• Busati (3/5): Room 109 is bad - Nothing The room 109 was very hot . The window from outside is facing a wall blocking the air . I felt I couldn’t breath . It was very bad. There's no kattle until I ask and I get it next day .
• TOMMY (10/5): 👍 - I stayed at Venus for one night, and it was a great experience. The breakfast was good and had nice variety. The view was amazing, especially overlooking the pyramids. The room was clean and comfortable, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

• Marco (5/5): - Purtroppo devo mettere cinque perché a causa di lavori sul palazzo siamo stati spostati in un'altra struttura. La strutta in cui siamo stati spostati era bella e lo staff era accogliente e il tutto era molto pulito. Però siamo stati messi nell'unica stanza da pochi metri quadri senza finestre mentre nella prenotazione originale avevamo una stanza di 30metri quandri con finestre bollitore ecc. Chiedendo poi di essere cambiati di stanza c'è stato risposto che tutte le altre sarebbero costate il doppio. Considerando che alla fine siamo stati cinque notti e che la struttura era vuota potevamo essere trattati meglio. È un peccato. È stato un po' claustrofobico.

• Helena (10/5): I recommend it - A wonderful place! Thank you for your hospitality. The location is fantastic and unique, the view is breathtaking, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. They serve lunch and dinner on the rooftop overlooking the pyramids, which is very enjoyable. We also booked a trip to the pyramids with an Egyptologist, which was very informative.

• Freitas (7/5): - O prédio em si é bastante sinistro,o hotel fica no último andar 13°. Contratei o serviço de transfer do hotel para ir ao aeroporto de Esfinger, o motorista acelerava o carro como louco ,chegou a 155km por hora de velocidade na autoestrada.
• Lemaire (7/5): Petit hôtel sympathique - L'emplacement par rapport au lieux touristiques de visite était très bien. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. Le personnel de l'accueil était très gentil. La vue du rooftop est très belle. Nous y étions en pleine période de ramadan et le quartier était bruyant jusqu'à tard le soir et nous étions réveillé très tôt le matin (4h20).

• Ayman (10/5): Great hotel and unforgettable Pyramids view - I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Giza, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The best part was the stunning view of the Giza Pyramids. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special stay.

Per il resto la location e terribile, in mezzo alle case, in una zona poco accessibile e non piacevole da percorrere a piedi per turisti, soprattutto la sera. La stanza era pulita superficialmente, il letto era sprovvisto di copri materasso, e senza un vero e proprio piumino. Ma solo una coperta di lana, poco igienica e non pulitissima. Un solo asciugamano nel bagno. Okay guest house, okay il prezzo basso, ma mancano proprio le basi di un piacevole soggiorno seppur breve.

• Belen (10/5): - El hotel está genial! Los trabajadores son muy atentos y simpáticos. El hotel está muy limpio y es muy cómodo. El desayuno es muy rico !! Recomendable!! La zona del hotel no es muy buena, no recomendable salir de noche. Cada taxi o tour que nos recogía y nos dejaba nos decía que tuviéramos cuidado. Hay mucha basura también, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento.

• Camila (6/5): No es como en las fotos - El jacuzzi y que tuvieran aire acondicionado en la habitación. Y uno de los chicos de la recepción, fueron muy cordiales. La ubicación es algo complicada para llegar, ya que hay varias calles cerradas en los alrededores. La habitación no era la misma que se muestra en las fotos publicadas. Si bien el alojamiento está frente a las pirámides, la vista no es como la que promocionan en sus imágenes. Desde la habitación solo se aprecia una vista parcial, no completa como se muestra. Habitación: El sistema de agua caliente es bastante incómodo: después de salir agua muy caliente, de repente sale helada. El baño no cuenta con puerta en la ducha, por lo que es muy fácil mojar todo el espacio. Además, el ascensor hace mucho ruido cada vez que se usa y este se escucha claramente dentro de la habitación. De hecho, el espejo que había en la pieza temblaba cada vez que alguien utilizaba el ascensor. Servicio: Al llegar, a pesar de haber avisado con anticipación que llegaríamos varias horas antes del check-in, la habitación no estaba lista. El primer chico de lentes que nos atendió no tuvo mucha paciencia con nosotros, especialmente considerando que nuestro inglés no es perfecto. Se molestaba fácilmente. Desayuno: El desayuno deja mucho que desear. Solo hay una chica atendiendo, además con un niño pequeño, lo que hace que el servicio sea muy lento. Indican que el desayuno comienza a las 8:00 a.m., pero esto no se cumple. Llegamos a esa hora y se demoraron alrededor de 40 minutos en servirnos, lo que terminó atrasando el tour que teníamos programado para las pirámides. La comida no nos gustó en absoluto: demasiada fritura para ser un desayuno. Además, cualquier cosa extra se cobra aparte: más agua, más pan, más mermelada, etc. Nada de esto se informa previamente y, nuevamente, el desayuno no es como lo muestran en las fotos. Otro punto importante es que no realizan servicio a la habitación. No sabemos si había que solicitarlo expresamente, pero considerando todas las estrellas y reconocimientos que exhiben en la recepción, como mínimo deberían cumplir con los servicios que dicen ofrecer.

• Nerea (2/5): Fotos manipuladas - La comodidad de la cama Las fotos están manipuladas, las pirámides apenas se ven con la contaminación que hay y además tiene edificios delante. En la habitación no hay secador, teníamos vasos con tetera y solubles pero los vasos estaban usados por el huésped anterior. La habitación que nos dieron no correspondía a las fotos de Booking. El desayuno nada que ver con la foto, no sirven ni fruta, ni zumo, ni yogures. Una napolitana, un café o el desayuno egipcio. A pesar de hablar con el chico de recepción y asegurarnos que al día siguiente tendríamos fruta para el desayuno (pagándolo a parte) la realidad no fue así, no tuvimos un buen desayuno en toda la estancia. El menú que tienen para la cena es de un restaurante colaborador que además de tener los precios x3, tarda una hora y media en llegar y llega todo frío. La ubicación es en un callejón donde ningún Uber sabe llegar, le pedimos la dirección correcta al hotel por Booking en varias ocasiones antes de la llegada y en ningún momento nos la facilitó (la de Booking no es correcta) intentan aprovecharse del turista , con precios triplicados. El tanque de agua caliente es minúsculo, nos quedamos sin agua y además cuando volvimos después de 12h no funcionaba, lo arreglaron rápido. No recomiendo este hotel, está lejos, caro y no ofrece un buen servicio.

• Paraskevi (8/5): Μια καλή οικονομική επιλογή δίπλα στις πυραμίδες - Η τοποθεσία είναι μαγική . Καθώς είσαι δίπλα στις πυραμίδες !! Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και είχε θέα τις πυραμίδες . Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω όλο το προσωπικό καθώς ήταν άπειρα ευγενικό και μας εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα σε όλα ! Το κρεβάτι ήταν υπερβολικά άνετο ! Εμείς κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο με την μπανιέρα . Δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό καμία μέρα , από όσες μείναμε . Παρόλα αυτά ήταν αμελητέα ποσότητα σαν γεγονός και δεν μας χάλασε τις διακοπές μας .

The room could be cleaner and you may be surprised with the surroundings of the building - but these are what most of the buildings look like in Giza. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was on of the highlights.

• Mairi (7/5): Ωραίο κατάλυμα, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Η περιοχή είναι λίγο περίεργη αλλά δεν υπάρχει κάτι να φοβάσαι. - Ωραίο κατάλυμα με ωραίο δωμάτιο. Από το roof top έχει θέα τις πυραμίδες. Λίγο δυσπρόσιτη περιοχή αλλά όλα καλά δεν υπάρχει κάτι να φοβάσαι.
• Chiara (7/5): - Carina la terrazza anche se la vista sulle piramidi e’ in parte nascosta dai nuovi edifici costruiti. Ottima la colazione tipica egiziana. Staff simpatico, cortese e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa ma in 5 giorni non ci hanno mai pulito la stanza né rifatto i letti. E, cosa a mio parere grave, nei letti mancava il lenzuolo sopra per cui si dormiva a contatto con una poco igienica coperta. La vasca presente in camera non è idromassaggio come sembrava dalla descrizione.

• Irene (3/5): Non vi fate ingannare dalle foto - Non ci è piaciuto nulla. Forse l’unica cosa decente era la vista.. si vedevano in lontananza le piramidi, ma non vi fate ingannare dalle foto, ci sono dei palazzi davanti e la vista è ostruita. Abbiamo prenotato una deluxe room con vista per 4 persone, ci hanno rifilato una camera piccola con 3 letti singoli, solo 3 asciugamani per il viso ed il giorno dopo non ci hanno neanche rifatto la stanza. Ovviamente la vista dalla camera era sul palazzo di fronte, delle piramidi neanche l’ombra… che schifo! Lenzuola macchiate e pulizia veramente scarsa. Non c’erano neanche mensole dove appoggiare la nostra roba, abbiamo utilizzato il frigorifero per poter mettere il beauty-case fuori dalla valigia. L’hotel si trova al 13simo piano di un palazzo fatiscente, al di fuori sulla strada solo macerie e immondizia, ovviamente è impossibile mettere il naso fuori l’albergo se non si è accompagnati. Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare stanza dal momento che ne avevamo prenotato altro, ci era stato detto che il giorno dopo avrebbero provveduto, ma hanno fatto i vaghi e siamo rimasti nella stanza piccola. Non capisco come fanno ad avere recensioni positive.

• salah (1/5): اسوء فندقه روحته فى حياتى 😡 - المكان سئ جدااااااا 😡 الغرف مفيش غير غرف سنجل بس وغيرت الغرفه بعد لما عملت مشكله، والتليفزيون الريموت بايظ ومفيش روموتات غيرها والغرفه كان فيها برص. والنور فضل قاطع اكتر من ساعتين ومفيش فطار ولما استنيت عقبال لما النور يجى علشان هما فى الدور 13 وطلبت حاجه اشربها الى هو المفروض علشان الفطار الى متعملش والكهربا الى فاصله معرفتش حتى اعمل مشروب فى الاوضه طلما مفيش فطار فلما ربنا كرمهم بالكهربا جت طلبت حاجه شاى العادى بتاع الفطار الى مجاش ونزلت لقيت الولد جى يجرى ورايا يطلب حساب المشروب فبقوله انا مفطرتش والكهربا كانت قطعه قالى لا مهو حضرتك ميعاد الفطار عدى 😤🤬🤬 ده كل ده موضوع و الموقع الجغرافى موضوع تانى خالص الموقع سئ جدا فى حته عشوائيه اوى بجد مبنصحش حد يروحوا نهائى والمكان مش مريحى نهائى ولا الاستف الى هناك مريحين. معلومه حبييت اقولها بس لانى لما اخرت المكان كان بناء على الريفيوز الى معموله عليه.

• Ioanna (10/5): - Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο, ειδικά εάν αναλογιστεί κανείς την τιμή του. Πραγματικά ήταν πολύ καλύτερο από ξενοδοχεία με τριπλάσια τιμή και το καλύτερο από όσα μείναμε στην Αίγυπτο. Η ταράτσα αξίζει σίγουρα μια επίσκεψη, ώστε να θαυμάσετε την υπέροχη θέα. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο, απλά δεν συμπεριλαμβανε καφέ ή κάποιο ρόφημα
• SADDAM HUSSEIN (1/5): مخيب للآمال - الطاقم لطيف و متعاون الفطور كان لذيذ جدا لكن انتضرنا كثيرا لكي يجهز ❌ اول شيء بدأ التلاعب بالتقييمات من هنا في الموقع لو لاحظتم التقييمات 10 نجوم كلها مصرية و حتى التي هي من دول اخرى فهي تحمل اسماء عربية ، انا اؤكد لكم ان التققيمات من 10 نجوم هي مزيفة و تم التلاعب بها من قبل الفندق ❌ تم التلاعب ايضا بالصور المرفقة للفندق فهي لا تمد بصلة مع حقيقة الموقع لان منظر الاهرامات من الغرفة او من السطح مختلفة تماما عن الحقيقة ( هناك الكثير من البنايات و الفوضى التي تحجب رؤية الاهرامات ) ❌ مكان الفندق سيئ جدا حتى ان سائقي طاكسي عندما كانو يوصلونني كل مرة الى الفندق قالو لي اننا ابناء المنطقة ولا نعرف هذا الفندق و انه لا يجب لي الحجز هنا حتى انهم استغربو كيف لسائح ان يحجز هناك و اصلا كيف وجده و انا اقول لهم كل مرة ما اقوله لكم الان ان اشهار الفندق كان مضللا و مزيف عن الواقع ❌ حجزت غرفة مع جاكوزي باطلالة على منظر الاهرامات حتى وجدت جاكوزي مكسر و عندما تملئه بالماء تصبح الغرفة كلها غارقة بالماء و الاطلالة كانت فقط على فوضى من المباني التي لا تسر الناظرين ❌ الغرفة لا يتم ترتيبها او تنظيفها ❌ محيط الفندق في الحي فوضىي جدا و مليئ بالقاذورات

• Nicola (8/5): Bello! Relax - Gentilezza del personale e la vista piramidi. Non esiste la cucina, ordinano la cena da fuori. (Secondo la mia esperienza) Menù poco vario sia di bevande che cibo.
• Μαριλενια (1/5): Better in prison - Nothing Breakfast like shit I had food poisoning after that . 3 days shit like 100 times . Hotel smells like dead camel. Every half hour jacuzzi start working alone and it scares as in the middle of the night . No house keeping one week . No clean towels . No samboo. They refill the same bottle only if you say to them please bring me some soap. No toilet paper . No hot water boiler not working . And all day we was hearing prays so loud that we wake up for 6 . And the worst of all the don’t let you smoke in the room . And no balkoni . No pyramids view from the room . Only from the rooftop . Also outside of the hotel, they was everywhere poor kids who asking for money and they was following you until you give them something. Also outside of the hotel, it was a huge mountain of rubbish and if it was air, the rabbits gone everywhere also in your head. Holy shit. Very bad area to leave don’t go please if you want to have nice vacations I assure you. No one talking English

• Jakob (10/5): - I stayed in this hotel it a nice place if you want any thing like food and drinks it is very delicious and the hotel has an amazing view and the staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel has a good trips and good cars and i want to stay more in this hotel thanks a lot .
• Julie (6/5): Mitigé - Personnel gentil, chambre propre et vu sympa. Bon service de pressing. Et bons plats. Cependant il faut absolument s'améliorer sur la qualité du service qui est très approximatif...c'est dommage parce avec un service plus fiable ça serait très bien. Bon hôtel mais beaucoup de choses à revoir ! Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre commandée, le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais donc il est difficile de communiquer avec eux. Ils ont un flyer avec des excursion au choix, il est noté dessus tickets inclus, mais ce n'est pas le cas ! Ils nous ont dit que c'était très difficile de trouver des guides Français, ce n'est pas vrai, nous avons eu aucune difficulté à en trouver un (sur place 80% des guides parlaient français). Nous avons demandé du papier toilette on nous a donné des mouchoirs et nous avons demandé à 2 reprises si nous pouvions avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter pour le lendemain car on partait en excursions, ils nous ont dit oui les 2 fois pour au final ne rien avoir prévu (ils ne se sont pas passé le mot). Et ils ne pouvaient rien faire car les personnes du petit déjeuner sont arrivés quand nous devions partir soit 30 minutes après l'horaire normalement prévu pour l'ouverture du petit déjeuner. Pour finir nous avons commandé à manger et nous avons attendu environs 1h pour être servie.

I honestly debated whether to even bother writing this review or just pretend it never happened. But no, some experiences are too absurd to stay silent about. So buckle up. 1. Location? A Mystery Quest: The hotel’s location is more of a riddle than an address. If you’re driving, don’t. Parking is a mythical concept here — the building’s doorman actively forbids you from stopping near the entrance, and the surrounding shops treat parking like a war crime. Good luck. 2. Photos vs. Reality: The pictures on Booking.com should win an Oscar for best visual effects. What you actually get? A depressing view where catching a glimpse of the pyramids feels like winning the lottery. I’ll post real photos here watch it if you like horror movies. 3. Room "Amenities": One dusty tea kettle, a single lonely cup, two sad sachets of Nescafé, three sugar packets, and… no water. Not even a bottle. The fridge? Empty. When I asked, they said, “Water’s not included.” (Shout-out to the front desk guy, though — he gave me two bottles. Hero.) 4. The "Queen" Bed: Two tiny beds pushed together like they’re in a forced relationship. And yes, they keep drifting apart, so be ready to play matchmaker every night. 5. Pillow Count: Three. For Two People. Apparently, one extra pillow is the absolute limit of their generosity. 6. Jacuzzi Flood: Use the jacuzzi and enjoy a nice puddle all over the floor. No mop. No help. Just wait for nature or tomorrow’s staff to sort it out. 7. Broken Toilet: Reported it the moment we checked in. Nobody cared. Nobody fixed it. Legendary service. 8. Towel Rations: One large towel and one tiny, scratchy cloth that feels like sandpaper. Sharing is caring? 9. Phone Doesn’t Work: Want something? Walk to the reception. Use your own phone.
