- Stroe (8/5): Nice apartment, but the check in process internationally outsourced and prone to hacker attacks - The property is very good located. If you want to visit the city or to make a business, almost every important part of the city is within reach on foot. The environment was large, functional and clean. There are two large smelly garbage containers in front of the gate at the arrival.
The most unpleasant thing is that the  reception and customer care is not managed by the owner, but somehow internationally outsourced. Somehow, during our booking process, their system was hacked, and I was confronted with a scammer, knowing my name, and my date of arrival, and messaging me via WhatsApp from Columbia, pretending he is the check in manager,  and demanding for my credit card data in order to prove that I have enough funds to cover my expenses. Fortunately, the WhatsApp, profile picture of him with a white serious guy dressed in a suit made me suspicious. I asked him what address we were talking about, he gave me the wrong address, so I knew he was a scammer.
Even though I asked via the booking.com chat about this fraud intent, and the things were properly solved, I had many hours of concern if I had not lost my money, and I would go to Naples without proper accommodation for my team building participants. Maybe even booking.com should look at the cyber security of their partners and not allow such outsourcings which obviously are prone to hacker attacks.
- Esinu (3/5): Clean space. Difficult communication. Beds not comfortable or equipped with all linens as pictured. - Communication with the hosts was not great. They have separate numbers for different times of the day and it doesn't seem like they communicate well with each other. We requested linens because the beds were not what we expected from the photos when booking. They sent us conflicting messaging in response and ultimately, we never received them to enjoy a comfortable stay.
