• Ryan (9/5): Excellent comfortable stay. Would stay again! - The spacious rooms to comfortably fit the 10 guests. An extremely comfortable and spacious living area. The only thing would be to have the house provide some more cleaning supplies for the guests to use. Bin liners, paper towel etc.

• Kate (10/5): - Perfect for our group of six friends. Separate living areas allowed us all to hang out in the kitchen area or to go and hang out in a huge lower lounge area and then the outside dining area. We loved this property and will book again. Mitch is a great host.

• Leonie (9/5): Great place to stay with multiple generations - Great house with multiple areas to relax. Plenty of lounges & tables & chairs. Tastefully decorated. Beds very comfortable Nice touches with magazines, books & plants. Quiet part of town, but only a few minutes in car to bars, food, Sovereign Hill, Botanical Gardens Bedroom windows being old didn’t open. But there is 3 air conditioners in the house if needed

• Yeates (10/5): Beautiful home and comfortable stay - Beautiful large house which fit our family of 10 perfectly, including portacot for 6month old. The house has obviously recently been renovated and looks lovely. Very comfortable stay, the amenities were clean and inviting. Plenty of space for 10 people. A couple of people in our family complained their bed was a bit uncomfortable, a bit hard. But thats really just personal preference and wasn't a problem or hindrance to our stay.

Beautiful BBQ area for dining outside and plenty of room for indoor dining for large family or multiple couples. Great laundry facility and kitchen. As a frequent visitor to Ballarat this will be my first pick in future when I need a house. Thankyou.

• Joan (8/5): a comfortable stay for a family group wanting a catch-up. - its location and number of bedrooms and living spaces it was hot & humid few days& nights and would have liked air conditioning or ceiling fans in the front bedrooms.

It was so nice to come to a lovely home after having been out all day visiting what Ballarat has to offer. The location is optimal, the home itself has exceeded our expectations; very modern styling with touches of classic furnitures and comes with everything a family or group could possibly need while away from own home. The layout and inclusions were thought out well. I could not recommend this place highly enough. I tried my very best but I couldn't think of anything negative about this place.

It was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The owner responded promptly to all inquiries. The property lacked portable heaters for some rooms, and no extra blankets were available. This could be inconvenient during the winter months.
