stay - The location is one of the best you could wish for. Right at the entrance to the apartment, there’s a great bar where you can enjoy breakfast. The host was extremely kind and responsive. We highly recommend this place! We loved everything about our stay.

• Paweł (10/5): We were a group of 10 people and spent a great time staying in the apartment. - Perfect location. Two bathrooms were enough especially that every room has it’s own washbasin. Additionally, just next to the entrance there is a caffeteria where you can eat breakfast.

• Mina (3/5): Bizarre layout - Apartment - It had a few rooms to accommodate the group. The property is located next to the Vatican, which unfortunately means it’s in a very crowded area. There was a homeless person living right outside the entrance, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The layout of the apartment is awkward and not at all cozy. I’m genuinely confused by other reviews claiming it was clean — that was not my experience. The floors were dirty, there was no closet or drawers, and not even a towel rack in the bathroom. Overall, the space felt short of essentials and far from comfortable.

Cheep over-worn Ikea pillows, bathroom was not heated (traveled in January), shower hose was broken, sprinkled, unusable water kettle - used for milk heating before - one single dirty pot in the kitchen with one handle.

• Nikolas (10/5): Wonderful booking! - We loved the prime location to the Vatican and it is very clean. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay, and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was great and we had no complaints about our stay.
• Terri (10/5): Our stay was amazing. Everything so close and walkable. I mean walk down a little street look left and Vatican….. amazin - Location location location ! Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were nice and big. Each bedroom has a sink which is nice. No living room but a long table that we all sat and socialized at. Would stay again for sure. Flavio was easy to reach and very accommodating. Personally I would prefer a trash can in kitchen, more towels for kitchen and bathrooms and both a fitted and a flat sheet. All beds had a bottom sheet and a comforter. No starter coffee provided, not a big deal but good to know in advance. Overall we had what we needed and we had a great time!

There's lots of great restaurants nearby and close to public transport. We were a large group and there was still plenty of room for everyone. Nothing negative.

• Albertus (9/5): We enjoyed our stay tremendously. - The location is excellent, was clean , comfortable beds, for a party of nine provided good facilities with two bathrooms and five bedrooms. Within walking distance of all major attractions, St Peters 200 metres away and the entrance to the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel 650 metres. Apart from perhaps a salad bowl, salt and pepper pots, a strainer, a grater and some tumbler glasses, there was nothing we did not like.

He worked diligently to get us into our 5 bedroom apartment even though the police had our street shut down due to a papal visit. My wife was even able to get within a few feet of Pope Francis! The highlight of her vacation. We had a wonderful few days, fantastic location just outside the Vatican.

Did not like the fact the shower glass door shattered while I was in the shower. Luckily no harm occurred. No great place to congregate inside other than the dining table area.

• Ronald (10/5): Stayed at this lovely property for a few days after a cruise from Barcelona. OUTSTANDING property! - The location of the property was AMAZING! The beds were really comfortable foam mattresses. The host was very helpful and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations in the local area. The host helped us book taxis for 10 people to the airport at 4:00 in the morning. Would highly recommend! Can't wait to come back.

ATM right next door. Felt safe and loved being so close to St Peters Square.
